We had problems from the minute we arrived. Firstly, we hadn’t noticed upon booking that bedding/towels had to be ordered and were a paid extra. The apartment was clean and tidy, but we noticed immediately that the skirting boards were visibly & badly rotted in several areas and there was no WI-FI although this was advertised as being available in every apartment. I complained about the WI-FI, but was told it was “kaput” and they had no idea when it would be repaired (it was finally repaired on our last day there). There were other problems too….one of the only 2 elevators was out of order for 3 days and the pool closed for 2 due to a faulty filter. The 2 guys on reception were friendly but spoke very little English and I am afraid my French is no better so it was VERY difficult to communicate e.g. I was given a short questionnaire when arriving and thought I had been told to hand in as we left, turns out we had 24 hours to hand it in or they wouldn’t accept any complaints. We have been travelling to Les Sable d’olonne/La Chaume on and off for about 20 years and this is by far the worst accommodation we have stayed in….Overall VERY disappointing

Très bon séjour dans un hôtel propre, confortable et bien situé. L'hôte a été accueillant, réactif et disponible tout au long du séjour. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht da, deshalb war es okay. Aber der Service ist ungenügend. Keine Kissen, die Betten mussten wir selber anziehen, die Rezeption war selten besetzt und alles ging immer ewig. Nicht wirklich empfehlenswert

Une fois dans l’appartement ça va, mais pour se faire comprendre c’est tout un poème, je suis enregistré en tant que personne à mobilité réduite, je stipule un grand lit et une douche car impossible de lever mes jambes, de porter et monter des marches, on me met au troisième avec baignoire, heureusement que je suis arrivé avant la fermeture donc changement on me donne une chambre pour handicapés et on me dit que ma place de stationnement est à l’autre bout du parking, on marche sur la tête, pas une place de stationnement pour nous, je vous dis pas pour sortir de sa voiture
