Hotel ist gut gelegen, um Polignano a Mare zu besuchen. Schöne Anlage. Negative war, dass neben unserem Zimmer rep. Fenster auf der grossen Terrasse eine Hochzeit stattfand, somit war es lärmig und konnten diese Terasse nicht vom Zimmer aus benützen. Haben extra ein Senior Zimmer gebucht. Eine anderes wäre besser gewesen. Safe nützte nichts da er nicht angemacht war und unter dem Arm abtransportieren konnte. Minibar war gefüllt aber Gläser fehlten im Zimmer. Frühstücksraum war in einem Gang untergebracht für ein solches Hotel eher negative. Draussen oder in einem schönen Raum wäre es angebrachter gewesen.

Hotel bonito com belos jardins. Local de realização de festas e eventos. Melhor escolher um dia fora dos finais de semana. Recepção pouco simpática. Café da manhã médio, sem muita variedade. Estacionamento próprio e grátis. Distante 7 km aproximadamente de Polignano a mare, então não dá para ir a pé.

Absolutely beautiful grounds, it is an event space for weddings, rooms are very spacious, weddings are held nightly during the summer months and a few times a week in late fall to winter. I believe there are only 8 bedrooms but majority space are for events. Would definitely recommend. Good breakfast included!

Okay this is a wedding venue if you don’t like music…don’t book here otherwise it is an exceptional property. Beautiful and lovely staff. Convenient parking, delicious and generous breakfast. Clean and fabulous room with lovely balcony…we want our kids weddings here one day. Gorgeous grounds…we felt very lucky to find the room there as there are only 8 rooms at any given time. We will be back and we will let everyone of our friends and family know about this gem in south of Italy.

Expedia should make it clear upfront that it is a wedding venue that has hotel rooms. Wedding music ended between 10-11 pm, but it was somewhat annoying. Other than that, everything was very nice and a good value.

The hotel is an 18 century well-maintained mansion with a beautiful garden. It’s more for ceremonies than receptions than accommodation. However the rooms are clean and it was a nice experience to us to see an Italian style wedding ceremony. It’s 10-15 minutes drive to Polignano a mare.

Great location near Polignano a Mere and Monopoli. Free Parking. Breakfast was fabulous. Beautiful gardens and fountains. Staff was friendly and helpful. It's primarily a wedding venue but that just added to its charm.

Lugar bonito, quartos grandes, porém não é na verdade um HOTEL, mas sim uma casa de festas. Fazem de 2 a 3 casamentos ao dia, de verdade!!!! Em dois dias tivemos 5 casamentos com música alta na sacada do nosso quarto. Além disso o hotel NÃO TEM PISCINA, BAR ou RESTAURANTE. Mesmo com quartos livres eles não aceitam o check in antes das 15 horas.

Na verdade não é um hotel e sim locação de salas para casamentos. Houve 2 por noite durante nossa estadia. O ruído da música, queima de fogos incomoda bastante. Como tudo estava lotado acabamos aceitando estas condições. Uma pena pois as instalações são lindas e os funcionários incríveis.

Une réservation dernière dans un bel endroit. L’extérieur est très joli, le bâtiment aussi mais notre chambre date un peu! Petit déjeuner correct Réservation en dernière minute, donc prix intéressant.

camera pulita, servizio migliorabile...avevamo pagato un importo ben superiore alla senior suite, prenotando una junior e...pur facendolo presente non ci hanno concesso alcun "upgrade@...che nei fatti comunque non lo era avendo pagato noi un importo superiore. menu della colazione impersonale, senza Puglia...non una mozzarella, burrata, stracciatella, olio o pomodorini...nulla. Peccato...:( avevamo scelto il posto...soprattutto per...la colazione

Quando chegamos não localizávamos nenhum funcionário e a recepção estava vazia. Parecia um hotel fantasma, ainda que o hotel fosse bonito, o conforto é péssimo. O ar condicionado não conseguia ter vazão para deixar o quarto em condições mínimas para dormir. A cama também era desconfortável. A hospedagem foi terrível! Em pleno verão europeu é impossível dormir bem sem ar-condicionado.

Clean and fabulous room with lovely balcony…we want our kids weddings here one day. Gorgeous grounds…we felt very lucky to find the room there as there are only 8 rooms at any given time. We will be back and we will let everyone of our friends and family know about this gem in south of Italy.
Okay this is a wedding venue if you don’t like music…don’t book here otherwise it is an exceptional property. Beautiful and lovely staff. Convenient parking, delicious and generous breakfast. Very nice and beautiful hotel! Very nice room, comfortable, good space and nice architecture. Breakfast is very good, has a very good variety of options, fruits, cereal, breads, very good croissants, and good cakes. Very good option for the area!

Lugar bonito, quartos grandes, porém não é na verdade um HOTEL, mas sim uma casa de festas. Fazem de 2 a 3 casamentos ao dia, de verdade!!!! Em dois dias tivemos 5 casamentos com música alta na sacada do nosso quarto. Além disso o hotel NÃO TEM PISCINA, BAR ou RESTAURANTE. Mesmo com quartos livres eles não aceitam o check in antes das 15 horas.

Pros: it’s a beautiful property and the staff are lovely. Cons: it’s ten minutes from town and there is no shuttle. The taxi cost 30 euro each way (for ten minutes). We had a car but I didn’t see anywhere we could have parked. You can’t walk there from the hotel. Breakfast buffet was very ordinary given the cost of the accommodation. Air conditioning is controlled by reception (to turn off and on). It was turning off and on all night so we went from boiling hot to freezing cold. We did not sleep well at all. We were on level two and whilst there was a lift we had to then carry our bags up and down other sets of stairs. They didn’t offer to take them up so I asked someone to bring them down when I left (they asked my taxi driver to do it). I found this really strange. Overall it was a beautiful place but it could have been better if they offered the services mentioned.

Great location near Polignano a Mere and Monopoli. Free Parking. Breakfast was fabulous. Beautiful gardens and fountains. Staff was friendly and helpful. It's primarily a wedding venue but that just added to its charm.

Bellissima location. Curato in ogni dettaglio. Perfetta per matrimoni e ricevimenti di qualsiasi tipo. Però, appunto, tenete presente che quasi ogni giorno c'è un matrimonio e la musica è ben alta fino alle 23.30-00.00. Ma è indicato sul sito quindi eravamo consapevoli della nostra scelta. Tornerei volentieri! un ringraziamento particolare al parcheggiatore Vito, per la suo cordialità ed ottimi consigli su dove mangiare in zona! :) Nicole e Fabio

The hotel is an 18 century well-maintained mansion with a beautiful garden. It’s more for ceremonies than receptions than accommodation. However the rooms are clean and it was a nice experience to us to see an Italian style wedding ceremony. It’s 10-15 minutes drive to Polignano a mare.

We had a great time, beautiful location. The breakfast was good, top service. Close to Citty centre and locations to visit. If I should bring one point of criticism it must be to myself for not checking before booking, that the hotel mainly serves weddings and other types of parties.

camera pulita, servizio migliorabile...avevamo pagato un importo ben superiore alla senior suite, prenotando una junior e...pur facendolo presente non ci hanno concesso alcun "upgrade@...che nei fatti comunque non lo era avendo pagato noi un importo superiore. menu della colazione impersonale, senza Puglia...non una mozzarella, burrata, stracciatella, olio o pomodorini...nulla. Peccato...:( avevamo scelto il posto...soprattutto per...la colazione

Don’t stay here unless attending a wedding! During weddings, regular guests are treated as secondary. We were told music would run until 23:00, which was accurate and fine, and our room was pleasant with a lovely terrace. The problem was the overall treatment. From arrival, it was obvious the wedding party took full priority. At the parking area, staff questioned why we were there (it was 14.50 and the check-in was from 15.00) and implied basically to leave and come back later as our arrival coincided with the wedding couple’s. After consultation with reception we were brought Inside, our room wasn’t ready, which happens, but we were first kept in a nearby corridor then moved to a sitting room on the 1st floor, until the room was ready! They put a lot of effort into hiding us! At night the same treatment happened when we returned at 22:00, staff organized a pathway and directed us through a side entrance instead and some part of the hotel to avoid the main entrance and possibly the wedding area. Despite this, the hotel charges full four‑star rates for restricted facilities & the beautiful garden being off‑limits. Why do they have other guests when wedding is their business?! The room itself was fine, though the shower had barely any hot water. The location is inconvenient without a car, and surprisingly, the hotel offers no restaurant or proper bar for any food besides Breakfast. Also the lack of an in‑room coffee/tea maker was inconvenient given the remote setting.
