Très bien situé et personnel accueillant et disponible

Tout était parfait, l'emplacement (restaurants tout pres, diverses boutiques...). La chambre était impeccable, propre, avec divers rangements, la salle de bain également, il y avait tout le nécessaire et même plus.

It was a decent hotel with staff trying to assist. Howver the intercom in the room was not operational and could not be fixed by the front desk. They offered a technician coming over on Thursday and we refused. The soap dispenser had no soap so we had purchase it. The manager was kind to leave a bottle of wine on our table with an apology note. On Saturday morning we accepted the note and returned the bottle to the front desk for the manager and staff to enjoy. A wine bottle cannot be a substitute for a non working telephone and shampoo. Thank you for the breakfast on Thursday and Friday. We left at 5:20 am on Saturday and usually hotel staff gives packed one. Here the staff - both front desk and the kitchen politely refused. Here are the facts and its strange that basic hospitality rules are not adhered.
