No fuss, no frills, laid back and friendly! This little motel is the perfect place if you’re looking for a discreet, quiet, home-away-from-home kind of place. It has a “camper” or “mobile home” type of feel to it because of the type of building it is. It seemed very family oriented and they are dog friendly! The crystal clear pool is a plus! It almost reminded me of a very laid back mobile home park with only a few dwellers.

Well I want to start with the good. The pool was awesome.The staff were really sociable and easy to get along with. The room smelt good slightly too over powering but smelt good. Wifi was great. And the A/C worked very well. The shower pressure was awesome, this is not often seen. Now with the not so good. The floors were probably the biggest issue for us. No matter what we did and my wife and I hand mopped the floors our selves several times it just felt like our feet would always feel gritty and black. There was tape over many areas. The dead bolt worked but the slide bar had been broken and jimmy rigged to work. The bathroom cabinet had a 3 to 4 inch chunk missing out of the bottom. One of the drawers on the dresser would not stay closed and kept sliding open. The shower head base plate was rusted and definitely needs replaced. Overall I would give it a B- .

If you just need a base to shower and sleep, this is a good place. The property is clean and i didnt see sketchy people hanging around. Short drive to shopping and the interstate. The room was clean and there was no mold or mildew in the bathroom. This was my second time staying here and this will be my first choice when i have to book a room for next year.

There was urine in the toilet when I checked in. There was blood on the wall. The smell was horrible and there were - literally - burn holes in every blanket I had to use. Even the sheet and bed cover! Then they overcharged me for a night. Avoid this place at all costs.

The pictures and reviews did not represent the hotel at all. The room was large, but that’s about all the good about it. The walls were dirty, especially in the bathroom. The tub did not drain well. There was an open used bar of soap left in the shower. The comforter had cigarette burns and appeared to have nicotine stains on it. There was mold in bathtub and the shower curtain was held in place with a folded up box. The room smelt musty and as if someone had been smoking in it.

The first room we were sent to was not the correct room. So got all of our things out of the car with two small children. The next room we were given was in terrible condition. The was the most dirty place I have ever stayed. The sink looked to not had been cleaned the tub was horrible. But most of all when I pulled back the hole filled quilts the sheets and pillow cases were very dirty. Might have been a lot of stains black stains but there was also sticky stuff on one of the fitted sheets.

Dirtiest place ever. No way they clean anything. Act like they take your towels to wash but inside just fold them and place them back. Should be $20 a night by the conditions. Just a weird place and would be better off spending the money.

Non smoking room had cigarette burns in bed and toilet. Entire room smelled of smoke. Was extremely dirty didn’t even stay for 5 minutes and they wouldn’t give a refund stay far away.!

room smelled like 30 year old cigarette smoke, coughing and eyes watering all night. blankets and sheets torn, stained, dead bugs, hair, and brown pillows that should once were white. asked for new sheets at least and explained the state of the room, and was turned away immediately with attitude. “no new sheets, no new room don’t know what to tell ya” was what was said. I asked about a refund for the following night because we were not staying again. He said nope try again in the morning. Asked for an ice bucket, was told nope don’t have any, here is a plastic bag. people knocking and standing outside our door all night, screams from all directions all night, sketchy figures surrounding the perimeter, toilet barely worked, floors clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages. air conditioner covered in mold. I went into this knowing it wasn’t going to be a luxury resort or prime stay, but this was outrageous and disgusting. I slept the night with no blankets, fully clothed, with my bag as my pillow. This place really was so bad and I don’t know how they’re allowed stay in business.

room smelled like 30 year old cigarette smoke, coughing and eyes watering all night. blankets and sheets torn, stained, dead bugs, hair, and brown pillows that should once were white. asked for new sheets at least and explained the state of the room, and was turned away immediately with attitude. “no new sheets, no new room don’t know what to tell ya” was what was said. I asked about a refund for the following night because we were not staying again. He said nope try again in the morning. Asked for an ice bucket, was told nope don’t have any, here is a plastic bag. people knocking and standing outside our door all night, screams from all directions all night, sketchy figures surrounding the perimeter, toilet barely worked, floors clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages. air conditioner covered in mold. I went into this knowing it wasn’t going to be a luxury resort or prime stay, but this was outrageous and disgusting. I slept the night with no blankets, fully clothed, with my bag as my pillow. This place really was so bad and I don’t know how they’re allowed stay in business.

There were burn holes in the sheets and the blanket. The floor was a dark wood looking vinyl and the bottom of my feet were dirty when I got into the shower. So I didn't walk around without shoes. The shower was clean. No amenities, ie coffee in the room.
