I’ve never rented a more filthier room then it roadway on Beacon in Grand Haven in my entire life I have in the past rent at a hotel room from this same hotel and it was nice which is the reason I return. I don’t know what to start with my complaints about the room everything was disgusting particularly the bathroom. The exhaust fans was caked with dirt dust. I’m talking about years of dirt and dust. The shower curtain had mold on the bottom and on the edges yes mode the room of a very perfume cleaning agent that they use. We have to air the room out 15 minutes before we could close the door did I complain? Nope because I didn’t think it would do any good and I was tired, but I will never ever return to this hotel again sorry to say do better stop running out dirty rooms.

Room was clean, dry and presentable. TV didn't work, so they ended up bringing us another one. Could use a coat of paint, but that's no biggie.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We were just trying to stay the night before dropping my son off at camp. The room smelled terrible - so terrible that when I got home and plugged in my CPAP again, it had to clear the gross air from staying at this property. My son ended up getting sick - we thought it was nerves but once we stepped out of the room and into the fresh outside air, we realized that the air quality is what made him sick. One of the beds had blood stains on the mattress. We checked for bedbugs and didn't find any in our room, but everything was just dirty. We will never book here again and wouldn't even recommend it to an enemy!
