Beds were comfortable and rooms clean. The kitchen did not come with supplies which was not a problem for us as we were going out with others. Location was excellent and staff were very caring.

There was no blow dryer in the room or ice maker around the hall. Very basic room with a bed and shower. Okay for a one night stay.

Understand this is an extended stay facility. Finishing Installing new flooring upon arrival. GOOD THING, slight inconvenience. Room smelled like cigarettes. Old school outlets/switches, no USB. No amenities like soap, shampoo or hair dryer in room. Drawers had different types of debris in them.??!,? TV remote was sketchy. No ice machine. (Ice trays available upon request). Front desk closes at 10pm Full size Refridge/freezer worked great! (Allthough beat up pretty good). Parking was adequate. Fortunately we just needed a place to flop while attending Bristol race

There were roaches, dirty floors, hairs all over the shower, rude staff, a previous guests’ leftover toilet roll in the bathroom. NO AMENITIES. Wifi costs after one device and it’s horribly slow. There wasn’t any coffee pot in the room or anywhere in the hotel period. No complimentary kitchen utensils in the kitchen (who travels with a frying pan). They made us take out our own trash (what are we paying you money for). They said housekeeping only comes twice a week. That’s just plain disgusting. Don’t stay here.

We basically needed a bed and a shower and that's what we got. No lobby, no coffee, thin walls, no doors on upper kitchen cabinets. The fridge worked and we had hot water so we made do for the one night.

Cheap hotel while I am awaiting closing my property purchase. Maintenance is lousy and only available on weekends. Front desk is poorly staffed and only available 9am to 9pm. Public toilet on first floor is for employees only even though it is not posted as such. Floors are dirty. Trash is spread throughout the exterior.

We ended getting out into 3 different rooms because they were so bad. Not clean, bugs, stunk. One morning there was no hot water so took a cold shower. So would not recommend this place . In the 2nd room we were given the heat didn't work.

The room had cockroaches and was dirty. The microwave was nasty! Have pictures to prove it. We refused to stay after going into the room and seeing the conditions. This was at around 3AM after a long drive to the hotel. Spoke with the manager and he refused to refund me. DO NOT STAY IN THIS UNCLEAN HOTEL!

Nice staff, clean for the most part except the floor. A construction crew was staying there and my room floor was very dirty and dusty. Definitely hadn’t been mopped before checking in. Also was only offered housekeeping one time during my week of staying there, and the floors didn’t get mopped then either. Other than that, I felt safe there and it was quiet at night.

it's hard to know where to start. are keys would not unlock the door to the room. after three trips down to the desk we finally got another room. the hallway floors were dirty. the elevator was filthy never cleaned the two days we spent there. the floors in our room were very dirty. we will never go back. give your review a title don't stay here

Stayed here because all other hotels were booked or very pricey. From past experience this hotel chain is more of an extended stay. The staff were friendly enough. Checked in and had to have maintenance come to the room because the air wasn’t working. The beds were horrible.

Basic room and truly outdated! The hall to our room smelled like urine. So did the downstairs. Our room was double assigned. As we were sleeping another family walked in. Not worth the price we paid. Friendly staff but it will be a never again for us.

They get 0 stars because we got there 1000 miles from home and they tell us sorry we don't have a room for you we double booked. So we were stuck looking for a place to stay at 11pm luckily found a room next door but they said this place does that to people all the time. DO NOT RECOMMEND

What I didn't like: Booked on May 6th & paid for the 2 double bed room for June 5-7th. Got there on the 5th and they did not have a room. They said they were overbooked on their double bed rooms. My guys had been driving from 8 PM the previous night to hear that. They ended up giving us 2 singles for the same price.

Their card reader was not working and they were no longer checking in people. I found this out when I got there and unloaded all my luggage. No one called me beforehand to inform me that I could not check-in. The front desk clerk was outside the hotel hanging out with approx 4-5 of his friends and they were making a lot of noise carrying on and jumping around in front of the hotel.

I travel often for work. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. They did not have pots and dish sets, like it is stated in the amenities list. I was told that they only offered room service on scheduled days and then refused to clean it on my scheduled day. Insulted me. The manager banged on our door on Sunday (My day off), to ask us why we set our trashcan outside the door. We informed him that it was to have it taken out. He then stated that we have to take our own trash out and that he directed his staff not to pick up hotel guests' trash. I as to speak to a manager and called 4 days in a row from work and he was never there, except to terrorize his guest on the weekend. Then they put charges on my room over the total price to pay price, given to me by Expedia and said that it was taxes. When i let them know that Expedia had given me an itinerary with itemized costs and the state taxes was included in price, I was told that they have linen fees! When I complained to Expedia while and work, when i got off and attempted to go in my room. I was locked out! And the manager told me it was because of an overdue balance! And told his staff member that if i didn't have it settled in 1 hour to call the police for an escort! Then I was yelled and screamed at as he walked me to my room. I felt unsafe and scared! I have never had an experience like this i have a I am a Diamond member with Hilton and Marriott. And travel about 9 months out of the year. It was scary.
I travel often for work. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. They did not have pots and dish sets, like it is stated in the amenities list. I was told that they only offered room service on scheduled days and then refused to clean it on my scheduled day. Insulted me. The manager banged on our door on Sunday (My day off), to ask us why we set our trashcan outside the door. We informed him that it was to have it taken out. He then stated that we have to take our own trash out and that he directed his staff not to pick up hotel guests' trash. I as to speak to a manager and called 4 days in a row from work and he was never there, except to terrorize his guest on the weekend. Then they put charges on my room over the total price to pay price, given to me by Expedia and said that it was taxes. When i let them know that Expedia had given me an itinerary with itemized costs and the state taxes was included in price, I was told that they have linen fees! Beds were comfortable and rooms clean. The kitchen did not come with supplies which was not a problem for us as we were going out with others. Location was excellent and staff were very caring.

Understand this is an extended stay facility. Finishing Installing new flooring upon arrival. GOOD THING, slight inconvenience. Room smelled like cigarettes. Old school outlets/switches, no USB. No amenities like soap, shampoo or hair dryer in room. Drawers had different types of debris in them.??!,? TV remote was sketchy. No ice machine. (Ice trays available upon request). Front desk closes at 10pm Full size Refridge/freezer worked great! (Allthough beat up pretty good). Parking was adequate. Fortunately we just needed a place to flop while attending Bristol race

You get what you pay for, right? That’s what I kept telling myself as I forced myself to sleep. But I woke up with tons of bites on my legs. And someone set the fire alarm bc there are stoves in most rooms BUT no ventilation. Groups of men loitering by the door. I’ll just budget better and choose a more expensive hotel next time I need a rest stop on a long drive

Nice staff, clean for the most part except the floor. A construction crew was staying there and my room floor was very dirty and dusty. Definitely hadn’t been mopped before checking in. Also was only offered housekeeping one time during my week of staying there, and the floors didn’t get mopped then either. Other than that, I felt safe there and it was quiet at night.

There were roaches, dirty floors, hairs all over the shower, rude staff, a previous guests’ leftover toilet roll in the bathroom. NO AMENITIES. Wifi costs after one device and it’s horribly slow. There wasn’t any coffee pot in the room or anywhere in the hotel period. No complimentary kitchen utensils in the kitchen (who travels with a frying pan). They made us take out our own trash (what are we paying you money for). They said housekeeping only comes twice a week. That’s just plain disgusting. Don’t stay here.

We basically needed a bed and a shower and that's what we got. No lobby, no coffee, thin walls, no doors on upper kitchen cabinets. The fridge worked and we had hot water so we made do for the one night.

No hair dryer, no iron , no coffee. No one cleaned the room or took out the trash our entire stay that spanned 4 days. We were given 2 washcloths and 2 towels, which you had to take the dirty ones down to the desk to be given more. We had roaches and it smelled bad in the hallways. I won't be going back.

The floor in the broom was extremely dirty. He needed at least three mops to get it clean. They were cockroaches coming from the backboard of the bed on the walls on the kitchen stove and on the microwave. Unless you are extremely tight on a budget, I would not recommend this hotel.
