My daughter and I had the best experience for a little Mother's Day getaway. The staff was all so friendly and helpful. The sweet lady at breakfast was just so funny and fruendly. We also really loved the beds and how they decorated the pool area. Comfortable lounge chairs with pillows and towels. They even had a bunch of awesome water toys for the kiddos. We love Hampton Inn. You guys rock!

Awesome stay. Very nice room. Comfortable. The breakfast was really great. And not too noisy for a hotel near the highway. Stan at the front desk was great when he helped me figure out the laundry-which was very easy to use and very convenient.

Nice facility and helpful and kind hotel staff. Nice and clean rooms. Good choice and variety of food for breakfast. Busy hotel. Great coffee. Full on weekends. Room away from Hwy is quiet. Cannot say for the opposite side. Well kept outdoor swimming pool. Small but cute. Many restaurants and shops in the vicinity (for example Barnes and Noble is less than 500 ft walking distance from the hotel)

Lisa at the front desk is reason enough to stay here. She handled an issue immediately, with grace and a smile and a Diet Coke. Give her a raise! And Patricia is a gem, who runs breakfast, which is a solid offering run smoothly and with great service. Gym has a peloton. Pool was clean. Rooms aren’t most modern, but for the price, it’s a win.

Hotel was very nice. Staff was fabulous. The breakfast buffet was really well done with variety each day. Bottomless hot water in shower. Animals are allowed and there was a horrible dog owner who left their barking dog in their room while enjoying their breakfast before 8am. Staff located these guests once reported and handled very professionally.

The check in process was smooth and easy, the Staff were great and very helpful. this property is very dated. The bathroom had pink "slime" mold in the corners of the shower and the shower head. The room's AC would not regulate and turned off every few mins. The included breakfast is what I would expect. This place was just "ok" but certainly needs a deep cleaning.

Most friendly staff from top to bottom of any place we've stayed. We booked the king executive suite room. It was very spacious and clean with plenty of room for visitors. Loved the later check out and the breakfast seemed to stay open longer than most places.

The HVAC thermostat was a dummy. It didn’t control the A/C no matter what temperature I set on the thermostat. The temperature never went above 70 degrees and I was cold for the three nights I was in the room. I mentioned the issue at the front desk but nothing was done to correct the issue

The property was clean Staff was really nice very professional Room was older but very clean Unfortunately I did not sleep a wink. The Very very very loud traffic noise from the nearby highway kept me awake. I heard every car truck and car Ivan that passed by. I was very surprised I do NOT recommend.

Everything was excellent, from the friendliness and outstanding performance of the staff at the main desk, the efficient way the breakfast buffet is attended, the housekeeping is thorough and meticulous. The crew that works all of the positions are unmatched in my experience. Everyone had a very friendly, welcoming and most satisfying air about them. I would highly recommend this hotel and all the amenities to anyone looking for an excellent hotel experience.

The property was clean and easy to find. The room was exceptionally clean and well prepared for our arrival. The continental breakfast was wonderful and fully stocked, much love and care was put in it's preparation. The best part of our stay most notably was the staff, Lisa warmly greeted us after our 6 hour trip and saw to our every need, Akeba helped me with a booking error days before our arrival and checked on us during our stay, Candice's kind words put a smile on my face, and all breakfast staff to housekeeping were very thoughtful and kind, something greatly appreciated by my husband and myself. Lord willing, we will definitely be back. Thank you.

It was a great stay front desk lady which checked us in and out was great and very accommodating with what we needed. We arrived a bit early and was allowed to check in which was awesome after the long travel and day we had. If needed would definitely stay again.

We were in town for a basketball tournament. The front desk staff is top notch….i got food poisoning at a local restaurant….the staff allowed for late check out and sent up ginger ale/crackers. The location is good and close it everything!

The staff is well trained, easy to talk with, and made me feel very welcomed! I saw a housekeeper actually cleaning places in the hotel i would have never thought needed to be clean. I highly recommend anyone stay at this Hampton!

Stayed for a business trip to the area. Breakfast was good. Had two different types of waffle batter, eggs, turkey sausage, French toast sticks, various breads and pastries, and fresh cut fruit (a berry mix). I’d say more offerings than typical at a hotel. The area was quiet. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff was super friendly as was the cleaner I ran into on my way out. I hope the manager sees this because this was the first place I’ve been where I’ve been wowed by the friendliness of the staff. They’re doing something right. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. My only complaint was I didn’t sleep well but it didn’t really have much to do with the hotel. I just kept getting hot randomly during the night that I think I’m just not used to humidity. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Had two different types of waffle batter, eggs, turkey sausage, French toast sticks, various breads and pastries, and fresh cut fruit (a berry mix). I’d say more offerings than typical at a hotel. The area was quiet. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff was super friendly as was the cleaner I ran into on my way out. I hope the manager sees this because this was the first place I’ve been where I’ve been wowed by the friendliness of the staff. They’re doing something right. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. My only complaint was I didn’t sleep well but it didn’t really have much to do with the hotel. I just kept getting hot randomly during the night that I think I’m just not used to humidity. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

There were ants at breakfast bar in some of the food canisters. Some guests received fresh fruit but I was told it wasn’t available. Tops of the oatmeal was handled very poorly by guest & placed back on the oatmeal. A false fire alarm at 8am which forced us outside in the cold rain by a rude cafeteria worker. This used to be my favorite hotel when we come to visit Winston but I’ll never visit again. Very disappointed.

Location was ideal. Room was well lit. Did not like the small pillows. The breakfast was too limited with zero variety or options for those who do not eat pork, beef or those with allergies.

Hotel was very nice. Staff was fabulous. The breakfast buffet was really well done with variety each day. Bottomless hot water in shower. Animals are allowed and there was a horrible dog owner who left their barking dog in their room while enjoying their breakfast before 8am. Staff located these guests once reported and handled very professionally.

Ended up checking in late (1245am) due to an ER visit for my daughter. Had to wait about 15-20mins for someone to appear at front desk - this was after saying hello loudly several times and calling the front desk from the lobby phone. Then our key didnt work for the room. Came down, got another, still didnt work. Third time, front desk person came up and let us in with the master and said to mention it in the morning to the front desk. Alot of help that was since we were only there a night. The breakfast was good and the front desk person was very friendly in the morning.

The mattress was the worst. I was amazed that it was even in use. We had to ask for extra pillows to place on the mattress in a way that we could sleep on a row of them.
