While I was in bed early morning my husband was standing over the bed and saw a bed bug crawling away from me and in my pillow that my toddler was sleeping on. My husband killed it. I told the staff who first ignored me then finally someone came to the room to search the bed. I showed them the dead bedbug that I picked up in a napkin. After doing their own search with the flashlights on their phones they said that they did not see any bedbugs nor do they have any bedbugs anywhere on the property. I asked them how can they say they have no bedbugs when I clearly showed them the bedbug that my husband had killed. She still insisted that they do not have any bedbugs. After some back and forth between us she finally said we will have the room pest controlled. However after that interaction I don’t feel as if they will take accountability and get the pest control to come out because she maintained that they didn’t see any bedbugs and they don’t have any. It wasn’t until the next day that I noticed several bites on me including my ear and arms thankfully none was on my baby. I had stayed there several times over the last couple years when we came to town but I will Not be going back.

Room was clean and had a comfortable beds. 2 coffee machines and juice accessible at any point during our stay. Nice breakfast with hot food options. Good customers service, the location felt safe and over all the hotel was clean and updated. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and well appointed. The common areas of the hotel were worn and a bit dirty. And…..there was a weird smell in the lobby and halls. The “Folgers coffee machine” coffee in the lobby was bad. There was also a keurig down there that I didn’t try, do that would likely be a better choice. It was quiet, safe and had great parking. A great value for the price. We would stay again.
