Holiday Inn Express & Suites Salinas by IHG

We had a lovely stay at Salinas Holiday Inn. The room was clean, well layered out and had everything we needed (fridge, microwave and coffee maker). Breakfast was outstanding for a hotel breakfast fast. They had pancakes, cinnamon rolls, eggs of different types and breakfast meats, one morning they even had biscuits and gravy (my hubby was thrilled). The beds were comfortable and bathrooms had Dove products which we loved. Staff was friendly but, not as knowledgeable or on top of requests as we would have liked.

We went down to my daughter’s graduation and I picked this hotel since it was close to the venue. The staff were very nice. Check in was quick and my room was clean. The beds and pillows were soft which I really like. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast area was so good. I would totally stay here again. Thanks for a great stay. Room was great. Small corrections needed - no towels in the fitness room. TV in room was full of static, barely watchable. TV in fitness room did not work.

Hotel staff was horribly rude and couldn't answer simple questions regarding parking, reservations, and available amenities. Rooms were clean and toiletries were well stocked. Beds were tragically uncomfortable 😣 The breakfast was decent with lots of choices for our large family so that was a plus. Front desk help was rude during checkout and couldn't even provide a receipt for our stay.
