We normally stay at a different hotel chain but needed to be in this specific area where my preferred chain does not have a location. My husband wanted to keep it “budget”, so that’s what we did. The property is in a good location and is walkable to a sandwich shop and a Mexican restaurant. Other food options would need a car or an Uber. Upon arrival, check in was without problems. The reception area was clean. Our room was on the second floor away from the elevator. The room was quiet, and the AC was cold. Breakfast was continental but adequate. The gym had a treadmill, elliptical, and a bike but no weights. There was no used towel receptacle or trash can in the gym. Furnishings in our room could use an upgrade (couch had a large hole, hairdryer didn’t work, phone was non functioning and wiring pulled from the wall-all reported to management but not fixed during our stay). Management was polite but not friendly. All in all it was adequate for our needs but I would not stay here again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities were older but clean and well kept. Only issue was two of the three nights the smoke detectors went off. Once late in the evening and once early morning. Pretty sure it was due to someone trying to smoke in their room.

Check in clerk was awesome, our room was not ready. She upgraded us to an awesome room. The excercize room was under renovations. We picked this hotel because it had a place to do a morning workout. It was not accessable which was a big let down.

Had to ask to get the room cleaned. Ran out of towels two days in a row, had to ask for soap and shampoo, fire alarms going off all times of the night, drink machines ripped me off three times, people in the halls having arguments at 200am, beds and pillows are completely worn out, breakfast was not as advertised, outside entry doors were not locked at night. A very bad experience. I will not stay at any Microtel again, even if was free. Stay away.

The breakfast was pitiful. Very few offerings. They had no milk on the second morning and it was only ten minutes into the breakfast time. There was a large group of umpires staying here sms they were partying all night long. That made for two very poor nights of sleep. The pool was so small and there were so many people out there we decided not to even go.

Lots of places to eat near by & stores to shop at. Make sure your room is clean before you unpack check the whole room. We found a dead roach in our bathroom. Unfortunately we switched our room …. Our first room had queen size beds. Second room full size. Beds are comfortable. The night here was affordable.

Not good. Got the last room available and it was bad. Long black hair was all over the bathroom and floor of the room. Sheets wete clean so all we stayed was one night. Spoke to the manager thr next morning and she was very apologetic. Offered half of our payment back. Got total refund from HOTELS.COM. I think the Manager will get problem fixed.

When I have feedback (positive or negative) I prefer to give it in real-time & in-person. However, this feedback belongs with the manager or owner not staff. They were responsive, attentive & cheerful. Matthew & Wendy! and expressed my gratitude to in-person. 1st room(124), had bugs - 7 insects/bugs in my first hour. No bugs seen in 2nd room (201)! But, the conditions were disgusting & ultimately proved unhealthy, more on that later. Conditions: an overpowering musky chemical smell. Like moldy laundry. Carpet was stained (yellow-orangey-red almost brown) with matching wall stains. A filthy AC vent with equal amounts of debris-dirt-trash & guck as the NYC subway grates. Kept it off. The caked-in guck between the tv remote buttons took one pack of (9)Clorox wipes to get mostly off It. Pack two helped remove stains/hair/etc. from the toilet, sink,& shower. I began feeling upper respiratory symptoms night2 (Friday) scratchy/bumpy/red throat, cough, & headache. By Saturday morning I had an elevated temp & all symptoms worsened. Thankfully my friend offered me her home & helped me gather my things from the hotel. I checked out Saturday night. Today, I went to urgent care & was diagnosed with Influenza d. How are y’all part of the Wyndham chain?! Your Reviews & Ranking for Clean/Condition are straight lies.

Bare bones hotel. There was no refrigerator, microwave, or hair dryer in the room. Basically just a bed, shower and TV. It was clean and the staff were friendly. Not what I expect from a Marriot property.

The check in was quick. The room was average but didnt have a fridge or microwave or ironing board The noise level was louder then average but not intolerable. The breakfast was average and got me thru till lunch. I called for the room to be vacummed after fresh towels were dropped off but it never happened nor the bed being made.

I drove 8 hours and arrived around 1. There were maybe two cars parked outside so I knew they werent busy. When I got to the main desk-there was no one there. I rang bell and still stood there for maybe 10 min. A woman finally came up and said my room was not ready and give her half hour. I came back over an hour later and she said room still not ready. Had to wait longer. When I came back in-Man at counter was freindly and helpful. Walking around property- there was so much trash and garbage. There is a creek and it looks as though people literally throw their garbage in the creek. It has not been picked up in a long time.Give a very dirty impression of hotel as it is on the property. Lastly-My daughter has epilepsy and has an "Alert" service dog which was stated on booking. The lady at the front desk seemed "flustered" with a service dog and actually asked us "what type of service dog we had? when we looked at her oddly as it is against the law to ask as we showed them her offical papers etc. My daughter told her she has epilepsy which was embarrassing to her. Maybe more training can be given to staff regarding guests with disabilities and the important use of having a service animal to prevent this from happening to another guest. Thank you

In fairness i should have complained sooner. I wasn't sure if housekeeping only cleaned every other day or on a schedule of some kind. Housekeeping came one throughout my stay, sat to fri. I asvised the management on my last day and id'd so.e other problems with the room. As significant advantage for me was its location.

The guy at the front desk who checked us in was super sweet and friendly. Overall the cleanliness of the place was very nice and clean. Although our room kind of smelt like cigarette smoke. We’d stay again though.

My fiancé and I stayed two nights and at first it was fine! Room was pretty spacious and clean for the most part. But, upon walking into the bathroom, we noticed hair in the bathtub (we had just checked in), and along the time of our stay, we had spotted small dead cockroaches scattered across the room. Also, the fire alarm went off, and there was no communication about what happened. Also, dont expect a "continental breakfast". It was literally pre-packaged food, a toaster, and a microwave. Also, room service came in the room without knocking while my fiancé was asleep. This was sometime in the late morning. The trip was okay. It was just for 2 days, but dont expect a nice, super clean hotel. You get what you pay for.

My fiancé and I stayed two nights and at first it was fine! Room was pretty spacious and clean for the most part. But, upon walking into the bathroom, we noticed hair in the bathtub (we had just checked in), and along the time of our stay, we had spotted small dead cockroaches scattered across the room. Also, the fire alarm went off, and there was no communication about what happened. Also, dont expect a "continental breakfast". It was literally pre-packaged food, a toaster, and a microwave. Also, room service came in the room without knocking while my fiancé was asleep. This was sometime in the late morning. The trip was okay. It was just for 2 days, but dont expect a nice, super clean hotel. You get what you pay for.

Breakfast area had one thermos of coffee that was empty and never refilled between 7:30-8:00 each morning. breakfast food needed restocked as well. Seemed like a place that construction workers stayed or extended housing. Homeless men walking in grassing lot next to hotel. Good place for a one night stop but not for any more.

We normally stay at a different hotel chain but needed to be in this specific area where my preferred chain does not have a location. My husband wanted to keep it “budget”, so that’s what we did. The property is in a good location and is walkable to a sandwich shop and a Mexican restaurant. Other food options would need a car or an Uber. Upon arrival, check in was without problems. The reception area was clean. Our room was on the second floor away from the elevator. The room was quiet, and the AC was cold. Breakfast was continental but adequate. The gym had a treadmill, elliptical, and a bike but no weights. There was no used towel receptacle or trash can in the gym. Furnishings in our room could use an upgrade (couch had a large hole, hairdryer didn’t work, phone was non functioning and wiring pulled from the wall-all reported to management but not fixed during our stay). Management was polite but not friendly. All in all it was adequate for our needs but I would not stay here again.

It’s called “Microtel” for a reason. I had a room with a queen bed. It was small but functional. Everything worked. It was very clean. Staff was friendly at checkin and checkout. Lots of food options in the area. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The young lady that checked us in was very nice. The man working with her has a terrible attitude and a attitude towards the public. He definitely does not need to be at the front desk. The room is clean and neat, but one thing they have not updated was to have usb plugs available to charge your electronics. The worst part was their breakfast. I’ve stayed at other MicroTels and they had good hot breakfast. This one does not, therefore, I will not be staying at this location when I come back.

The property was in a great location. And my complaint isn’t due to the property. It’s people checking in at 12:30 AM above me making so much noise. And the doors make so much noise when they slam shut. It was hard to get a good nights sleep. The gentleman who worked the night shift was very friendly. Again, the hotel was clean. The breakfast is very basic. There’s no eggs or pancakes. It’s strictly packaged food. Everyone who travels knows it’s hit or miss if they’re not on the top floor.

The hotel is definitely dated, but they do their best to keep it clean. The staff is so sweet, friendly, and helpful. This was one of the first hotels I felt safe and comfortable in especially since it was my young daughter and I. The breakfast is more of a “on the move” type breakfast. There was coffee, tea, juice, milk, nitro grain bars, muffins, danish’s, etc. My daughter was happy and truly enjoyed it! It really is a nice and clean area! Thank you again!

The room i had was 126 and the bed was very squicky when I changed positions for sleeping and just getting on the bed made nose. The knob for the shower was very hard to turn on. It needs to be fixed. Other than that its fine

We booked this hotel because it was close to family, as we were in town for a funeral. The room was clean, and that is where the good ends. This hotel is one of the most pretentious I have ever stayed at. They guard towels like they are made of gold. It was my husband, our kids, and me, and there were only two washcloths in the room. The first night, they made us bring our dirty towels to the front desk just to get new ones. (Who does that?) The second night, they would only give us two towels and claimed they did not have any more. Secondly, an employee TRIED TO ENTER OUR ROOM AT 12 AM WHILE WE WERE SLEEPING. They did not call or knock, although they claim they did. The only reason they could not walk in on us was because the latch was on. Apparently, the neighbors complained that our TV was too loud. When I called the next day to complain about someone attempting to enter our room while we were asleep, cue the snottiest employee ever. He claimed our TV was at full volume, which was a lie. It was on 20 which is not remotely full volume and was not loud enough to warrant someone attempting to enter our room at midnight. If your hotel is so cheaply made that you can hear a TV through the walls that clearly, maybe the hotel needs to do better with its soundproofing. This rude individual basically told us that we needed to know how to conduct ourselves in public, which had some very uncomfortable racial undertones given the area we were in and the way the conversation was
