Motel 6-Green Bay, WI

I recently stayed at this property during the Notre Dame vs. Wisconsin game, and my experience was deeply disappointing. Despite the premium pricing, the room was unacceptable. Upon arrival, I found hair on the floor and two large spiders in the room. Furthermore, there was no soap provided, and the door lock was insecure, making me feel unsafe. When I requested extra sheets to cover the bed, the staff questioned my request rather than addressing the cleanliness issues. While the staff were polite, the condition of the room did not come close to meeting basic hospitality standards. I feel the value received was nowhere near the amount paid! It was Discusting!

Horrible! The room was so gross, trash and dirty and food all over. Nobody assisted with changing or cleaning room. Do not go!

Shower dirty

Room was not swept between guests. The bedding didnt smell freshly washed. There was what seemed to be a Tiny cockroach in the room as well just before going to sleep, which we squished.

We were looking for a place to sleep and get cleaned up in the morning. We had plans for our day. The facility is older and that is apparent. The desk person during the day was able to answer our questions. The desk person at night actually helped carry one of our suit cases up as there are no elevators. There was an odor of smoke in our room. It appeared clean. It is located on a busy street and there was noise. We could hear others. The room was basic -had a table w two chairs, the lights worked, there were outlets to recharge things, the TV was rather large and the bed was sufficient. The microwave and refrigerator was a $10 charge. We were glad to have it. The rooms do not have hair driers. However, the last time we were there, we borrowed one from the front desk. You can get coffee by the desk, there is an ice maker near the front entry and they have maps and other paper resources for the area. The towels were old and lower quality yet clean, there were two trash cans, there were bars of soap, no shampoo or lotion, but we had our own. There are places to eat near by. It is not near Lambeau or down town. It’s just a matter of what you are looking for and what you are able or willing to pay. The room met our needs.
