Comfort Inn & Suites St Louis-O'Fallon

Hotel needs many upgrades. Pieces of the wall missing in several areas, caulking around tubs and showers missing, pull out bed mattress falling apart, outlets pulled out from the walls. Not in good condition

At a fast glance, I could see the similarities to the photos online, but after closer examination it was nothing like the pictures. The first room that they put us in had water damage above the shower with mold growing on it and cigarette holes burned in the bedding. I requested a different room and the lady at the counter didn’t seem very pleased with my request and told me I was lucky She even had a room for me. The second room they put us in was somewhat better but still not what I would expect for $200..There were stains all over the carpets in the hallway, there were spots on all the walls missing paint and the wallpaper was peeling off in certain areas and bubbled up. The pool was freezing cold but the breakfast was ok.. it was an OK stay, but not worth the money.

The front desk staff was asleep when we arrived there was a pull out sofa in room that we couldn't get a extra blanket or pillow for we are being charged full price and only stayed one night

Breakfast was lacking

Was clean but the grounds outside of hotel could have been taken better care of.
