Weren't allowed into the lobby. Kept pushing the nightbell, as instructed, and knocking on black window for service. Very frustrating trying to get checked in. Burned my hand on the door handle as it was in the sun at 113 degrees. My TV didn't work, only one station, a religious one. Called the office and she walked me thru the process, none of it was working. She said her husband would come down. That took awhile! He couldn't figure it out either, so moved me next door. TV worked. I returned key to first room and he said when the sun went down after dark, he would bring me the new room key! It was dark and I was wanting to go get something to eat so I called the office and he said I could come get the key on my way out. So he knew I was coming, and yet I had to experience the ringing of the doorbell and knocking on the window several times. Not friendly or accommodating. I didn't feel the room was clean, I didn't shower, use towels or even sleep on the sheets. I slept in my clothes on top of the comforter! There was no water in the pool, but don't think I would have used it anyway. I make trips back and forth from California to Arizona. Blythe is about halfway. On my return trip I stayed at a Best Western in Ehrenburg, AZ and was VERY satisfied. I would never recommend this Rodeway Inn unless they were to improve A LOT!!!

They say pet friendly , but they nickel and dime you to death, with a deposit to boot. I broken down in Blythe this was the closest to the mechanics, so I booked online for 2 nights not knowing what the mechanic would be able to do. The rooms are 80's vintage at best, so I stayed one night, I was able to get my truck back later evening. So I decided to sleep and get and early start. The dog walk area is next to a dumpster a dirt and rocky area with construction garbage everywhere. Not dog friendly at all. You can't walk into the office the owners are scared of Covid 19 and with a big yellow sign announcing it. They speak to you with a speaker in the glass night window even at mid day. They don't care about their customers at all and charged me a early check in fee of $30 bucks. The straw that broke the camels back was the shower early the next morning. The water was brown and the tub would not drain, I was disgusted and left!

I liked the it was not directly next to the Interstate. Yet it was close enough to be able to hop right on. The parking lot it extremely well lit. The rooms were recently renovated. This will be my goto spot when I travel my work route. Thanks…-R

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Hosts were friendly, helpful and efficient. Easy oarking. Good rrstaurants nearby. Easy access from I-10. We would stay here again.

This place is so bad that Hotels.com should remove IMMEDIATELY. We were advised by the owners that there was no air conditioning for 1/2 hour in 100+ heat and no showers until after 7 PM due to water restrictions. Spent another 1/2 hour on phone with Hotels.com trying to get a refund. They did tell us we could get a refund and go somewhere else. This was late evening and other hotel down the street were sold out! Had to drive another hour + to find a room.

Rodeway Inn on the main street through Blythe is easy to find although it is not large which is probably why it's quiet and peaceful. The grounds and rooms are well maintained (including the refrigerator and microwave which i need for my road meals) which makes it the best budget priced motel in Blythe. (I have stayed at several other low priced Blythe motels and not liked them. This Rodeway Inn is very likable and comfortable.) It is not 420-friendly and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property but Prime Leaf dispensary is close enough to walk to and enjoy the walk back. I will be staying here again because I slept well, the television and remote worked well, the refrigerator was quiet, the black-out curtains completely darkened the room, and the place is nicely quiet and peaceful. Good value for a weary traveler like me.

Wonderful service! The rooms were a little run down in some areas, but overall still very clean. A very nice couple runs this establishment! Please consider booking directly through them rather than a 3rd party service (better support for a small business). I also traveled with a cat and they had a very reasonable pet fee, just do your part and make sure to clean up! They also had really good security camera coverage in their parking lot, so I felt safe with my moving van parked there.

bathroom so filthy,rusty, toilet bowl and tub, heavily stained, brownish water on the toilet, dirty and corroded. towels are like rugs, tatty and creamish color like rugs. Outside room, hallway not swept, filthy. Lady owner too loud and argumentative when we said the place is not livable. She offered to clean the toilet but what the heck, it should be cleaned even before we come. Water in the toilet bowl is brownish. We left and did not stay coz it's below standard. Didn't get our refund either. She showed us another room however it's in the same condition as the other one. 3 of us looked and decided to let go of this one.

Very uncomfortable bed. Bathtub sloped making it easy to lose your balance in the shower. Coffee(?) spilled down the back of the bathroom door and wall. Toilet leaked. In room, one soap, the size of a miniature candy bar for 2 people. Towels were old, small and stiff. There was cable TV and internet service. Able to park car outside of our room.

This property was very quiet and the mattress was amazing.. I slept very well There was a frig, microwave and coffee maker in the room and a blow dryer! Room was clean , no dust , no dirt The lady at front desk was very nice.. perfect property 😊😊❤️❤️

The couple that runs this understated Hotel it’s very pleasant and they take pride in offering a lot for your money. Their hotel is hands-down, a better value and in better condition (They just renovated the place) Nearby hotels, so do yourself a favor and stay here if you’re overnighting in Blythe. The rooms are quite spacious as well, with good air conditioning, hot water, and attention to detail. The hotel is about a mile from Interstate 10, which is a benefit in my opinion… Because it’s quieter, then hotels that are closer to the interstate. Chances are you’re not walking if you’re staying at this place ... so a few minutes car drive will bring you to a wide range of fast food and casual restaurants near the interstate.

Very friendly and attentive. Room was nice. Water was nice and hot. Coffee was good. Great deal for the price. 10/10 would stay again.

Rodeway Inn on the main street through Blythe is easy to find although it is not large which is probably why it's quiet and peaceful. The grounds and rooms are well maintained (including the refrigerator and microwave which i need for my road meals) which makes it the best budget priced motel in Blythe. (I have stayed at several other low priced Blythe motels and not liked them. This Rodeway Inn is very likable and comfortable.) It is not 420-friendly and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property but Prime Leaf dispensary is close enough to walk to and enjoy the walk back. I will be staying here again because I slept well, the television and remote worked well, the refrigerator was quiet, the black-out curtains completely darkened the room, and the place is nicely quiet and peaceful. This property was very quiet and the mattress was amazing.. I slept very well There was a frig, microwave and coffee maker in the room and a blow dryer! Room was clean , no dust , no dirt The lady at front desk was very nice.. perfect property 😊😊❤️❤️

Room had great space and was very comfortable. Property itself was a bit dated, but the owners were progressively doing it up. They went out of their way to check if we had left eye glasses in the room and followed up with housekeeping. Kept us up-to-date with their queries. Good customer service.

Weren't allowed into the lobby. Kept pushing the nightbell, as instructed, and knocking on black window for service. Very frustrating trying to get checked in. Burned my hand on the door handle as it was in the sun at 113 degrees. My TV didn't work, only one station, a religious one. Called the office and she walked me thru the process, none of it was working. She said her husband would come down. That took awhile! He couldn't figure it out either, so moved me next door. TV worked. I returned key to first room and he said when the sun went down after dark, he would bring me the new room key! It was dark and I was wanting to go get something to eat so I called the office and he said I could come get the key on my way out. So he knew I was coming, and yet I had to experience the ringing of the doorbell and knocking on the window several times. Not friendly or accommodating. I didn't feel the room was clean, I didn't shower, use towels or even sleep on the sheets. I slept in my clothes on top of the comforter! There was no water in the pool, but don't think I would have used it anyway. I make trips back and forth from California to Arizona. Blythe is about halfway. On my return trip I stayed at a Best Western in Ehrenburg, AZ and was VERY satisfied. I would never recommend this Rodeway Inn unless they were to improve A LOT!!!

Average motel. States they are “pet friendly” but they are not. You will be charged $50 non refundable pet cleaning fee, and pets are not allowed on the beds. Owner lectured me for 15 minutes on all the rules and policies regarding pets. I had no choice but to take the lecture and sign an additional document confirming consent to be charged extra money and possibly more again after check out for repairs and additional cleaning time. “If I find dog hair on those beds, I will be charging you extra!” Do not bathe your dogs, pick up your dog poop! Don’t let the dogs chew on the furniture! Respect my property! The lecture went on and on and on. I was super tired and just wanted to get to the room and sleep. There was so many events going on around the area every motel was booked to max capacity. So we had no choice but to stay there. I couldn’t cancel or would be charged $150 cancellation fee. It was ridiculous! I think she knew we had no other options and couldn’t cancel. There was no other places open! I’m a responsible pet owner, I clean up after my little pug. She doesn’t chew on furniture or destroy motel rooms. We are good guests. We always respect people’s property. bathroom so filthy,rusty, toilet bowl and tub, heavily stained, brownish water on the toilet, dirty and corroded. towels are like rugs, tatty and creamish color like rugs. Outside room, hallway not swept, filthy. Lady owner too loud and argumentative when we said the place is not livable. She offered to clean the toilet but what the heck, it should be cleaned even before we come. Water in the toilet bowl is brownish. We left and did not stay coz it's below standard. Didn't get our refund either. She showed us another room however it's in the same condition as the other one. 3 of us looked and decided to let go of this one.

They say pet friendly , but they nickel and dime you to death, with a deposit to boot. I broken down in Blythe this was the closest to the mechanics, so I booked online for 2 nights not knowing what the mechanic would be able to do. The rooms are 80's vintage at best, so I stayed one night, I was able to get my truck back later evening. So I decided to sleep and get and early start. The dog walk area is next to a dumpster a dirt and rocky area with construction garbage everywhere. Not dog friendly at all. You can't walk into the office the owners are scared of Covid 19 and with a big yellow sign announcing it. They speak to you with a speaker in the glass night window even at mid day. They don't care about their customers at all and charged me a early check in fee of $30 bucks. The straw that broke the camels back was the shower early the next morning. The water was brown and the tub would not drain, I was disgusted and left!

It was a last-minute reservation last week and was very stressful. When I booked the reservation I immediately got the confirmation email but I also received a separate email stating they were looking forward to our visit and if there was anything we needed in preparation, they even offered to set room temperature before arriving. When we arrived we were greeted at check in and management even met us at our room. We were asked to look around, HEATER WAS ON (which felt amazing) we were asked to check bathrooms, beds, tv. They were so accommodating and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with our room, which we were. Great stay. We will return.

Wonderful service! The rooms were a little run down in some areas, but overall still very clean. A very nice couple runs this establishment! Please consider booking directly through them rather than a 3rd party service (better support for a small business). I also traveled with a cat and they had a very reasonable pet fee, just do your part and make sure to clean up! They also had really good security camera coverage in their parking lot, so I felt safe with my moving van parked there.

The couple that runs this understated Hotel it’s very pleasant and they take pride in offering a lot for your money. Their hotel is hands-down, a better value and in better condition (They just renovated the place) Nearby hotels, so do yourself a favor and stay here if you’re overnighting in Blythe. The rooms are quite spacious as well, with good air conditioning, hot water, and attention to detail. The hotel is about a mile from Interstate 10, which is a benefit in my opinion… Because it’s quieter, then hotels that are closer to the interstate. Chances are you’re not walking if you’re staying at this place ... so a few minutes car drive will bring you to a wide range of fast food and casual restaurants near the interstate.

I liked the price charged. Coffee in room bad, given 2 breadsticks for breakfast. Very small bottle of soap, shampoo. For the price the next tine i will bring my own soap and shampoo and water. This was a no pleasue trip but went to a funeral so it was livable and acceptable.
