Price was okay. Pool was closed…get locked and only the maintenance person had a key. But he wasn’t working. Had a fridge but no microwave. TV reception was terrible. No service half the time, and when there was it was blotchy and static filled. Non smoking room still smelled of cigarettes.

Probably the most worst hotel i have ever seen in my life Less lights Less power socket Unable to connect my laptop with TV Stayed 6nights they only clean the room once Key has problem everyday i need to update from front desk AC/heater makes noise Mattress is not fixed on bed it moves Slowest Wi-Fi If you have options to go somewhere else please do so.

I was shocked that room was without refrigurate and microwave, I was told that this room does not have it and I need upgrade for bigger price but they did not have one available , never happen for me in 30 years of travel it's not acceptable in 21 century, room was clean but when you on the road 1 week you are buying some food, just let you know if you don't ask when you book you will be suppriced what hotels do for you to suck your money for probably 200 dollars investment

The room smelled like weed when I opened the door. I left the door open to air out. As I walked in the floor was disgusting!!!! Not swept. Not moped. GROSS!!!! I left the room and went to front desk and asked to change rooms. The lady was on drugs and said she couldn’t. I then asked for a refund but was told to contact hotels.Com. I tried for awhile with the phone just ringing. Maybe I got the wrong number online. Maybe they were busy. Either way not hotels.com fault. After an hour and the front desk lady being rude and room airing out. I was tired and needed to sleep after a long hot day at work. The room was filthy. Cigarettes burns on the blanket. Tv did work. Only 2 lights worked. Ac turned off after an hour and wouldn’t turn back on for at least 15. Guess it was working to hard. Like myself. People up and walking around all night. Hole in the fence to freeway where I seen at least 15 people walk in and out of. JUST OVERALL. VERY VEY VERY UNHAPPY AND BARELY SLEEPT BECAUSE I HAVE TOOL IN MY TRUCK THINKING THE HOLE IN THE FENCE FREEWAY PEOPLE WERE GOING TO STEAL THEM.

This place was the least expensive motel in the city. It's basic but served my immediate needs. The staff was really nice! The property has plenty of camera security and the surrounding area was mostly commercial restaurants and shops. The rooms were basic, but really clean. I was in town for a family matter and luckily this motel was close to my family.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke and was to a nauseating degree. The floor was dirty and there were cigarette burns in the sheets on the bed. Lastly there was a cockroach in the bathroom. The staff was nice and did refund our money.

Disgusting. Room 123 Infested with roaches, Woke up to them climbing on us in bed, bathrooms is lined with them in the cracks, Roaches just on the chairs an in every corner of the place. I woke up to them swarming around the room. We left at 3am because of how disgusting it was, also told the front office lady a she could care less an just waved us off. I will be calling the health board! I took several dozen videos of them just crawling around everywhere.

First the room given to us was occupied I had to go back to notify the lady worker . Then we were assigned another room , the most disgusting room ever it was so stinky to marijuana and had like a wet dog smell at the same time . When I clearly asked for a non smoking room because I had my kids with me , we were furious we left to the front desk to request and refund . We end it up going to another hotel we couldn't stay in this one so disappointed.

I got to end of buildings where my room was located the sheets were missing from the bed. Just mattresses and unclean maybe a mistake right ✅️? Someone walked up i asked if they worked there employee said yeah . I showed employee The room i just checked ✔️ in .employee said here you can have the next room. It cool besides the door 🚪 did not fully secure, Which cause my company to feel unsafe , Then i tried to change mood and have dinner .And i hear her scream 😱 from the bathroom on the toilet, kill it kill it..... It was a roach. Maybe mistake 😕 one bug , So we went outside to smoke 🚬. But when we come back in roaches are running 🏃♂️ over our food. So she said lets just go to sleep 😴 an then gets bit by something in the bed . I even have video of the bug on cloud ☁️

DIRTY rooms. Bed sheets were stained and had burnt marks. Mattress was stained and had black mold. Bathroom was dirty and fan was missing cover. Shower curtains was stained yellow and tub was dirty. Room smelled like smoke. Overall was a waste of money

The nearest stairwell to get to my second floor room was located inconveniently and so carrying my bags up was troublesome. The key card door lock was consistently not reading and took multiple tries to open the door. The light switch next to the bed was too high and coming apart. Given my short stay I'm satisfied. At least the shower water was hot.

My father and I stayed in room 102, right next to the office. We were displeased as soon as we walked in: the floors appeared dirty, we didn't have a shower curtain, the shower looked like it had better days. The good thing about it was that the bed was made and the linens were clean (I hope). Normally, for the price, I wouldn't mind this. But our room was plagued with small cockroaches: it seemed like they showed up every 10 minutes. They appeared on the floors, bathroom counter, INSIDE the microwave (get rid of that immediately please), and my dad even felt them crawling on him as he was lying in bed! Thankfully, we only stayed one night, and the front was receptive to our complaints. You get what you pay for, but at the very least, please keep the pests away!!

They appeared on the floors, bathroom counter, INSIDE the microwave (get rid of that immediately please), and my dad even felt them crawling on him as he was lying in bed! Thankfully, we only stayed one night, and the front was receptive to our complaints. You get what you pay for, but at the very least, please keep the pests away!!

I can honestly say this was the worst place I’ve ever checked into. Very sketchy area and people hanging around. The room was a joke. Lots of issues. Didn’t feel safe so we checked right out and found other accommodations for the night. Makes me rethink Hotels.com as this was below what I would consider to be acceptable at a bare minimum.

The only close to good about this property was the desk clerk. The beds were broken, walls had holes, dirty, no towels, hair in the bed… didn’t even sleep in it… we slept on top of the bed. People in the room upstairs were noisy all night long. Thought about getting a room somewhere else but after driving 10 hrs we were too tired to. This was the worst Motel 6 stay on our drive from Washington to Arizona. It felt like a halfway house for degenerates. Just awful.

It waa such a terrible manager to deal with when I reported the ac was leaking and damage laptop, she claimed that it wsnt leaking and that I pour watet on my own laptop and gave me a phoney info when I asked for cooperate office. Terrible manager how she handled the situation. I wouldnt stay there even if the room were free I take my business elswhere.

The check in experience wasn’t so good. I was given a key that wasn’t working. After a few minutes of trying, I gave up and went back to the office and told him the problem. He gave me another key and I gave it a try. Still it didn’t work. So I asked to be moved to another room, wherever it is, where the key would work, as I was so tired from the 6-hour drive. Finally it worked. The room was clean, ac/heater in good working condition, so does the tv although the picture was purple for some reason. The bathroom was clean and had a good hot water.

I got there about 330pm was told room not ready cause of being short on house keepers told room be available in 10 mins. Went back 15 mins later different person behind counter she was rude and spoke to me as if I was a child no room still ready and would t be for another 45 mins. I very upset I left and went to different motel

The room smelled like weed when I opened the door. I left the door open to air out. As I walked in the floor was disgusting!!!! Not swept. Not moped. GROSS!!!! I left the room and went to front desk and asked to change rooms. The lady was on drugs and said she couldn’t. I then asked for a refund but was told to contact hotels.Com. I tried for awhile with the phone just ringing. Maybe I got the wrong number online. Maybe they were busy. Either way not hotels.com fault. After an hour and the front desk lady being rude and room airing out. I was tired and needed to sleep after a long hot day at work. The room was filthy. Cigarettes burns on the blanket. Tv did work. Only 2 lights worked. Ac turned off after an hour and wouldn’t turn back on for at least 15. Guess it was working to hard. Like myself. People up and walking around all night. Hole in the fence to freeway where I seen at least 15 people walk in and out of. JUST OVERALL. The room was clean. I did not have a trash can and only face and a floor towel / mat. I told the front desk as I was leaving for the evening. Young lady working said she would have some towels waiting for me in the office when I returned. The office staff were WONDERFUL!! Very nice people, recommended good food and shared hand cream with me. I def will be coming back.

No coffee in the morning for the entire stay. To many people staying there trying to sale drugs. I realize that you will be doing upgrades soon, but you need to start keeping the rif-raf individuals out of there. Your employees were very nice and I could tell their hands were somewhat tied. Also, the room keys kept not working.

This place was the least expensive motel in the city. It's basic but served my immediate needs. The staff was really nice! The property has plenty of camera security and the surrounding area was mostly commercial restaurants and shops. The rooms were basic, but really clean. I was in town for a family matter and luckily this motel was close to my family.

There were many tweakers and sketchy people in the rooms peaking out of the windows, digging around in their cars with flashlights, and watching me unload my luggage from my van. I did not feel safe and then a car alarm went off for over 5 minutes straight. I decided to leave the property without staying the night and just left.

I found it odd that Refrigerators,microwave, or coffee makers aren't standard offerings in room. But they had coffee provided in the lobby. I reserved an accessible room due to difficulty climbing stairs but was given an unpstairs room. Since it was only a one night stay I didn't make an issue of it, I just made my way to the room and didn't come down until the next morning when checking out.

Everything is clean or there is effort to maintain cleanliness by the staff though the roads around the motel do need cleaning to avoid debris puncturing tires of customer vehicles. All in all very price consious they are aware and try to be compettitive in prices to be the cheapest stay in the area in the most connected part of the city which gives them a plus in my books due to nature of me renting a room thier.

What a horrible experience with Motel6, I paid online and when I got there It wasn’t there, than I had to pay again since it was the only hotel that had a room available. When I got to the room #229 I knocked out, when I woke up to use the restroom, it was horrible, insects, flies, cockroaches, holes around the wall, the bath was dirty, and the towels weren’t fully white washed, I left right away and took a shower in another hotel, since I was traveling.
