For a hotel in Cordele GA it’s nice. This is not 5 star luxury, but the staff are friendly and the rooms are very spacious. I wish it had been cleaner- pool was filthy- I did not allow the kids to swim. The woman in the breakfast area was seriously one of the nicest women I’ve ever been served by….she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff were all incredibly polite…place just need a good clean and some updating.

The bathroom looked brand new, and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't use the pool, but it was quite large. The breakfast was okay, I had cold cereal, but the coffee was HOT!!!

We enjoyed the swimming pool on the property. Also our room was clean. The location was only a few minutes from dining options. The workers at this location were kind and helpful to our family during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Was there for homecoming… the room was clean but the toilet wasn’t as clean as it could. It was build up at the bottom. The venting machine was down. The coffee machine, ice bucket and cups were in the bathroom.

This hotel was very outdated, smelt of marijuana in the hallways. Checked in and went to our room pulled the comforter back and the sheets were stained and the comforter was stained. Did not stay told front desk they said I would have to contact Expedia and after contacting Expedia the hotel property manager would not refund our money. It cost us 200$. Very poor and would not recommend at all.

We stayed here on our way to Gatlinburg after Christmas. The person that checked us in was very courteous and efficient. Everyone that we met was kind. The room was excellent and very clean. I’m picky about cleanliness and it met my expectations! Would definitely stay again.

This hotel clearly does not change all beding. When I arrived, I could clearly see that the duvet had dirt stains on it. Further, as I was inspecting the pillows 2 pillow cases were also dirty with stains on them. So, when I went down stairs to inquire with the desk clerk if their was a night housekeeper on duty….she replied No and when she went to look for a duvet for another guest earlier that she could not find one. Enclosing, I truly believe that they give people who rents there rooms through your site , rooms that have issues. Because the bath tube did not drain properly either. I not only am reporting this to y’all but also directly to Choice Hotels because I’ve been a member for over 20 years and this is Rediculous.

This is the worst hotel I've stayed at in a long time. The check in personnel was rude. The restroom in the lobby was disgusting. The gym area air conditioner did not work. The filter in the room was so dirty it looked like muddy water. Save yourselves and never stay here!!! BEDBUGS

The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was comfortable - my problem was the noise of trucks driving on the highway - which my room faced - all night. I got little sleep. I will ask for a room "away" from the highways next time!

The price was right and the room was clean. I found the bed very comfortable. However, it needed som maintenance. The bed lamp didn’t work, the sink drained very slowly and the room had an odor when we first arrived. (Once we turned the AC on, the smell went away.)

We have stayed in a lot of Choice hotels. While the hotel was ok, the noise was absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced in any hotel. This hotel sits right at the interstate. Standard rooms all back to it. There was absolutely no noise barrier to the interstate. It was like it was running through your room. If that wasn’t bad enough, the air conditioner was roaring loud. My husband and I got no sleep. Breakfast was mediocre. I will not stay here again.

I've stayed at this hotel when they were new. Unfortunately it has gone downhill. The hotel rooms need renovation. The hallways smell wet and the rooms carpet smell wet and mildewey. The lamp had a pound of dust on it. The television screen was smudged. Everything was old and outdated. The only thing I was greatful for was the clean white sheets and towels. I believe in this hotel, please renovate and get a bettet clean up crew for the upkeep of the hotel.

There was emergency alarm on at 6:00 AM. And we were outside for an hr. But no emergency and stuffs didn’t even know why alarm was on. But no announcements what so ever. We just came back in and back to sleep. But alarm went on again at 8:30ish. And of course no announcement. We decided to just leave.

Check in man was smoking in the entrance way when I walked in (through his nasty smoke) to check in. He then let me stand at the desk for a few minutes (assuming he was finishing his cigarette) before walking up behind me asking “checking in?” Customer service was not that great.

The room was clean and the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel/motel/resort. The staff we encountered were absolutely wonderful! They went above and beyond! Special shout out to the woman working the front desk night shift. I believe her name was Cindy, she deserves a raise!

Glad we chose this location to stay while traveling. Very quiet safe atmosphere and convenient location. The staff member who checked us in was very professional and friendly. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in the Cordele area of Georgia.

There were no sheets or blankets for the fold out couch. I called down to ask for some and was told "Yes ma'am, they're kept down here. I'll get some for you." About 20+ minutes go by and we still don't have them. I called again and was told I had to go get them because they can't leave the desk. Would've been nice to know that on 1st call. Bed sheets had several hairs between the layers and folds. Toilet had trouble flushing.

This Comfort Inn sits to the side of what used to be a small shopping area with a Waffle House nearby. All of those businesses, however, are closed giving the whole area a very desolate feeling. Hotel sits on the side of Interstate 75 and is very, very noisy with traffic and trucks going by all day and night. Ask if you can have a room on the street side as it is not as noisy as the highway side. I slept with a pillow over my head to block out the noise.

If you get a room in the back of the hotel it is very noisy from the road traffic on i75. The rooms in the front are suites and you have to pay more for the peace and quiet. Had to sleep with a pillow over my ear to block out the noise

Nice visit. Unfortunately, the location is one exit away from the main Cordele exit.. No businesses anywhere nearby. But if your main purpose is a comfortable place to sleep overnight, can’t beat it. Breakfast was good too.

Comfort Inn rarely disappoints as a good value stay. This particular site is a perfectly fine property. There is a bit a of traffic noise from the interstate, but not terrible. Breakfast was good with several hot options including eggs and waffles.

It was cute it was just for one night the room did have an odor so I had to spray some freshener in there to kill the scent it wasn't like a cigarette smell but it was kind of like an old smell there were parts of the room that probably needed an upgrade maybe the bathroom but I mean I understand because it's a smaller Country Town where it's mostly like truckers maybe that on their way to or business meeting just like a layover type situation so that's what I got from it but the hotel itself the outside is beautiful I love when you first walk in the stairs or like right there but I wasn't five star impressed but it's not a bad place I would recommend it if it's just for one night there was certain things that I did not like but it was all right

We won’t be staying there again. The pillows were incredibly horrible. The sheets were non breathable silky polyester. The old brown carpet needs to be replaced. There wasn’t any type of bread for toast by 8:15. The aide was in and out wiping but didn’t seem to notice. I asked when I was leaving about it and she didn’t say anything. The sausage was not cooked even close to done So needless to say breakfast was very bad. We were on the highway side and the truck noise was bad, but the air conditioner noise covered it pretty well.

I am so satisfied with comfort inn. If I could change one thing it would be breakfast. Sausage and scrambled eggs every day is very unsatisfying. But I will stay again when I’m back in the area.

Property was clean and quiet. The breakfast was great. This was the first time I've seen someone in the kitchen that monitored everything so nothing would run out. There was plenty of everything. I will be back in the future

Fue de pasada para descansar todo bn pero en el cuarto el aire se apaga por un bn rato y te da mucho calor. Tambn el desayuno tienen q poner otra clase de huevo para el desayuno.

La propiedad está terriblemente vieja y en pésimas condiciones. Aunque sus empleados son excelentes personas y se esfuercen en la limpieza es algo que no se logrará debido a la depreciación de las instalaciones.

I hope this hotel does not pride itself on clean rooms because it was anything but. Room 412 had an awful musty smell when we entered. A/C unit needed a thorough cleaning. There were stains on the white duvet covers that were washed but did not come out. There were previous leaks on the ceiling which were starting to mildew in the main room. Same thing in the bathroom but there were active black mold areas which need to be remediated. Between damp carpets, previous water leakage and continuously leaking bathtub, it is no wonder there are issues with this room. It was not well maintained and needs gutted to get to the underlying mold/mildew issues.Women’s public restroom in the main lobby was unusable because it was stopped up and could not be flushed - absolutely filthy and must be an ongoing issue because when brought to the attention of the desk clerk, she said she would “fix” it. They need some major air filtration systems and dehumidifiers in this hotel to mitigate the issues created by dampness and leaking water. I would not stay here again.
