Only thing that stopped me from rating it higher was the fact that the pool was closed four out the five days we were there

The pool someone threw up in the pool water and it was never cleaned so the pool was closed for days

It was simple right what I needed I love the shuttle, staff very friendly, the pool was very cold couldn't enjoy the pool

We stayed here because it is close to Disney World and the hotel has a shuttle to the parks you can book at check in for every day/park. The driver was so nice and friendly. He had great recommendations for the parks. We loved our rides with him to the parks and back. It made our stay with kids so much easier. Thank you!

Excellent value for the price. Free breakfast, free shuttle to Disney World and airport. Room included microwave and mini fridge. Very convenient location. Close to Disney World, shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Would recommend.

Got exactly what was advertised.pricing on par.well maintained.multiple dining establishments within walking distance.definately returning.pool and pool area well maintained.

Wood laminate flooring in rooms clearly hadn’t been mopped, as my socks were filthy from walking across the floor once. The pool was dirty and needed cleaned. It was also misrepresented in images. There are no loungers or chairs in pool area, only three picnic tables. Staff was friendly, so that was a positive.

This motel included breakfast, outdoor pool and Disney Park Shuttle in the cost of our stay. For a little extra, we were able to get the shuttle to drop our party off at the airport when our stay was over. It was very inexpensive and shopping and dining was available within walking distance. Very quiet at night as motel sits back off the main highway. Shuttle service was always on time and room was always refreshed with fresh towels and soaps. Beds were made as requested as required by motel staff. Breakfast items was always stocked and ready to be served each morning. Staff was friendly and always happy to answer any questions you have about the parks and surrounding area. Bonus: laundry facilities on site if needed. Rooms have microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, t.v. with Disney channel and ice is available on site.

Extremely kind personnel, clean room, great shuttle service to the parks

I love the fact it had a fenced area for your pets to run free, the condition of the bedding were itchy, and scratchy. The shower curtain needs an update, the bath tub terribly slippery and the whole room in general smelled moldy. Other than that it was clean, staff were super kind and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Thank you overall the place would need a good perk up , but the price was great.

It was the worst stay i ever had. The pictures online don't look nothing like the actual place. Pool was not accessible, dirty water. Roaches and no heat!!

Shower was broken saw a roach

We found several small roaches in the room and we came back from visiting Universal. There was a dead roach on Hulu. The drain didn’t drain properly so every time you brush our teeth, the sink was filled with water, and the room was overall very dirty.

The room was extremely dirty when checking in. The sink was dirty with hairs in it. The tub was black like they never clean it. The sheets were YELLLOWWWW! Not sure they even changed the sheets. It was BAD.

The room had bed bugs i told them and they never did nothing, i had bites everywhere and by the time i left the hotel all my stuff had bed bugs so now they are all over my car my house, im going crazy with all this, i got prove so im doing a report to the health department because its a lot, the money i saved staying there, im expending on tons of stuff to try to clean my house and everything else that got contaminated eith bed bugs and then my peace of mind, im going nuts, that hotel its nasty.

It was horrible. The room smell very bad . I left the next day.

Roaches crawling on me dirty sheets it was so disgusting couldnt sleep for the bigs

First room they tooknus to after it was supposed just clean had bugs everywhere, smelled moldy and musky and had mold in the bathroom. When my boys pulled back the blanketsnon their bed there was bugs in it. Went to the feont desk ans told them. Didnt act concerned or appologitic at all. Got a new room and it wasnt much better. But and mold smell also. We went to walmart got 3 bombs and set them off in the room while we were gone for a few hours and sprayed the room down to help with the mold smell. My family wasnt happy her at all and staff was not friendly

Do not waste your time or money. Room are dirty, filthy, smells, and infested with cockroaches.

We had a bad experience in this Motel. We got welcome in the room with bed bugs, cockroach and insects and bad smell. There was AC leakage and ants. The bed sheets were dirty. Free breakfast was good. The pool was good. Parking is good. But the room was bad. We moved out after 1 night and lost 2 nights payment. They did not refund the unutilized 2 nights payments even though the fault was in their room. Also they did not refund 2 night service charge even though we did not use it. We lost almost $110 here. Overall bad experience.

Rooms are horribly cramped with the bed pushed up against the dirty, never cleaned AC units. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, ice machine was broken the entire stay, the bathroom was a gross hazard where there's a big step down to get out of the slippery shower, small ants crawling around the room, stains all over the walls and doors, what looked like a pooh streak on the wall near the toilet paper holder, mold not treated only painted over, and the staff is super unfriendly and unhelpful, you have to beg for everything including towels. They had a sign in room saying you had a request housekeeping, and they don't provide do no disturb signs - yet someone came in our room daily, removed our used towels, replaced them with HALF the amount of folded towels, and didn't make beds or anything else, when we didn't request maid services at all and did not want someone in our room! The front desk was just like "oh that's weird, sorry about that, but that's your problem" and did nothing to help, did not change out room, and did not offer even partial refund for the huge list of issues THEY created by being slum lords. Oh, and the hotel charges hidden fees at check in that aren't mentioned in their listing. These are major scammers and the place is utterly disgusting.

Room was very poorly maintained. Receptacles didn't work. Exhaust fans were missing covers and coated with dust and grime. Shower curtain rods were falling off of their hardware. Exterior door was not held shut by locks or latches.

Stay was ok but asked for late check out but was told only to 12 not the 1 most hotels do. Beds and pillows could’ve been better too.

Wifi not good - not clean - old -

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, even though a non-smoking room was requested. There was also no dresser at all for any clothing to be placed in. The last day of our stay our room keys randomly stopped working.

The room was old and small, but the breakfast was replenished as soon as it ran out, and Wi-Fi and laundry were also available. It was good for the price. The free shuttle to WDW was on time, so I made use of it. The shuttle bus needs to be reserved the day before.

We were hoping for a simple place to spend the night. We saw the offer on Hotel.com. It seemed decent in terms of quality and photos, but nothing like the photos. Upon arrival, we were told we had to pay an additional $30 for a deposit. The place is frozen in time. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes. The sheets were burnt. The bed was like a plastic sheet, which was uncomfortable to sleep on, since if you moved, you could hear the plastic noise. There was a dead frog and worms in the bathroom. The hygiene was questionable. The towels had hair on them, even though they were clean. The included breakfast...not to mention it. First and last experience there. In short, the place didn't meet our expectations for $75 a night...

What was exactly what I expected for the price. The beds had plastic covering them like you find on toddler beds and it woke us up several times throughout the night. The breakfast options were not great and the breakfast area was very small. Everything is outdated. Service was excellent and despite the lack of updates, everything was clean.

The rooms were clean, but very small. The internet didn’t work (we were on the back side near the pool). The tv wasn’t a smart tv so couldn’t stream anything. The pool was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast great. On check out day tho, our room key no longer worked. We went to breakfast at 830, was back to the room by 9 only to find out the room key didn’t work. Checkout wasn’t until 11am and it was nowhere near that. Also, be aware that you can only stay at this hotel for a maximum of 7 days. They basically kick u out after that. Will not be staying here again.

I do recommend this hotel. The staff are very accommodating, knowledgeable, and very sweet. The area is perfect perfect

I travel multiple times a year and have stayed at multiple hotels and this place is the worst First problem was they wouldn't allow me to take their free shuttle because I had a ecv chair that I rented. Even though I called about it before I booked my stay at this motel and they didn't tell me it was going to be a problem They also left me with a non functioning toilet for 3 days even though I had asked 3 people I finally talked to the manager about it and they finally fixed it I would recommend you stay anywhere else the people who work here don't care about their customers

Nice place. There is a $30 security fee each night/stay. Refundable though. But it should be said while reserving. That’s the one thing. Some of the people are snappy and short with ya.

The hotel was wonderful I enjoyed my week-long stay the staff was very polite and helpful and the hotel itself was clean I felt very safe there the only few issues that I had was when I arrived my room did not have any locks on the inside door the first one had been broken off and the deadbolt wouldn't turn but upon bringing it to the maintenance people's attention they immediately moved me to a new room that had working locks and then fixed the locks on the other room. There were some women fighting outside my room in the pool screaming very loudly I don't know what the deal was but I called the front desk and they told me to call the police I didn't do so cuz I knew that they'd be gone by the time the police arrived the breakfast could have been better instead of juice they had Kool-Aid pouches which I thought was weird some microwavable breakfast sandwiches would have been nice too all they had was waffles which were good don't get me wrong but then they had toast and oatmeal

Breakfast and transportation to parks was convenient and decent. Asked for non smoking room but the room still smelled terrible. When booked it was stated there was no additional fees. They ear definitely additional fees that were unelected at check in. After all the hidden fees room was definitely not worth it

I have stayed at this Rodeway many times now and it has been consistently very good and reliable. The location is fantastic and the area has many shopping and dining options. Housekeeping was good and commendable and the staff is helpful and efficient. Breakfast is not fancy but still satisfying. The bed was comfortable and the room had enough amenities. Overall, very pleased and would definitely stay here again in the future.

The woman at the desk was beyond rude. I checked in with another party. Asked to be near each other and got put on opposite ends. When I reached to be put near each other. We got an attitude for it. When we did get our rooms. They smelled very musty. Complimentary breakfast consisted of waffles, oatmeal and/or toast. Appreciative but very hard to get to due to an over abundance of other guests and there was absolutely no organization or direction to the breakfast.

Was very disappointed in service I had made a 3 night reservation that I had to cancel and check out without staying the first night. I understand the first night had to be charged and paid, but very upset the other 2 nights were not even considered for a refund or partial refund. Upon arriving at the hotel there were scrupulous looking people hanging out outside of the entrance door I had to walk through to check in while they became quiet and staring at me. Had to go through 2 sets of doors, security cameras, and bullet proof class to check in. Was given only one room key for the 4 of us. Had to walk through a dark unlit tunnel to get to the back of the hotel where our room was. Again many people loitering and staring at us. The room door was ajar when we keyed in. There was a strange odor with stains on the carpet, bedding, towels, and ceiling. You could hear people in the room next to us, banging on the ceiling from the room above us, bathroom grout was black and dirty, people were staring in our window and I did not feel safe. Our party immediately decided we could not stay and leave anything unattended for any period of time. Was questioned why we were checking out and they did not understand we did not feel safe and rooms were not clean.

I booked trough Expedia for 2 nights, they looked my door with my belongings the second day and charged me twice without my authorization. I show them my reservation and try to reason with them but I was left without a room to sleep very late at night forcing me to drive 5 hours back home. Horrible experience

Be aware that you get what you pay for. Room was dingy and bathroom was moldy. Sink was leaking the entire time (someone was supposed to check it, never did). They charge you $9 per day when you check in. They also charge you $10 to hold your luggage the day you check out (never had a hotel charge for that before). Again, if you want a cheap room near WDW just be aware of what little you're getting for it.

I quite honestly feared for my life here. Room smell was terrible, signs posted outside saying hotel was not responsible for break ins. Very questionable crowd hanging around.

The place is run down but for the price one really can’t complain. The staff were very friendly and it was very quiet at night. I’ll stay again because it fairly close to the parks and you can’t beat the price.

this is a short hop to disneyworld where we were meeting family members as part of a memorial for my sisters husband, i am certain many will take advantage of the location and the price for being this close. with this in ind this is an economy lodging. the bed was comfortable, there was no coffee service in the room but there was a fridge and i think a microwave.. the plug was missing from the sink, there was mold around the soap dispensers and where one would place soap in the tub. we found it to be just what we paid for a bed to sleep, close location and safe parking.

For the price we paid, the room was ok. Smelt like smoke and body odor a bit. Need was really squeaky and sucked in a bit. Property location is a bit sketchy and feels unsafe

Stayed for 6 days/5 nights while there for a baseball trip. Property served my needs well. Good area, with lots of stores/restaurants/etc around. Felt safe. Property is dated. Needs some help. Room was OK (no garbage can, what?). Bed was decent. TV was big and newer. Has a pool but I didn't use it. Free breakfast was very limited on items. But if you need a reasonable $$ place to stay that treats you well, this is a good choice.

Breakfast was very disappointing. There were bowls- but no cereals or milk were offered. Basically just toast & waffles. There was powered creamer for the coffee. The room was clean but basic.

staffs are nice but the room condition were very poor, air circulation is really bad and smelled. bathroom was leaking had to change the room.

Basic motel for an overnight night stay - room with microwave, fridge, TV, public Wifi. Continental breakfast included - toast, butter, jam, bananas, waffle machine, instant oatmeal packs, coffee with power creamer, juice packs. Sun heated pool.

We stayed there 4 nights and they never made the bed once. The towels were changed but they are so old and faded. The tub is very slippery and there isn’t a rubber mat for it. Breakfast is terrible only toast or waffles. Have no interest in ever staying there again very outdated

The staff was great and very kind and helpful throughout. I stayed here by myself to save some money while other family stayed on site at Disney. For a place to sleep and shower, it was fine. Breakfast was the same as most other places - carbs upon carbs. Only takes about 10 minutes to get to the various parks. As a parent, I would find a different place to save money if you're trying to do this on a budget. I wouldn't bring my kids here.

The room smelled very musky, the rooms need a lot of maintenance repairs. Need fresh linens. Our beds were never made. And the picture posted about breakfast isn’t even close to reality. The drink selection was coffee and Kool aide pouches.

Clean, no frills hotel in a budget. Quick Disney trip so it served the purpose. Maybe a little outdated but it was kept very clean. Friendly and breakfast was waffles and toast , fruit and coffee. Pool was clean. Very convenient for souvenir shopping and Disney parks. We will return

I consider that the offer in the breakfasts in terms of variety is very poor, since every day is the same (bread, waffle, bananas, capri sun juice, grape jelly, butter, oatmeal and regular coffee). Other fruits, cheese, other juices, decaffeinated coffee, other jellies or milk can be helpful in this regard.

The room was a good value. It was a little dirty, but overall it was alright. The breakfast could use more variety, though.

Restaurant across parking lot was good and reasonable. Breakfast area was okay, limited seating and food options, but was okay.
