Pigeon Forge Parkway Inn

The pool was green and dirty.. The bed had a metal platform the made a really loud noise everytime you rolled over or set on bed. You had to pay for ice.

Room was very dated but clean. I wasnt happy with the fact that you had to pay for ice.

The property was nice and clean. The room was clean and neat and the parking was great. I drive a 30 ft bus conversion and had no trouble parking it.

Not enough parking, needs a little updating and carpet removed but overall for the price can’t complain

Your opinion of this hotel will be based on what your expectations are. 1: The bed was firm and the room was clean. 2: The room was large with a refrigerator and microwave 3: The TV was mediocre with a challenging remote 4: The bathroom was good sized and clean, but there are cosmetic issues with the caulk around the tub. 5: They had a self-signed certificate on their network, so phones and computers will complain about the connection. 6: I had to pay 25 cents for a bucket of ice, which I've never had to do before. 7: There were small gaps around the outside door. They need to install new weather stripping. 8: They replaced the stairs to the 2nd floor with ramps, likely for disabled people. It is a cheap and fairly comfortable room if you just want a place to sleep. Stay away if you expect to spend any time in the room.

Got there on Friday went to park. There was no parking people had launch chairs in the parking spaces so we thought we could park out on the grass. There was a guy that had over six cars and he wasn’t moving none of his cars to make room for people

Pool was not open/in working order the whole time we were there. Room had a very musty odor-we went out and purchased air freshener to try and help with the smell. Drawers of the furniture had mold in them and were not usable. The jet tub would not drain properly. The place could use some serious updates. If you don’t plan on staying in the room much it would be ok.

The carpet is filthy plus worn out. The door going into the bathroom was busted plus the bathroom door and floor was filthy on the toilet side.

This hotel first off needs to be gutted or remodeled and updated! Here are all the cons of this hotel. As soon as we walked in we all felt like we went back to the 70's (retro style!!). The floor was absolutely filthy, and you need to wear slippers or shoes unless you want black feet or socks! No tissues at all. Water backs up in the sink when brushing teeth or washing your face. Room smells so musty and felt damp with no good ventilation. Exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. Bathroom floor stayed wet with leaking coming from somewhere around the toilet. Shower floor makes the loudest noise and moves. Bed makes a loud sound as if it's ready to cave whenever you first set down. High humidity that stays in the room. Refrigerator wasn't cold. We had a party of 3 and only had enough rags and towels for 2. Rags were dirty upon using. Went to the lobby to ask for more towels and rags, which took over an hour for them to bring. You have to pay $0.25 for ICE! Only gave 1 room key. The wood on the bathroom door was all damaged. The threshold going into the bathroom was black and dirty! The lady at the front desk was very unfriendly. Pictures were absolutely photoshopped! We paid around $109 a night, but the quality wasn't even equivalent to $50 a night! Worst hotel and experience we have ever had and we've been coming to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for years.

This is our 2nd time staying at the facility in the last 3 years, and the 1st time we stayed the facilities were in much better condition. This time our microwave continuously went out due to it being plugged into a surge protector and flipping the switch. We had to move the microwave to another location to use it. There was hair on the walls of the shower. The was a moldy odor in the room. The tub was slanted downwards like a slide. The water would not drain in the tub until after a few minutes of showering. My family didn't feel comfortable touching much inside the room and we went thru and cleaned surfaces upon arrival. Overall for the price and location we expected better.

There was blood stains on the carpet. We could not check in5 mins early the person in charge was smoking a cigarette told us to come back in 5 mins . There was only 4 rooms filled that night. They came around to the room around 4 o clock asking if we needed anything , we said tp and tissue we were told no tissues us tp

Rooms was disgusting. One of our rooms as we booked two. Literally had a dildo in it and blood on the sheets. Told manager about the dildo and he didn’t apologize. The ice machine they charge you to use. Floors were coming out mold all in the bathroom. Coffee pot didn’t work. They gave me a replacement coffee pot that had molded all in it so I couldn’t use it. They go in the rooms when you’re not there. No other stripping around the door so you could see right outside. You can hear everything. They keep the office closed until 3 o’clock. They make you give you $100 deposit per roomwhich hotel.com does not let you know that and it must be in cash. Just a very horrible two days day which I had to rough it out because there’s no refunds it ruined our vacation because we couldn’t sleep in that environment.

The rooms are not that clean. There was a sock left on the floor from the previous people that stayed. Last at the desk was a little rude. Overall not comfortable.

We've stayed at this hotel several times and never had a bad experience. It's conveniently located and budget friendly. Everything was clean, but the floor. It needed to be mopped. I walked barefoot the 1st night for a short time and the bottom of my feet were black. Other than that, everything was great. It's an older hotel but furnishings and tv have been updated. Great place to stay.

Very clean hotel. Great room for the price point. If you are looking for a Marriot, this is not it...but a top botch clean room for the price point.

Needs renovated. Bathroom was tiny and had water damage to the ceiling. Beds are not the greatest. Kinda hard. You can hear everything your neighbors are saying through the walls. Parking is confusing due to spots going many different directions

The heater by the window made a lot of noise outside of the room constant banging noise I don’t know what it was. I did the check in online and I had to do it again when I got there.The curtains didn’t close properly so the light was shining in.

Room did not look like pictures online and we took warm showers. THEIR was no hot water the 2days we were there..

Overall it was a good, clean, comfortable room, the only problem we encountered was not enough hot water. One of us took a shower and ran out of hot water the other had to wait two to three hours before being able to take a shower.

Stayed three nights hotel had no hot water our entire stay. Also bed was hard as a rock asked for extra pillows and was told they had none. Room is dated but Fairley clean. But no hot showers was horrible. We were told we could check out if we wanted since there was no hot water. No other rooms were available immediately so we had to stay. Upon checking out we were told management may refund us some money for the inconvenience of no hot water. We are waiting to see if that happens

It was a little dated but very clean. The price was great, bed comfortable and I really liked the shower head in the shower.

The rooms were clean but our door looked like it has been kicked it so that was a little scary honestly. The beds were not comfortable at all its like sleeping on a piece of wood. Check in and check out was fast and simple tho

I didn't like the staff special the reception. He had a very s***** attitude. Ask him for an extra pillow He said the hotel did not have extra pillow Also this it the first motel That I had to pay for ice the next morning i check out around 7:00am to get ready for a craft show and the office was not even open the office didn't open to 9:00 in morning What a bunch of c*** After the craft show i return to try to get a Receive and talk to someone about my deposit Also, no luck. I won't be staying at that motel

Got charged 3 times and still haven’t gotten my money back the hotel was ok but I’m very upset about this kept saying it will be back on there and it’s not WHY!!!!!’

Room was clean. All appliances (ac, micro, fridge, etc) worked as expected. New bead spread and linens were clean. Used towels were collected daily by housekeepers and new items were replaced. Convenient location in center of Pigeon Forge. All in all, it was a decent value. I wish the staff could be a little more welcoming. When I asked questions I felt like I was imposing on them

The 1st room we were given was dirty. The bath tub was covered in dirt and just filthy. They required a $100 cash deposit since we didn’t book though them. We went to leave at 7:30 Sunday morning and the office didn’t even open till 9am for us to check out and get our deposit. When someone finally showed we had to wait for them to walk our room to get the deposit back. Would not recommend..

Stayed one night. Room was clean and comfortable. Was required to pay a cash deposit but received it back the next morning at checkout after staff inspected the room. No issues, plenty of parking, didn't hear any noise from outside or through the walls. We would stay there again.

It is in a prime location to the center of all attractions. It is not the newest, cleanest or best option but will work for short adventurous stays. We don’t use the room much as we stay busy. It’s ok. Could use improvement.

Very nice place. Quiet and decent breakfast. Very friendly front desk. Beautiful fall decor in lobby. Would stay here again.

The web site said breakfast......NOT!! If you don't have it, fine but take it off the listing as some people base the stay on this! Seriously people update your listing once in a while!

Fridge barely kept things cold, carpet looked dirty, air conditioning barely worked with broken vent cover on it, no phones in the room, no free continental breakfast, coffee pot looked like had specs of white paint on it, bed was horrible and hot water consistently ran out! Will never stay there again!
