Best Western Norwalk

Very clean and comfortable room. Beds were a dream! Breakfast was the only downside: coffee was cold, and no variety in food selection. I didn’t mind though: the excellent night of sleep in the amazing bed was all I was looking for.

The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and all of the staff that I interacted with was very friendly.

Check in was very pleasant after a long tiring day of traveling, the gentleman at the front desk asked if we would like a fresh pot of coffee. I thought that was very nice. The room, hallways, and breakfast area were all clean. Our room was in the back and very quiet for us. The breakfast was much better than a more expensive hotel we had stayed at several days prior to here. The waffles were quite good as were the scrambled eggs.

Staff was nice, hotel was clean enough. Could use some upgrades
