The one major complaint is the parking lot is too small. The spaces are limited and they’re made for really small vehicles. If you drive a full-size truck, it will take up the entire parking spot and not give any room to vehicle to the left or right of you. No elevator just stairs

Having to drag my suitcase up a flight of stairs was a deal breaker for me. On top of that, had to park the side of the street due to no space in the parking lot.

It was good for the couple of nights. They should offer other amenities besides just coffee. The property itself really needs to be updated. There should be an elevator especially for ones that have problems going up and down stairs. Other than that it was overall good.

I will start by saying you get what you pay for. Room was clean. The pillows were like a pillow case stuffed with 15 socks…small and lumpy. Water pressure- a scale of 1-10 is 2. Took 5 minutes just to get wet. No elevator. Not a broken elevator. NO elevator. Only a short walk upstairs to the 3rd floor but bringing the luggage in and out sucked. Non smoking but halls smaller like weed.

The room was dirty and smelled of smoke and disinfectant. The furniture was mismatched and beat up. There appeared to be people living long term in some of the rooms. I did not stay the night. Definitely cannot recommend.

GREAT VALUE! We are a couple with a dog and this hotel was perfect for our stay in Raleigh. The staff is really nice and efficient, the entire hotel is beautifully clean, and the free lobby coffee is pretty good too! It was refreshing to see the care they put into this hotel.

Additionally, the thin walls allowed almost every conversation from the neighboring room to penetrate our space, further detracting from the comfort of our stay. While I understand that pricing is on the lower end, these issues are hard to overlook. If you value cleanliness and a quiet environment, you might want to consider other options, as this stay did not meet the standards one might expect, regardless of the budget-friendly price.

The bedding is poor. Flat pillows, One thin bedspread and no blankets. Very noisey metal frame. Smelled bad. The carpet in the hallways was dirty, the windows so dirty you could barely see through them.

The property was okay as far as value hotels that allow dogs go. But the smell of weed permeated the whole building. How can you seriously make me sign a form promising not to smoke in my room, and at the same time I can smell weed everywhere? I swear I witnessed a drug deal go down in the parking lot as well. My wife did not feel safe enough to go outside at night by herself and smoke. I went out a couple of times to take the dogs out and it was sketchy at times. The location was good, and I got a decent nights rest, but the wife complained of doors slamming in the halls all throughout the night. I probably won't stay there again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I care about.

With all the new properties in the area, this one looked sad. The lobby was in nice condition and the staff was nice. This property was a little on the unsafe side as there is only exterior access to the 1st floor rooms and there's a staircase down to a business lot that looked abandoned. There was no weatherproofing under the door. The gap was so big I could see daylight. The room was clean but the touchups were sloppily done. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR ON THE PROPERTY. The TV couldn't connect to the network and the fridge was unplugged and took forever to cool. It was within walking distance to a huge mall and a McDs so that was a plus because the traffic patterns in the area were a headache. Upstairs neighbors were beyond noisy as there is no carpet in the room to dampen the sound. Ok place to sleep but that's it.

The facility was exceptionally clean. I did not see one single bug anywhere on the property. A lot of other facilities, I looked into all complaining about roaches, not a single insect anywhere inside this property. Most of my interaction was done with James, who was absolutely phenomenal, kind courteous, efficient I couldn’t avast for a better front desk person. I would recommend this property at this location to anyone who would ask I would rate it 10 out of 10

This is a perfectly fine hotel for one or two nights. The area is 1 minute from the mall and surrounded by much better hotels. I felt safe and the checkin associate was wonderful. The property is a bit outdated and in need of some TLC but I feel like it was appropriate for the price.

Great price, very clean, and perfect for if you're going to an event near the PNC Arena. We went for the Blink 182 concert and were very happy with it. Also the neighborhood is great and it's located in a very good and safe neighborhood. Its very quiet and in a great location. Very friendly staff and pet friendly. We brought our Chocolate Lab and didnt get charged. The sheets, to be a pet friendly hotel were very clean and you'd never know its a pet friendly hotel. You cant be the price for the quality ya get. I hope they dont jack the prices up in the future because we'll definitely be staying here again for any events.

We were greeted in the parking lot by a shabby building that had clearly seen better days. Parking lot was dirty, and there was a couple outside chain smoking and from their loud conversation? Clearly living there. Still, we went into the lobby. We walked into a very dark, dirty, and smelly lobby with a line out the door. We immediately left and found other accomodations as neither my daughter nor I felt safe. The pictures on line are a misrepresentation of what we actually walked into.

We had a nice quiet stay. The front desk personnel were professional and helpful. The location was convenient as well. Keep in mind that you get what you pay for. That being said, I would stay here again.

We had a nice quiet stay. The front desk personnel were professional and helpful. The location was convenient as well. Keep in mind that you get what you pay for. That being said, I would stay here again.

Hotel is clean as well as rooms. Only stayed one night so perfect. I didn’t have any issues with parking because I arrived at check in, when I left in the morning the parking lot was at capacity. I’m assuming this places stays booked and busy so be mindful of that if you do bring your own car. I’d definitely recommend and stay again next time I’m in town

Motel no longer serves breakfast so if that’s an issue for you go to another chain. The hotel needs updating and greater care taken with cleaning. Traveling with dogs and felt relegated to suitable room. The front desk clerk was friendly and polite. He remembered my name and should be in an upmarket motel. Motel location was fine.

Based on reviews of this property we decided to stay while in town for a convention. Two out of four nights we came back to find the beds hadn't been made, there were no fresh towels, the floors hadn't been cleaned and the garbage cans weren't emptied. Two out of four nights the people in the room beside us got in a screaming match, slammed their door repeatedly and one fell down drunk in the hallway outside our room. This happened between 11:30 pm and 1:15 am. The listing said breakfast was included, but the only thing on offer was a coffee machine, a toaster (but no toast) and a microwave. The staff was nice, which was the hotel's only redeeming quality. I wouldn't stay here again on a bet.

The hotel is old and it seems that it has never been remodeled. The bed linens were worn out, very thin, and seem to have some kind of stain. The pillows were so thin, like sleeping without a pillow. I would have stayed the 3 nights if it wasn’t for the adult roach I found in the bathroom my second day there. The staff was very understanding and agreed to refund me the last night. As for the area, I felt safe, no worries about safety. This hotel needs a remodel, pest extermination, and upgrade bed linens, pillows and towels.

1. Check in is supposed to be at 2:00 pm (Website & posted on property), showed up at 2:45 and there were no rooms readily available. 2. Returned around 9:00 pm, we were given a room that smelled like it was a smoking room. We don’t smoke so we’re not used to that type of environment and have had headaches and sore throats since we left (8hrs ago). 3. Upon a quick inspection, noticed the following: - Battery compartment in smoke detector was open and the battery was missing. - Fridge was dirty, had food and a beer can inside. - There was a towel missing, while searching for it, found a used, dirty towel rolled up inside one of the drawers. - Pillows were very small, more like cushions. - Batteries’s cover was missing from the remote control. Night shift’s desk attendant was kind and fixed the fridge/towel situation and provided an extra pillow. Unfortunately, overall experience was disappointing.

Room was not the cleanest, blankets had holes in them. Bathroom was very dirty. Room was on the rear of the property and it appeared people were living there, hanging out at all times of night. Felt unsafe at times. The guy at front desk was very nice.
