Holiday Inn Express & Suites Madison-Verona by IHG

Staff was amazing and helpful. I had to make an emergency booking because my original spot was deplorable. Front desk helped calm me down and bring some peace. They really treated me with humanity. Rooms were great and the shared areas were clean. Will return or book at holiday in the future.

Property was well maintained. Staff was friendly and it was in a great location. The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in in years. Pool and hot tub were fun and relaxing. I've stated other holiday ends that had EV chargers. Wish this one would have had that amenity for their guests.

Housekeeping walked in and didn’t knock or announce that they were walking in. My partner was using the restroom in the nude while I was in the nude on the bed getting dressed for the day.
