Arrived at 2:30, no one in office. Ice machine broken. Mini fridge barely kept it's cold. Holes in ceiling. Elevator scary at best, and not inspected since 2020. Pool supposed to be open at 9 am, never opened before 10:30. Walk area from lobby to pool dirty, trash etc. Bottom balconies sinking. Our outside light didn't work, two of three lamps broken.

It is clear that hotels.com has no standards for condition of property. Mold/mildew around shower/ tub. No smoking supposedly, but smoke and cig butts all over. Pool filthy. Felt like a Mexico dive. But great location. Needs new owners and management

The elevator smelled like urine. There was never anyone in the office and the cleaner wanted you to leave the door unlocked for her to clean. The location is great and the pool was clean and neat but the hotel itself needs basic upkeep and maintenance.

Motel marquee says free WiFi, fridge and microwave. We had no fridge, and a sinks with no plumbing attached. Ice machine in the hall was a SAVIOR but only worked the first day so there was NO way to keep any drinks cold. The bags of ice we bought melted quickly in the sink that leaked into the plumbing less vanity. However, the beach was steps away!! Great location

Our overall stay at this location was not the best as far as choice hotels. The building seemed to be in disrepair, some outdoor glass-top tables were broken/shattered, their elevator was in poor condition, the one ice machine on property was not operational, and staff seemed to be uncoordinated when checking in and receiving orders for the exchange of clean towels. Certain staff was unwilling to provide assistance when managerial staff was not present, and upon arrival all office doors were locked with limited explanation. Additionally, all doors for occupant stay were secured with only a single key to use, so if said key was lost there would be no way to access individual rooms without having to contact missing staff. Overall, our stay was not pleasant and we would highly advise any and all future patrons to seek out other accommodations elsewhere.

First of all, the beds were clean. The lady from the office was extremely nice, but she was never in there. She also cleaned the rooms and other jobs. There is a sign on the office window with a number to call when you get there. The ice maker did not work. There was a small refrigerator and microwave in the room. That was all. No kitchen sink. Nothing in the cabinets or drawers. Not even a fork or napkin. The door had a worn out doorknob, but no deadbolt. We moved heavy stuff in front of it at night so we could at least hear if someone was coming in. The other door had a deadbolt on it, but no doorknob. The last day we were there, we went into the bathroom and there was water running through the ceiling, not just dripping. It fiiled up the one trash can in the room. There was no answer on the emergency phone number. There was faulty receptacle so if you plugged in the lamp, you thought there would be a fire or something. The walls and ceilings needed to be painted. The pool was NASTY. Well, most everything was nasty too (or at least seemed like it). Well…we wanted an inexpensive place to stay and we got it.

Only thing good about this place is its location considering the price! Other than that don’t expect this Ocean Front property to whoa you in anyway! Never anyone at the front desk, vending machines didn’t work, rooms need to be updated, and just felt dirty the whole time!

Staff was great. Excellent cleaning staff. Ice machine broken. Balcony door lock broken. Most of the motel needs to be updated and repaired. Very good rates, so you get what you pay for.

The room was terrible. It is so out dated it didn’t make sense. There was towels or rags. The shower was nasty it had hair from people before. Everything was dusty and just plain nasty. Panties from previous guests was found behind the bed. This is the worst motel I ever stayed in and I will never put foot back in that disgusting place.

This property is very rundown, not taken care of, and dirty to say the least! The staff was pleasant; however, the rooms were very nasty. My room had a broken lamp, a shattered patio table, dirty floors, and yellow stains on the mattress covers that looked like urine. No working Ice machine on the property, the Elevator looks like it is in serious need of attention, and it is dirty and smells so bad! The pool was not cleaned, furniture was broken, and it was in need of a deep clean. Mold was on the window ledges and in the bathroom, and the A/C did not have an on-off switch that worked; we had to unplug it to make it stop or start. Door knob falling off on the batroom dorrs and patio door. A few roaches were found during the day; however, once nighttime came, boy oh boy! The ceiling came to life :( The pictures shown for the location are nowhere near WHAT THIS PLACE LOOKS LIKE! IF I COULD have asked FOR A REFUND WHEN I GOT THERE, I WOULD have! Close to the beach, which was nice. If someone spent some time and dedication on this location, it would be a gem, but it needs some serious help! If you can find another place to stay, I would do so. Oh, and bring your coffee as well, not even a courtesy cup to go with the dirty coffee maker! Absolutely horrible. Place was infested with mold and smelled like old cigarettes. Everything was dirty and a mess. Didn’t even stay here and to put the cherry on top the property owner and Expedia both declined to give me my refund after getting insurance and not staying there a single night. Never booking through this site again and will definitely never be staying at that hotel.

Nice view and quiet but the room was absolutely terrible. The hotel manager was very friendly. It was very late when we arrived and did not want to try and find another hotel for one night. We slept on top of our own blankets. Dead roaches in the bathroom on the counter. Mold on the ceilings, dirt and dust all over the lamps and fixtures. Balcony door barely closed and still had hole at the bottom of the door. You get what you pay for but good gosh, just needs some deep cleaning and some fixing.

It was Terrible!! The office is locked up tight!! You have to call a number to check in or out. The property is FILTHY!!! There are no fire sprinklers in the rooms and the fire alarm was not working. There was black mold all over the bathroom ceiling and the doors were so old they didn’t fit properly and you could see the outside. I have lots of pictures as proof!

I would honestly do anything you can to avoid this place. It needed remodeling but looks like 20 years ago. I really didn't feel safe and I even saw three roaches on my stay

The maintenance manager tried to get the TV working the best he could. The Wi-Fi signal is very subpar! If the Owner/Manager would spend some $$$ for upgrades, the Oasis would be an Oasis. Sincerely Yours, Rm310.

Bed was comfy, Internet was not secure so was hesitant to use it, the TV had prime and Netflix already on it so that was nice. Overall, average spot. Lower your expectations, it's dirty myrtle after all.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything all in all was good they did have a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom that was so bad i was scared something would fall in on us at any moment. No wifi but didnt matter as much cause we spent most of our time on the beach which was just a minute walk which we enjoyed very much.

The property is in need of a few repairs but it was right on the brach with a balcony. The room was clean and our beds were nice and bug free. A renovation would do a lot for the property though and I didn't like that there wasn't a person at the desk 24/7. When we arrived I had to call a number to be checked in after waiting for the after hours personnel. The check in info needs updated online as well as the times were not right....if I'd been an hour later we'd have had to sleep in our vehicle. Also, for safety I think the door locks to the room should be better and have a deadbolt. No breakfast services etc. For the price and location plus the room being decent I'd stay here again.

The rooms could use some up grades, a few more amenities. The beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean We only stayed 1 night. Beautiful ocean view with balcony. Price was great.

A renovation would do a lot for the property though and I didn't like that there wasn't a person at the desk 24/7. When we arrived I had to call a number to be checked in after waiting for the after hours personnel. The check in info needs updated online as well as the times were not right....if I'd been an hour later we'd have had to sleep in our vehicle. Also, for safety I think the door locks to the room should be better and have a deadbolt. No breakfast services etc. For the price and location plus the room being decent I'd stay here again.

Everything has been pleasant and great except for small things. The ice machine is out of order but the attendant offered to go get ice for us (however I think her shift ended and we did not get the ice) , the TV was not cable ready so no TV, which is not a big deal got out party, and there is no fridge. Everything else was so wonderful. The employee who checked us in, we could not have asked for any one better or more understanding. She went above and beyond to make our first few hours the best as far as check-ins go.

Our overall stay at this location was not the best as far as choice hotels. The building seemed to be in disrepair, some outdoor glass-top tables were broken/shattered, their elevator was in poor condition, the one ice machine on property was not operational, and staff seemed to be uncoordinated when checking in and receiving orders for the exchange of clean towels. Certain staff was unwilling to provide assistance when managerial staff was not present, and upon arrival all office doors were locked with limited explanation. Additionally, all doors for occupant stay were secured with only a single key to use, so if said key was lost there would be no way to access individual rooms without having to contact missing staff. Overall, our stay was not pleasant and we would highly advise any and all future patrons to seek out other accommodations elsewhere.

Only thing that was a draw back for us was the staff attendant wasn't always at the desk. We needed towels from the beginning of our stay and we ended up asking the maintenance man about them. Think in the three days we saw the attendant once.

Nothing. Lobby was locked We had to call a phone # to let us in. Lied about amenities. we did not stay. Filthy Filthy Filthy , ants , peeling paint locks on doors. You should check out these hotels before letting people book them. I learned my lesson … lost my money. SHAME ON YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is ocean front with every room ocean balcony. Property is very old and worn, room was clean as possible given the condition of the space. Great view and cheap price for location. short walk to beautiful beach. If you're picky, this is not for you.

Yes! It’s a older hotel, needs updating. The rooms are clean, the staff is nice. The views are great, close to the shops. Great place for the money. If you want 5 star go elsewhere. If you are looking for budget friendly, clean and a place close to the beach then this is it

The property is in need of a few repairs but it was right on the brach with a balcony. The room was clean and our beds were nice and bug free. We arrived 7/4 and checked in….that was the last time we saw anyone in the office on site. We were in our room about 30 minutes and my husband broke his toe on the bed frame that is sticking out beyond the mattress and covered with the bed ruffle. No one to report it to! No coffe in the room and one the site it says 24/7 lobby assistant and coffee provided….lobby locked our entire stay! Ice machine worked the first day and the second day there was a sign that said out of order and the door was bolted shut…only to see the maintenance guy getting ice for himself and then locking it back ! No smoking on the property…maintenance man sitting in hallway smoking! I have called everyday to speak to someone and there is no answer! No compensation for my husbands broken toe ! Police were called due to someone with a gun on property! No one at front desk to ask questions of! The only good part was the God given ocean! Needless to say we will not be returning to this property!

This property is very rundown, not taken care of, and dirty to say the least! The staff was pleasant; however, the rooms were very nasty. My room had a broken lamp, a shattered patio table, dirty floors, and yellow stains on the mattress covers that looked like urine. No working Ice machine on the property, the Elevator looks like it is in serious need of attention, and it is dirty and smells so bad! The pool was not cleaned, furniture was broken, and it was in need of a deep clean. Mold was on the window ledges and in the bathroom, and the A/C did not have an on-off switch that worked; we had to unplug it to make it stop or start. Door knob falling off on the batroom dorrs and patio door. A few roaches were found during the day; however, once nighttime came, boy oh boy! The ceiling came to life :( The pictures shown for the location are nowhere near WHAT THIS PLACE LOOKS LIKE! IF I COULD have asked FOR A REFUND WHEN I GOT THERE, I WOULD have! Close to the beach, which was nice. If someone spent some time and dedication on this location, it would be a gem, but it needs some serious help! If you can find another place to stay, I would do so. Oh, and bring your coffee as well, not even a courtesy cup to go with the dirty coffee maker! We reserved 2 separate rooms at he Oasis -- it was a total disappointment from the moment we arrived at the parking lot. In fact, the whole property is a total disaster. Let me describe what guests see when they arrive: Upon arrival at the parking lot we immediately knew the property was not going to look as in the online pictures. The lobby, the walk towards the elevator in the back and the elevator itself smelled awful and looked hedious. Once we reached the 5th floor we couldn't believe that there was carpeting on an exterior hallway where it's open to the elements. It was completely stained, almost black--and I can assure you it's not it's original color! The lock on my room wiggled and the key (actual key, not a card key) was hard to turn. Once we got the door to open we knew there was no way we were staying. The room was nothing like what I saw online!! To begin, the lamp bases were full of rust, the desk by the window was dusty, as well as the window sills, hoping it wasn't mold on them. There was some sort of bench that at some point was burgundy but it's now stained of food. The carpeting was clearly dirty and filthy, made up of individual blocks of different shade carpet that has had better days. And the bed frame looked like it was about to fall apart, chipped at the sides, and a dingy console by the tv. When we went out on the balcony we noticed the grass by the pool looked like it had been unkept in a really long time.

the view of the beach was amazing! the walk to the beach is very short. the pool was also enjoyable and clean. they just need some updates around the place and the front desk woman was really funny and nice. compared to other options it’s outdated and is similar in price to some more updated places further down the beach. the room was decently clean but the bathroom is scary - there were two options for water temperature - just cold or burning up hot. there was a great amount of privacy that i appreciated during my stay though.

We got there the places looked ok. The toilet had the “sanitized” strip on it. I lifted the seat there was yellow stains all over it. We looked at the beds and there were dry crusty stains on there so we took the sheet off and tried to look past it. Went out the balcony and there was “cigarette” butts left behind. We left and came back to sleep there was roaches every where. I tried to ignore it and keep stuff off the floor. My baby’s car seat was placed at a high level and I saw a bug crawling out of it. Roaches were on walls ceiling sinks night stands EVERYWHERE.

The ONLY staff here the entire time was the maintenance man. He was trying to run the office and do his job simultaneously. Once, I heard a maid scream to a guest "ARE YOU CHECKIN OUT OR WHAT?" The room was so disgusting it was infested with roaches, the smoke detector was hanging off the wall, the sink was rotted out, the balcony door would not lock and barely closed and the bed was disgusting. After the first night, my fiancé woke up sick. The worst part of all is we were forced to stay or lose our money because they REFUSED TO GIVE A REFUND. I met 4guests that packed up and left within minutes of checking in. I wish I was well off enough to have been able to walk away from the money I would have lost. I requested a refund for the second night at checkout after the first night and was denied. To add insult to injury, I paid $290.86 for 2 nights and the same exact room was listed online for $74 per night after I checked in. Not only was I charged DOUBLE the rate but they refuse to give a refund once you realize the pictures they post are COMPLETE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! This hotel is worse than the people trying to sell extended car waranties.
