I booked online a room with a whirlpool tub however, when I arrived, I was told I only booked a normal king suite because the picture was incorrect online and even though they have this problem all the time with third parties using the wrong pictures and false advertising, they still have not done anything about it. They were not able to upgrade me to another room because one was not available. The pool did not work. The gym was closed. I could not use the back door to get in which was closer to my room because it was broken workers who were staying here were very loud and unpleasant and the continental breakfast was definitely not anything to write home about , I’m very upset. As for the amount that I paid for this room I could have gone somewhere else and at least been able to take advantage of some amenities since the whirlpool tub room was unavailable. As a single mom, I worked hard to be able to get away even for just one night, so I’m highly disappointed that it did not go how it was supposed to

Comfortable beds and well kept property. Unfortunately the pool is closed for construction. From reading other reviews it has been closed for awhile. I was very disappointed that the hotel didn’t inform us via message like when they confirmed our reservation.

It is a tired and run down hotel. Hall carpets are stained Curtains in my room were shredded. Pool was closed. Workout room was closed. For the price of a stay there not worth it. I would not recommend. .

Hotel is in need of maintenance. Carpets are severely stained and have an odortism in the hallways. This had nothing to do with the hurricane that came through just a total lack of maintenance. The pool was not in service nor was the fitness area. I looked in the fitness area and it just looked like the equipment was unplugged. For some reason, the bathroom floor was sticky and there was a dead roach on the floor and I was glad I was only staying for1 night. I will say both the girls at the front desk were very professional and nice both when checking in and checking out. The breakfast was mediocre at best.

Spent one night, work out room seems to have been closed for a long time. Hotel Interior is amongst the oldest I have seen in over 20 years. The bed was comfortable but room was very old.

OMG the beds were absolutely terrible. I reviewed this place last year with the same results. Saggy awful beds. The carpet is nasty and damp. The bathroom floor was sticky and slippery with soap. Do not walk barefoot!! I’m so done with this overpriced dump!

This was our 2nd time staying here as it’s a stopping point for us when traveling. The first time we assumed the cleanliness and construction was due to renovations so we thought why not give it another chance. It was gross. Stains on the walls, hair all over the bathroom floors, towels had crumbs on it, stains on the carpets, bathroom door handle was hanging off, the whole hotel was just dirty. Will not be staying here again.

STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. ROOM HAD DUST BUILDUP IN CORNER BEHIND BED ALONG WITH QTIP ON FLOOR. SHEET CURTAIN WAS TORN. RUST AND CAULKING WAS CRACKED AROUND TUB.

Suppose to have checked in to a suite but the a/c was not working; so they moved us to a regular king room (after i already paid for a king suite). The king suite was out date, the TV was small (not even a 32 inch), the shower head was stuttering, no floor mat in the tub, the chair in the room was old, the rug was worn out & dingy, no access to the pool or exercise room, the bed was decent, head manager was a no show, DON'T BELIEVE THE IMAGES OF THE HOTEL THAT YOU SEE ONLINE, it's the total opposite!! It's in a good location; a mile from the Tanger Outlets & good restaurants!! I will definitely be back to Savannah but I DEFINITELY WILL NOT stay at Sleep Inn & Suites in Pooler, Georgia......& I highly recommend you don't either!!

One rents a room for sleeping. The noise above and surrounding rooms noisy! The mattress was like sleeping in a sling. I mentioned the mattress condition to morning staff and the response was “it may need to be turned.” Nope not won’t help this mattress.

This hotel was very close to the highway (I95), and very easy to get to. Lobby was welcoming and staff were very friendly & efficient. The room was clean and spacious. This was a great place to stay on our road trip.

Was a decent visit. The manager on duty was friendly and got us checked in promptly. We were assigned Room 309. Was a decent sized room. Microwave and mini fridge worked properly. The mattress was comfortable but there was a part of it that made it sound like it was breaking when you’d sit on it. Bathroom was clean. The toilet wasn’t fixed to the floor. Sitting on it, it would move a little bit. Great for a night or two for a decent price. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Just should look into those couple of items, especially the toilet.

The bathroom was my biggest complaint, the lighting or lack there of! Just 2 sconces one near the mirror but very low wattage and very hard to see to do my make up or for my husband to shave. There was no counter space to put anything at least put a small table to put clothes on , the hooks on the back of the door were gone so place to hang anything. The tissue box had 2 tissue in it why didn’t the maid change it when she so nicely folded the top tissue, she had to know they were almost gone! The light when you come into the room was missing a bulb so the who room was not very bright!

The staff at front desk barely acknowledged the check in. She was more concerned with her phone. The hotel front lobby was barely clean, our room smelled absolutely horrible! We even went and bought febreeze from a local store just to be able to stand the smell! The “breakfast” was a pre-filled waffle maker with no butter and pre packed muffins with water bottles! No other options! The man running the breakfast table stayed outside smoking and when we asked about other options for food his reply was “I’m working on it!” Very dissatisfied with the stay! Would not stay here again

Front desk should have told me at check in that the room wasn’t going to serviced since it was only a 2 days stay . Also the prior service lacked attention to detail—dresser drawers had baby wipes and other items that were left behind

The girl at the desk both mornings of my stay was not in the least but helpful. Even at 2:45, she put off helping me check in. When I came back in at 3:00, she was gone and another woman helped me. The next morning, I was originally going to change rooms and she led me to believe I would have to check out at 11 & not get into the other room until 3pm. When I pressed her to see if housekeeping could clean a room sooner or just arrange it to let us stay in the original room, she hesitated. Then she said we could stay where we were, but did not re-program our key cards so that later when we returned to the room, we had to go back to the desk and the same woman from the afternoon before was there and was very helpful and apologetic about the problem.

Attempted to book in person/ couldn’t. Attendant asked us to use phone to book . We did. Then she couldn’t locate a room. Couldn’t cancel since we used Expedia as she suggested! Did not ever check in!

Upon arrival, we had to sit in the lobby (about 7 pm) for 20 minutes because the girl at the desk had to download an upgrade in order to check us in, and then she had to reboot the computer with a very, very slow internet. She was lovely,but there was nothing she could do. Bed pillows were shaped like sofa pillows (square) and upon taking one out of the case, I discovered it was a very wimpy full sized pillow that had been squished together to make it appear a solid square. It was stuffed into a tightly fixed regular sized pillow case. There were 8 of these in the room, four on each bed. Breakfast did not include even one tea bag that we could share, but there was no hot water anyway. The fruit bin contained one apple. Breakfast was 6 am to 9am, and we were there at 6:45. No one in the dining room, no one at the desk, no server of any kind. It did smell as if someone had had a waffle. We took 2 bottles of water, and left, never to return again.

The rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly. I left items in my room ( my daughter’s tablet) I received a call informing me I left it. I thought that was very thoughtful of housekeeper to find and turn it in as well as front desk contacting me to let me know I left it.

Suppose to have checked in to a suite but the a/c was not working; so they moved us to a regular king room (after i already paid for a king suite). The king suite was out date, the TV was small (not even a 32 inch), the shower head was stuttering, no floor mat in the tub, the chair in the room was old, the rug was worn out & dingy, no access to the pool or exercise room, the bed was decent, head manager was a no show, DON'T BELIEVE THE IMAGES OF THE HOTEL THAT YOU SEE ONLINE, it's the total opposite!! It's in a good location; a mile from the Tanger Outlets & good restaurants!! I will definitely be back to Savannah but I DEFINITELY WILL NOT stay at Sleep Inn & Suites in Pooler, Georgia......& I highly recommend you don't either!!

This hotel was very close to the highway (I95), and very easy to get to. Lobby was welcoming and staff were very friendly & efficient. The room was clean and spacious. This was a great place to stay on our road trip.

Lobby looked nice-elevator was dirty. Carpeting throughout the halls was old, ripped and not vacuumed. Shower stall was clean as was the sink. Bed seemed clean and was comfortable. Continental breakfast was pathetic. Belgium waffles - no butter. Packaged refrigerator sausage and roll to microwave-packaged pastries and 2 apples. Very unappetizing.

Breakfast was more basic than I expected. No juices is unheard of. There was a slot for a couple hot items at breakfast but nothing there. Room was setup nicely. Shower was a little dated but it functioned.

When we checked in we were told the pool was closed for renovation and the pool was the main reason for booking this hotel. I can understand in the offseason, but this was Labor Day weekend. The continental breakfast was a sorry excuse for breakfast. Green bananas and frozen sausage biscuits are not my idea of even a continental breakfast.

Very friendly staff but probably the saddest breakfast I have ever seen from a hotel. They have almost nothing to offer and even running out of utensils ( and I did ask).

Our room was dirty and very worn. One of the lights in the room did not work. The shower head leaked into the bathroom. The carpet had a large area that was either stained or burnt a long time ago and was very "crusty" feeling if you stepped on it with bare feet. There was a large area on the ceiling where water had leaked from above that just looked really bad, the walls were scuffed. The bathroom door was all scuffy, the office chair looked extremely old and worn. They had part of a 2x4 where the mini fridge was, I suppose to hold it in place? The indoor pool was closed for renovations, but nothing was said on the website so my daughter was extremely disappointed. The breakfast was awful. The only thing that was offered was waffles, mini biscuits, danishes, fruit and water. We always stay at a Sleep Inn when we visit Asheville NC but this was just not up to par. No juice, no other breakfast offered. We wont go back to this place. Also no USB ports in the room!! This place needs a lot of TLC, and for the money we spent....never again.

The hotel was clean however the pool had been shut down as well as the workout room. The mattresses were worn and squeaked when sitting or moving. Booked two double queen rooms and all 4 beds were in the same condition.
