Everything wasn’t working, 3 of the 6 washers and dryers were broke, the ice maker door was broken, the pool was out of order. I went to take a bath and found black hair covering the drain. There was no trash pail in the room. I asked the person who registered me if there were ice buckets in the room, there wasn’t. I took photos of the room to send to you. There were trash bags sitting outside the doors in every other room, and this was around 4:00 pm, way after the cleaning people had cleaned for the day. The phone was extremely dirty!! The furnishings were extremely old and worn down. The bath towel in the bathroom was about the size of a placemat, and extremely thin.

sketchy neighborhood. casino type machines at the front desk. broken doors, busted furniture, odd smells, trash in the courtyard. but the sheets and towels and bathroom were clean. when one "nonsmoking" room smelled of smoke, staff were very helpful to let me check other rooms until I found one without smoke smells. new tile in the bathroom. very loud tenants in the courtyard late. no lobby, no breakfast or snacks to purchase. if you are in and out for work, it's okay, the wifi was good. dont take the kids and dont go here on vacation.

This was by far the worst hotel I ever stayed at it had bed bugs blood soaked mattress cracked window very unsafe dilapidated stairs being held up by a board microwave door was broken light stayed on has to unplug it I wiped down everything in the room with Lysol slept in my clothes checked on my car all nite long complained to owner/ manager he gave me his best room it was worst I prepaid for 3 days I stayed one nite gave him back his key and told him I'd rather lose the money I paid than to get sick from this place swimming pool was filled with trash, phones ,furniture no water thank God less than one star called and reported to health Dept.

I didn’t look at recent reviews and only looked to see that it had 5 out of 10 stars and I thought it would be fine for one night. When we pulled up it was in very bad shape. It was obvious that people were living here. We walked in and tried to open the door to get to the desk but it was locked. The guy motioned us to a little window. The window was in a room with slot machines. We got our key and went to the room. The stairs were in rough shape. There was food and junk strewn on them and the concrete was falling apart. When we got to the room, the door seemed to unlock but wouldn’t open. It seems like the deadbolt was locked from the inside. At this point, after seeing the people who were living here and several hookers hanging around, we decided to cut our losses and leave. We went back down and saw the “No Refunds” sign, told the guy the door wouldn’t open and that we were leaving. We went across the street and got a room at a nicer place. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Garbage over flowing, steps broken going to 2nd floor. Men gambling on machines behind front desk. Vending pop machines broken down and empty. Felt very unsafe there.the atmosphere was dirty!! Bugs were in bathroom. Not worth 1 penny staying there. We showered and fled 6am.

Did not like anything about it,if I could rate this place at -100 out of ten I would !!! Very dirty, run down ,unsafe, was supposed to stay 3 nights but we left early the next morning after a sleepless cold night! There were stains in the tub, Everthing was sticky and gross! Heater did not work, fridge was broken inside, only exposed wires in bathroom where a fan should be, pool was filled with black water and garbage! Been that way longer than just closed for winter! Only one little rag for a wash cloth, phone had been ripped out of wall and gone! Duct tape on door! Very rude owner!! No Refunds!! Was afraid someone would break in the door! Smoke alarm was covered in plastic bag! Tv didn’t work and had to have someone come fix that. We left feeling dirty and creepy crawly !!!! Complained to Expedia and the property lied to them saying we were there the whole three days but we were hundreds of miles away on the morning we supposedly checked out! Stay away!!! FAR AWAY!!!!! Unsafe and filthy. Even the stairs were cement that was falling apart and I almost fell on them!!! Do not stay here at all!! I just hope I don’t have bugs in our luggage now!! Druggies and a lot of unsavory looking people hanging out all over the place!!I was afraid!!

The person who checked me in gave me a bottle of water, which was greatly appreciated. It was HOT and I was on a motorcycle all day. Unfortunately, the pool is out for the season, although it’s Midsummer. They do not provide coffee in the morning which is totally unacceptable. The bathtub was very, very slippery and the stairs to the second floor were literally crumbling. I had a smoking room, but there was no ashtray and no glasses. The air conditioning works really well!

This property should not be open to the public. It should not be on Expedia. If they had not agreed to refund my last night, I would have called the local health department. I will gladly stay an a economy motel. I don't expect anything special -- just basic upkeep and cleaning. If there is a place I can post photos, I will gladly. Here's a list: -- Feces, seemingly human, in front of our car, parked directly in front of first floor rooms below our second floor room, in the morning. -- Old furniture and trash in the walkways. -- Concrete stairways disintegrating down to the rebar. -- Closed down pool, with the cover weighed down with rainwater and trash. -- Room not touched in terms of any new sheets or towels in our 4 days, 3 nights. -- Vent fans uncovered and lighting fixture in the bathroom falling out of the ceiling; walls stained with various splotches.

The sink was clogged, the stairs to the second level are broken and crumbling apart, and that’s just the start. Our entire party left feeling so so gross that we chose to wait and go to the bathroom at the nearest gas station. AND THE WORST PART - there was no smoke detector, it was ripped off of the wall! There is nothing positive to say about our experience. No way this place is legal!

The pool was “closed for the season” but looked like it had not been open in years, the steps were crumbling and looked like they were about to collapse, the weather stripping was missing on the door, the cable from the satellite box to the TV was damaged and so the TV did not work and the towels were threadbare and rough. BUT — it was as clean as you could make it and the hot water worked. OK for sleeping, but not much else.

The room was filthy stunk the bedding had blood stains curtain on the window had semen stains on it toilet barely flushed floor had hair and was sticky on it bathroom cabinet was tore apart and refrigerator was iced over I itched the min I walked in there

My daughter and I were in town for a graduation. We stayed two nights. The front desk staff was unfriendly at check-in. The front desk area smelled like urine. The room was unclean- walls had grime all over, floor had grit on it, exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't have a cover and was caked with typical dust grime. The air conditioner didn't work well so it was pretty hot and stuffy in the room. The smoke detector was missing. The outside stairs leading to the second level were crumbling and precarious to navigate. The bed was clean and pretty comfortable. I would not stay here again.

DO NOT stay here. The second we turned on the lights we seen cockroaches scatter. The bedding was stained, the walls filthy, everything was broken, there were weird messages all over the room. The toilet was unflushed, there was one washcloth for towels and it was dingy. We immediately went back to the office to complain and showed the photos we took and the clerk laughed and refused to issue us a refund. There were all kinds of sketchy people in the parking lot too and it was filthy.

This place is the worst hotel in America No wonder it's the cheapest around that area only so that business can keep running that is why they won't give you any refunds. Spiders Web in every corner, missing pillows no smoke detector, stained bed sheets, mold growing in the shower. I am not exaggerating.

If you’re just looking for a bed and shower, then it’s fine. Everything else was awful. Felt unsafe, no fire alarm with loose wires, walls had holes and marks all over, bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned when I arrived, trash around the facility looked like it hadn’t been picked up in over a month

For it being a cheaper stay i wasnt expecting it to be great but id just assume not having stained sheets, somebody elses hair in the bed, having a swept floor and not having tiny fruit flies come out from the bathroom sink drain. The damage done to the room itself when i got there as well was very off putting as well. The bathroom door didnt shut at all and the whole in the door assuming it was punched in Overall was a place to sleep for the night but the cleaniness all around inside and out was not there

Ugliest dirtiest room I’ve ever seen, bathroom tiles broken, poor attempt at fixing floor with duct tape, wall marked with smudges of dirt, handprint on wall. Extremely dirty chair. Neighbors yelling making for a terrible evening

Big gaps in door

I shared this review before. The door was warped, the bathroom door was warped, it was a non smoking room but it smelled smoking, no table and chair, the sink was dirty, only one hanger on the closet, no facial tissues, no clock.

Expedias virtual card was denied so had to wait on phone for over an hour with expedia to even check in. Then the hotel had roaches, no snoke detector and was absolutely run down and dirty lookinh. Looked like it shouldve been in the ghetto instead of the more middle to upper class area of town.and the staff is very nosy, ride and even goes to the extent of harrassing guests. Ir at least me. Every room gets worse and worse every time i stay at the hotel. The price is very very cheap and im really beginning to understand why. Oh and their wifi that they advertise as having free, rately works and constantly goes out.

I actually expected this hotel to be worse. The room itself was clean and comfortable, the surrounding area less so, but for the price I'm not complaining.

very unwelcoming, unfriendly & uncomfortable to-talk-to staffs. Towels were not fresh in the bathroom. Floor is unclean, it is clear that the floor of the room was not wiped after the previous visit. Bare minimum toiletries supply.

Any time I stay here, I consistently have a pleasant experience. The front desk gentlemen are always polite and have never hesitated to provide me with anything I may need. My car is always safe in the parking lot and not one person has made me feel unsafe. Always affordable as well. 10/10 will stay here again.

I had an issue with the room their were roaches all over the bathroom and it wasn't clean. They moved me but I had a late check-in for 1 pm. They woke me at 11 to have me out. They were very rude. I wont be back.

Found multiple hairs in bed and asked for new sheets they said we have none to tomorrow . Person at desk said he would be up in 5 mins , never can up . Asked for another room they said don’t have any . Dropped of key and left , went to a comfort inn instead

I give this property zero Stars because of lack of customer service very poor customer service treat their customers like crap not willing to listen and take care of the customer nothing worked in the room their property was trash the shower didn't work the AC didn't work never again will I go there

The front desk fellows are always polite and helpful. Ive never had a dirty room, the gambling machines are fun.

Worst motel experience I’ve ever had. This stay was NOT worth $210 for 2 nights. I first got there on a Friday night and was heckled by sketchy people standing outside of the hotel. Then, I got to my room and the sink looked like somebody had thrown up into it with little to no effort to clean it. I’ll attach a photo. This is what it looked like AFTER I tried my best to clean it. Disgusting! It seemed the sketchiness was a regular occurrence here, as I could barely sleep both nights due to how loud people were outside my room. I was genuinely worried about my car being broken into, which is a worry that had never occurred to me in the past. Lastly, checkout was at 11am today. I was almost done packing my things, when, BEFORE 11, a man who claimed to work at the office, who barely spoke English, banged on my door repeatedly telling me “checkout time!!!” I responded that I was about to leave my room and was in the middle of getting dressed but I would be leaving soon. He kept knocking, telling me to vacate the room, and I calmly let him know that I was not yet dressed and would be leaving ASAP. He kept banging more and more, yelling “checkout time!!!” which was the last huge turn off of this place. Like I said, I travel for work multiple times a month and always leave before or right around checkout time. I have NEVER been heckled like that to get out of my room, before the checkout time. I do NOT recommend this hotel. Rude staff, disgusting quarters and sketchy people.

This was our replacement hotel for the first horrible one. Same neighborhood and not much better, but we didn’t feel as unsafe.

The place was horrible. Very loud and dirty. Felt very unsafe.

Property had trash all over. A lot of damage to room doors to what appears to be attempted break-ins. Used needles in the parking lot. I felt very unsafe and property needs immediate improvements. I checked in saw my room and instantly went to another hotel to stay at. It did not look like how It did on the website. Very disappointed.

We ended up not staying. The place was a dump and smelled like one also. Two adult men were peeking in a room window. Didn't feel safe to stay and our $170 was unrefunded. Horrible experience.

Highly, NOT recommended. Curtains had tissue stuffing holes in them, incompleted remodel in room. Chair was disgusting. No daily housekeeping. No in room coffee maker as advertised. Shower was so built up with junk it didnt spray out. I travel to Omaha frequently, I'll never stay in this place again.
