Clean room, Nice breakfast.

Breakfast was nice but took rather a long time to come

The staff were amazing! The basement room we stayed in needed a complete overhaul. The furniture was from the 70’s as was the hair dryer attached to the bathroom wall. Although the bed was very comfortable! We were directly below the check in desk so when anyone arrived or left you could hear loud footsteps on the wooden floor above. Complimentary tea, coffee, shower gel were limited to one bag/ sachet per person. There was no shampoo or conditioner. Breakfast was fine but small. Off street parking was useful. The garden was large but full of rubbish. Overall a little disappointed for the price we paid. The hotel seemed to be skimping on the basics.

Nice big room, garden, very friendly staff. No usb port by my bed, otherwise great especially for the price. We paid extra for a Filipino dinner, which was fabulous.

Had a few problems and ended up in a third room and even though there was a couple of faults i decided to put up with them when I spoke to the manager regarding all that had gone wrong without asking he gave me £20. refund
