I was a little shocked to find that although the rooms were priced at a premium, the rooms were only cleaned every other day. And then not really cleaned. We were there for several days, and although we put a note on the door to please clean our room early, it was late in the afternoon that the room was eventually cleaned, after we made a point to ask the cleaning ladies to please clean our room soon. I have stayed there several times in the past, and was quite disappointed with our stay, particularly for what we paid. It might also be a good idea to clean the outside of the windows once in a while.

While the room was very nice and the front desk staff was amazing, the hot tub and in shower toiletries were not. The jets on the hot tub are all broken and spray the water straight up and right in your face. The shampoos and conditioners were all watered down.

I stayed at the Courtyard for a family wedding weekend and was very pleased with both the location and property. My only complaint was that there was no in-room safe, but otherwise the room was comfortable and the hotel was quiet despite being in a busy shopping center.
