I would rate this hotel 3.5 stars. There are some good things about this hotel- great location, our room was a decent size for a 1 bedroom, the breakfast was fresh (but simple), close to Publix and food, generally good service, clean rooms, plenty of parking, filtered water station, and pack n play available. There are some things that could be better- one of the desk staff seemed overwhelmed and not pleasant, the hot tub was dirty, hotel was showing some wear and tear, and the rooms were not cleaned every day (floors would get sandy and needed more towels).

The workers are very kind and friendly. Hotel was very outdated. The hall carpet was very beat down, doorThe pool was dirty no one did any maintenance there were leaves and junk in it. When we arrived the bedding had not been changed so we had to call them to get that changed. Food options were minimal,

Our room is clean and spacious. It has TV in the living room and the bedroom. The breakfast is not really good, they only have cold breakfast. Jacuzzi and pool is awesome!

The hotel itself was fine but they advertised free breakfast. The breakfast consisted of store bought muffins and bagels, yogurt and stale cereal. Also, the internet went out and wasn't restored until almost 12 hours later, which meant no TV for the kids most of the time we were in our room.

I would definitely stay again. We were there a week and housekeeping came by once while there. We took our own trash out daily. Which is ok. The breakfast was ok if you like cereal and muffins. I'm not a breakfast eater so that was ok for me. The staff was nice and welcoming. The room and other areas were clean. This was my hubby and I first time to Destin and we enjoyed. The hotel location is perfect.

The furnishings were low quality, and the place felt imperfect, the carpets in the hallway and throughout were worn, torn and appeared dirty The bathroom was clean and the linens were clean and we were comfortable. We had a pet with us.

I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again. Very friendly staff members, especially the lady who checked us in. Clean, large and comfortable rooms. Excellent location for visiting Destin. My only negative was the delay in housekeeping, mainly when asked for a bed change early in the morning and it wasn’t done, so was given linen to do it ourselves.

Will not book again, ever! Staff, well the one I encountered, was very rude, had an attitude and unwelcoming. There were bags of trash outside my door when I first got there. I notice mold and mildew. During my 2 night stay, the hallway stayed dirty with trash and trash bags sat in corners far too long for guests to be staying there. No ice bucket nor plastic cups to get ice. Breakfast included boil eggs, instant oatmeal, cereal, yogurt machine, bagels, muffins and coffee, no hot food. The young lady at the front desk at check in was very nice, welcoming and informative.

I gave cleanliness a 3 due to the urine smell in the room. After I wiped the floor and counter tops with Lysol wipes - the smell went away. My guess is that when they mop the rooms, they use the same water used in each room?

The property is in a good location. The room is over rated. The furniture is old the sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit on they had roaches. The bathroom floor was very dirty they have grout on the floor the creases were so black between them. The mattress felt like we’re sleeping on rocks.

Was not informed of $50 damage deposit when booking. A guest had a small dog and was barking at 3 AM. The hallway looked like it had not been vacuumed in a week. The breakfast choice was cereal or bagels. Low 3 star only because the room was clean.

Beds were very comfortable, which is very important to me. Can't remember the young lady's name at the front desk, but she was extremely friendly and went out of her way to make my stay enjoyable. Housekeeping was also extremely friendly and efficient. Will make this my "go to" hotel when I go to Destin.

The toilet clogged and barely flashed. The Maintenance guy fixed it and left without saying anything. He seems like he hates his job! It is not worth it for the prize we pay. The ice machines in our floor is broken. No complimentary coffee or bottle of water in the room. Our hair conditioner was out. A lot of little things that could be prevented. Suggestions for breakfast, scrambled eggs is better than the cold boiled eggs. We are quite disappointed. We are definitely not coming back. The worst Hilton Hotel we’ve ever stayed.

Quiet, Clean, Great staff. I had a king studio, plenty of space, nice large modern shower, comfy bed, full residential fridge. Spark is my new Fave. 1 night business travel. Longhorn steakhouse walk-able across the street.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, walls between rooms are paper thin. I could literally hear the people breathing in the room next to me. I wish I was lying because I couldn't sleep! Breakfast had minimal options.

Decent hotel. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. Cons: The breakfast consist of muffins, bagel, oatmeal, cereal and boiled eggs. Also the water pressure in the shower was the worst I have ever had. Outside of these things, I enjoyed my stay.

Customer service needs some help. People at front desk seem uninterested in helping guests. Maybe they had a bad day or something but what ever the case may be a little kindness goes a long way. We were made to feel unwelcome and out of place.

Got charged $300 more than what it showed when booked.(733 vs 1003. ) The lady said, sorry you have to talk to Expedia. I asked how much 1 extra night would be and they were gonna charge me $450. I told her she was crazy so i found different hotel for 200. Ladynthat checked us in on Sundaybnight was AMAZING

NEVER AGAIN!!!! I stayed 6 - 9th. They didn’t come clean the room. On 2nd day I kept asking for towels and they kept saying they didn’t have any clean. I asked housekeeping for towels and she asked without checking out or checking in. I told her neither and she said the towels on the cart was for a guest that was checking in. I started asking for towels at 9 AM and they were not able to give me any towels until 6:30 PM. Very disappointing, especially since I paid my money, but since I wasn’t a new check in, I couldn’t get cleaned house.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Brianna. She was super friendly and helpful. Although we arrived before check-in, she apologized and allowed us to store our bags so we could go ahead and hit the beach. The next morning she recommended a great breakfast place that we ended up going to twice! The rest of the staff we encountered was friendly and our stay was comfortable, clean and quiet.

Check in had a long line. Found bugs in bathroom. Was told my room wasn't ready and that they would upgrade me. Went from a suite to a studio, so seems like a downgrade to me. One elevator was broke. Wouldn't really recommend
Check in had a long line. Found bugs in bathroom. Was told my room wasn't ready and that they would upgrade me. Went from a suite to a studio, so seems like a downgrade to me. One elevator was broke. Wouldn't really recommend

I would definitely stay again. We were there a week and housekeeping came by once while there. We took our own trash out daily. Which is ok. The breakfast was ok if you like cereal and muffins. I'm not a breakfast eater so that was ok for me. The staff was nice and welcoming. The room and other areas were clean. This was my hubby and I first time to Destin and we enjoyed. The hotel location is perfect.

This hotel is conveniently located near many attractions in Destin. The property was clean and so was the room. The beds were comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. In general, I’ll rather skip the “included” breakfast that many hotels offer but this one was pretty decent.

Great location just steps from the beach, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and I’d definitely consider staying here again if I’m in the area. The bed was comfy, which is always something I look for. The convenience of location is usually second and this one is perfect for shopping and dining. The room was clean and check in was easy. Breakfast was simple, that's ok I love bagels, but the bagels tasted like they'd been out to long.

The breakfast was very small and sugary. Cereals, yogurts, parfaits, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, bagel, and mini muffins. Could have been better, but you get what you get. You don’t HAVE to eat it. We did. The hotel room itself was phenomenal! Very clean and cozy and a family with small kids. My kids loved sleeping on the sofa couch. The hotel had a lot of extra amenities which was nice. 10/10 recommend and would stay again!

We enjoyed our overall stay at the Spark Hotel by Hilton in Destin, FL. The Room was spacious, clean, bathroom was a good size as well. The staff was friendly. The only thing I liked less was that the breakfast options were very limited, especially for kids; the juice and coffee quality was not good.

Breakfast room was relaxing cool place to hangout. Options: variety of cereals, oatmeal, bagels, milk. Milk, apple juice, coffee Staff were great! Very accommodating! Parking is easy. I stayed in a studio with a kitchen. Big fridge space. Cool space. Would definitely stay there again.

Didn’t try the breakfast, room was clean but our shower curtain needed changed. We tried to do laundry the night before checking out but the staff didn’t have change for the machines and it defeated the purpose of being a convenience to run out to a gas station at night to get change to make sure we had clean laundry before heading home. Most places have card readers or change machines for laundry. Other than that, the hotel smelled nice and the staff was friendly.

All was great. Was there for a concert across the street. Room very spacious and clean. Beds did creak a lot every time you moved though. Staff very welcoming, friendly, and asked how concert was when we came back. Will highly recommend and will be back to vacation. The only thing we saw that needs replacing was carpet in halls looked like something was spilled the whole way down because there was a line there.
