Good location. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and Metro. Parking is very secure but don’t bring a big vehicle since it’s very tight. Omar was great to deal with.

Omar‘s apartment was the perfect place for us to experience Lisbon as our starting place for a month in Portugal. We stayed in Lisbon for 4 nights before heading south to explore southern Portugal.It was a quick 30-45minute downhillwalk to the city center, which we preferred because the weather was so nice. Coming home/uphill, was a five minute Bolt or Uber ride! The local transport was nearby, also.The one bedroom apartment had everything we wanted:A comfortable king sized bed A closet with a locking safeA small, well equipped kitchen Nespresso!A nonslip shower with hot water and great water pressure A lovely large patioAn elevator A garage space for a car should you need itAn exterior building door with security Omar was the perfect host and was always available to answer any questions we might have.Thank you,Omar, for a lovely welcome to Lisbon and Portugal!

You can't go wrong staying at any of Monir Omar's apts. He is an amazing host! Met us at the apt. Showed us the features and how to access building. Had a map of Lisbon with many different recommendations of what to see and how to get there. Sent screenshots of metro system and other places to visit. Even arranged for transportation back to airport for us. He thinks of everything! Apt is fully equipped and super clean. 5 mins walk to metro station and 10 mins drive to airport and train station.

Schöne Wohnung mit großer Dachterrasse und Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. In unmittelbarer Umgebung Restaurants, Supermarkt und U-Bahnen. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke nochmal an Omar, der uns einige Tipps gegeben hat und auch mit der Einscheckzeit flexibel war.

Die Wohnung ist schön. Leider gab es Gerüche in der Wohnung, die wir leider auch nach vielen Lüften nicht rausbekommen haben. Die Außenanlagen auf dem Balkon könnten gepflegter sein. Der Service und die Betreuung von Herrn Omar war sehr gut.

My wife and I had an excellent time at this great apartment. The apartment was very clean and bright and was well equipped with all the modern appliances you’d need. Munir is an excellent host. We arrived several hours before check in and he went out of his way to get us in as soon as possible. He also took the time to go over everything and provided us with a detailed list of the sights we should see. The neighborhood was also very nice and much quieter than down in the tourist areas. I would definitely recommend this place. John and Dolly

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in der wirklich schönen Wohnung. Omar hat uns herzlich Willkommen geheißen und war sehr flexibel was unsere Eincheckzeit betraf. Er hat uns alles super erklärt und sich viel Zeit auch für Tipps in und um Lissabon genommen.Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, alles, was man benötigt ist in der Nähe.Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. A gorgeous little apartment, perfect for the 2 of us. Spotlessly clean. In a great location, close to supermarkets, restaurants etc. felt like a very safe area to stay. Monir, the host, is fabulous. He provided so much helpful information to make our stay much easier. He replied to all messages immediately. If you are looking for a super smart apartment in a great location do not hesitate to book. It’s on a direct metro line to the airport or just a €6 euro Uber.

The apartment was perfect in every way - fantastic location close to metro and easy access to and from the airport, clean and modern with everything you need for a fantastic stay in Lisbon. The outside terrace is a real bonus and we really enjoyed having this space as the weather was warm and sunny even in March! Cannot recommend the apartment enough and Omar was a fantastic host with lots of great recommendations and very responsive to all my communications. I'm sure we will be back!

Communication with Monir was prompt from the beginning. We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment which is located close to the metro and near lots of restaurants and amenities. The apartment was super clean, the bed was really comfortable, after a busy day of sightseeing as well as the comfortable sitting area, outside balcony patio and the kitchen inside. Thank you Monir for all the great advice on what to visit and where to eat. We hope to be back again soon! Thank you .

The property is very nice and was spotless. It's a small place, but has everything we needed. The location is a block from the Metro station, which we used to travel around Lisbon. The host was in contact with us from the time we booked and even brought a birthday cake for my husband's 65th, which we greatly enjoyed.

We stayed for a week in late June 2024 and the check in was fantastic. Omar took a good amount of time to explain the apartment and the surrounding areas which was very helpful. The apartment has eveything you could want for a week long stay (except groceries which you have to buy if you are going to cook - we didn’t). The outside deck is huge and comfortable. Good for the morning sun and cooler in the evenings. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The laundry washing machine came in super handy and drying the clothes in the outer deck was good. The apartment is new, clean and quiet.

First, I'll start by saying what a great host Omar is! He was great communicating with us before we arrived and greeted us when we arrived. He walked us through the apartment to explain everything, then gave us a map and pointed out several local attractions and gave us the lay of the land. The apartment itself was perfect for us, and it was very nice to have a king sized bed. It's in a somewhat busy area, but you wouldn't know it when inside because we heard very little street noise. The highlight is definitely the terrace - it was a great spot to sit and enjoy a drink before heading out for the evening. The only potential negative depending on what you're looking for is the location. It's a more residential and/or commercial area, so there isn't a lot of nightlife, bars and restaurants to walk to. It isn't Alfama or Barrio Alto, for sure! It was fine for us, as we wanted some peace and quiet, and the livelier neighborhoods are just a short and cheap Bolt ride away. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on a future trip!

To start our host Omar is 6 stars alone! Met us at the unit and walked us thru every thing. You need “anything” and Omar is there. PS thank for the Birthday cake for my wife. The unit is in a good location, but we used Uber to go anywhere. The deck was huge and a great place to spend the evening after a day on the town. Stop at the nearby grocery and pick up food and port. The unit has a mini split in the bedroom, but it cool the entire unit. This was a great place to stay. Last note surprisingly quiet

Started off well with Omir meeting us at the apartment for a very thorough explanation of everything relating to the apartment and neighborhood. He was an excellent communicator. The apartment was neat, well equipped (especially the kitchen), and large enough for two people. The balcony area was especially nice for meals if weather permits. Neighborhood is safe and ideally located for transportation (Ubers plentiful, short distance to the Metro), and has everything you need--grocery store, bakeries, pharmacies, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I had an excellent time at this great apartment. The apartment was very clean and bright and was well equipped with all the modern appliances you’d need. Munir is an excellent host. We arrived several hours before check in and he went out of his way to get us in as soon as possible. He also took the time to go over everything and provided us with a detailed list of the sights we should see. The neighborhood was also very nice and much quieter than down in the tourist areas. You can't go wrong staying at any of Monir Omar's apts. He is an amazing host! Met us at the apt. Showed us the features and how to access building. Had a map of Lisbon with many different recommendations of what to see and how to get there. Sent screenshots of metro system and other places to visit. Even arranged for transportation back to airport for us. He thinks of everything! Apt is fully equipped and super clean. 5 mins walk to metro station and 10 mins drive to airport and train station.

Prior to arrival Omar communicated regarding arrival time and our plan. He met us at the apartment and gave us a quick tour then we went for coffee just down the street and he shared a few “must do” and “must try” locations for both places and meals. His recommendations were spot on! The weather didn’t allow us much time to use the balcony but it was a lovely space to enjoy the Lisbon sun and relax a bit. We had a small Snafu and accidentally left some documents in the safe and immediately upon contacting Omar he was on his way to meet us at the apartment so we could obtain them. I can’t say enough good things. We felt welcomed and the apartment was less than 2 blocks from the metro station and restaurants! You will definitely enjoy your stay!

The property is very nice and was spotless. It's a small place, but has everything we needed. The location is a block from the Metro station, which we used to travel around Lisbon. The host was in contact with us from the time we booked and even brought a birthday cake for my husband's 65th, which we greatly enjoyed.

Started off well with Omir meeting us at the apartment for a very thorough explanation of everything relating to the apartment and neighborhood. He was an excellent communicator. The apartment was neat, well equipped (especially the kitchen), and large enough for two people. The balcony area was especially nice for meals if weather permits. Neighborhood is safe and ideally located for transportation (Ubers plentiful, short distance to the Metro), and has everything you need--grocery store, bakeries, pharmacies, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

Omar‘s apartment was the perfect place for us to experience Lisbon as our starting place for a month in Portugal. We stayed in Lisbon for 4 nights before heading south to explore southern Portugal.It was a quick 30-45minute downhillwalk to the city center, which we preferred because the weather was so nice. Coming home/uphill, was a five minute Bolt or Uber ride! First, I'll start by saying what a great host Omar is! He was great communicating with us before we arrived and greeted us when we arrived. He walked us through the apartment to explain everything, then gave us a map and pointed out several local attractions and gave us the lay of the land. The apartment itself was perfect for us, and it was very nice to have a king sized bed. It's in a somewhat busy area, but you wouldn't know it when inside because we heard very little street noise. The highlight is definitely the terrace - it was a great spot to sit and enjoy a drink before heading out for the evening. The only potential negative depending on what you're looking for is the location. It's a more residential and/or commercial area, so there isn't a lot of nightlife, bars and restaurants to walk to. It isn't Alfama or Barrio Alto, for sure! It was fine for us, as we wanted some peace and quiet, and the livelier neighborhoods are just a short and cheap Bolt ride away. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on a future trip!

Nice modern flat conveniently located near subway and supermarket with about 25 min walking distance to the center. We enjoyed drinking vino verde in the evenings on the apartment's own terrace. The owner is super helpful and friendly.

The apartment was perfect in every way - fantastic location close to metro and easy access to and from the airport, clean and modern with everything you need for a fantastic stay in Lisbon. The outside terrace is a real bonus and we really enjoyed having this space as the weather was warm and sunny even in March! Cannot recommend the apartment enough and Omar was a fantastic host with lots of great recommendations and very responsive to all my communications. I'm sure we will be back!

Schöne Wohnung mit großer Dachterrasse und Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. In unmittelbarer Umgebung Restaurants, Supermarkt und U-Bahnen. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke nochmal an Omar, der uns einige Tipps gegeben hat und auch mit der Einscheckzeit flexibel war.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great with many restaurants, grocery stores, and public transit stops nearby. The apartment had everything we needed, and the balcony/patio was a delightful space to start our mornings and end our nights. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay everything we could have hoped for. We had some travel delays and Omar was very communicative and flexible with our arrival. He greeted me at arrival and provided a very thorough overview of the apartment amenities and made many helpful suggestions of places to visit. During our stay, there was an issue with the washing machine, and he very quickly resolved the problem. Many, many thanks for that! We would absolutely recommend this stay and would happily stay here again if our travels bring us back to Lisbon.

Location was convenient to metro and a good jumping off spot for day trips in and around Lisbon area. Many stores and restaurants conveniently located within walking distance of the apartment as well. Having access to the parking garage and in-room washer was a big selling point. Omar (host) was communicative and offered great insights and recommendations as to how best to utilize the time during our stay, with all of the major highlights provided along with a map and all important instructions documented via text along with photos. Munir was amazing ! We were able to check in early. Munir met us and showed us around apartment . He spent about 1 hour with us showing us on a map what were the must sees of Lisbon . He reviewed the metro system the highlight sights and out of town areas to visit including Sintra, cascais and Cabo da Roca. He gave us recommendations for food which we really enjoyed . The parking was easy . We had an issue not being able to open the washing machine and he called us within 5 minutes to offer help and tricks . Munir is extremely helpful and responds quickly .
