The condo was very spacious & comfortable. There was even a private, roofed patio in the back. The best thing is that it was a short (5 minute) walk to the beach. The second best thing is that I was there for 2 nights & never moved my car. I also enjoyed the hot tub—& it’s long, open hours. The staff was friendly & helpful. The only negative is that I was unable to hear the ocean from my room. It was an incredible value.

New, surprise to us, $25 resort fee. Legally should have been disclosed. No more loaner bikes, coffee service past 10 a.m. and cuts here and there that made the place special.

The hotel was amazing very comfortable and offered a full kitchen and two bedrooms and balcony with a grill. The beach is directly across the street. Great location and grocery store not far. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay for our quick trip. Loved the free bikes for touring Dana Pt , good access the beach, but you have to walk across a pedestrian bridge over the train tracks- not as bad as it sounds. Price was high, mainly due to the music festival. Room was clean, cozy and nice to have a full kitchen.

We stayed here because we were meeting up with family. The people at the front desk were not only very professional, but very accommodating. They gave us a room next door to our grandkids which made it so much fun! My husband is disabled and they were so kind and understanding in little ways that made a big difference. Our unit was immaculate, with everything we needed, including kitchen furnishings. The pool and spa were lovely and well kept. Thanks for a great experience!

My husband and I came for a 2 day visit. We were told this place is a time-share when we checked in. We needed to change rooms and that was good. The first night we had a front ocean room and the second night we had a back hillside view. We liked the back room the best. The back bathroom did have a very short toilet. I’m 5’ 8”. We liked that there were bbq’s on the patio of both rooms, they have them on every patio. Because this place is a time share everything you need is in the room. Silverware, plates, glasses, bbq utensils, pans, casserole, strainer, wine opener, extra sheets and towels already in the room. Very nice place. We will come back.

This is a time share hotel. If you stay here for one or two nights be prepared to take your garbage down to the garage, run the dishwasher to clean whatever dishes you used, and pile up the towels in the bathroom. The beds are uncomfortable, they say they can provide a foam cushion for the hide a bed but you won't get it. There are restaurants but there is not any shopping for groceries or any necessities. And the vending machine does not work. There was a worker sawing concrete below us so we did not enjoy the patio with a view of a hillside with dead plants. The ocean view rooms were saved for timeshares.

Nice, quieter location, with beach right across the street. Loved the hot tub and bicycles. Full apartments, can cook in rooms. Ask about fees. Some how there is a disconnect between the hotel and booking sites.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathtub in the room is humongous. There was trash in the bathroom waste bin when we got there and the freezer was also dirty. Besides that, the room was clean and in good condition.

The property was nice and convenient to the beach. However, the staff needed to be more friendly. The counter person provided no direction/instructions on the property. The bed was not comfortable, it had fuzz balls. Overall stay was ok, but won’t stay their again.

I love the location, I grew up in Dana Point and went to Doheny Beach alot ! It was great to be able to walk across to the beach. I was also impressed when the TV was not working that Agustina was able to change our room to a room with a working TV. I really appreciated that. The room was spacious and loved the view! We will sstay here again!

Celebrating an anniversary wanting to enjoy the beach so decided to book this resort based on the selected room type and positive feedback noted but we received the opposite experience. Booked a room with an ocean view balcony got a room with a bushy hill view balcony (back side of the property), room located next to the elevator shaft so you can hear all the gears and mechanisms of the arriving car including the door bell’s. On top of that, we feel all the other hotel guests arriving and departing sounded as if they were in our room waiting for the elevator which created an echo chamber which was annoying at best. The room we had also allowed us to hear our neighbors from the bedroom wall who unfortunately had a baby where you can hear the cries and parents discussions. Others issues that could be reported but trying to keep this short due to a comment field cap. Last item, the hotel staff did NOT seem eager to assist or accommodate us on what was suppose to be a memorable trip ringing in our anniversary. Be wise, look elsewhere.

The hotel was amazing very comfortable and offered a full kitchen and two bedrooms and balcony with a grill. The beach is directly across the street. Great location and grocery store not far. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was nice and convenient to the beach. However, the staff needed to be more friendly. The counter person provided no direction/instructions on the property. The bed was not comfortable, it had fuzz balls. Overall stay was ok, but won’t stay their again.

We stayed here because we were meeting up with family. The people at the front desk were not only very professional, but very accommodating. They gave us a room next door to our grandkids which made it so much fun! My husband is disabled and they were so kind and understanding in little ways that made a big difference. Our unit was immaculate, with everything we needed, including kitchen furnishings. The pool and spa were lovely and well kept. Thanks for a great experience!

The condo was very spacious & comfortable. There was even a private, roofed patio in the back. The best thing is that it was a short (5 minute) walk to the beach. The second best thing is that I was there for 2 nights & never moved my car. I also enjoyed the hot tub—& it’s long, open hours. The staff was friendly & helpful. The only negative is that I was unable to hear the ocean from my room. It was an incredible value.

Great stay for our quick trip. Loved the free bikes for touring Dana Pt , good access the beach, but you have to walk across a pedestrian bridge over the train tracks- not as bad as it sounds. Price was high, mainly due to the music festival. Room was clean, cozy and nice to have a full kitchen.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We left Los Angeles after the Palisades and Eaton fires began and are glad we found this place. The 1bdrm was perfect for our family of 3. The property is right up next to PCH so it can get noisy but it was wonderful to hear the waves at night. We also appreciated the bridge access to the beach, it was convenient. Not much to walk to though but there were stores within a 5min drive away.

Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The suite was beautiful and clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. We lucked out and got a suite with an ocean view, which I understand is rare since those rooms are reserved for timeshare owners. Luckily, one was available and we got it. I would definitely come back.
