Yes, the A/C was effective and fairly quiet. Parking was plentiful and safe.

Parking was easy, close to room. AC worked well but room felt damp in between cycles of running air. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Staff very friendly, room was small but clean. Good for short stays, but the bed makes longer stays tough. Didn't get to use the pool because of our schedule.

This place is horrible. The pool was filthy. The room was dirty, the bathroom had mold. The toilet overflowed because it kept getting clogged. The bedding was stained and nasty. The experience is a 0/5.

Our stay was great. Everyone was nice & helpful. We had so much fun in the pool. Our room was clean & the Tv worked fine.

The front desk was super courteous each time we left and returned. They attended to our lack of hot water issue within a reasonable time. Shower was leaking and dripped something black coming down wall from behind spigot. Sheets appeared to be dirty upon arrival but perhaps just yellow dingy from repeated washing. On day 3 we asked staff to change bedding and towels... they did towel but only made the bed. I had to ask again... which they changed at 4pm. They spray 'febreeze' to make the room smell clean even when they didn't clean but the room usually had a damper smell. Pool was simple, clean, and refreshing. Ample recliners for sunning. Not much around the hotel to walk to and there were no sidewalks ... more isolated location but easy access to Hwy192 and plenty of shops within minutes of driving east.

Bathroom was small pool hours to short

Everything was okay for a quick trip. But facilities need updated and pool needs light to stay open later.

Quiet, clean,close to a lot of stuff and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Only gripe is I wish there was an Ice machine instead of having to go to the front desk for ice.

I liked the staff... they are really friendly. Room was very clean. Area is quiet. Have laundry, pool area and like a little open kitchen...very nice and comfortable. I wil stay again and hopefully see Doris at frontdesk!

Centipedes greeted us! The room smelled odd. The toilet was dirty and gross, shower the same. The sheets had hair and smelled so strongly of bleach I placed a blanket over them and slept with a covid mask on to be able to breathe. Hair in the bed, curtains shredded and chairs dirty. Checked out the next morning at 8:00 a.m. and they charged us for a 2nd day. Absolutely horrible stay

Everything works as it should. The bathroom is clean. And the room itself was well maintained. The owner actually took time to talk to me and was a very friendly individual. They offer a valuable product for a little price. This will be our new go to coming to the parks

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s literally one exit from Disney, and located near restaurants, Walmart, Walgreens, banks, you name it. The price is amazing and the rooms are always clean. The staff is amazing as well. We are “frequent flyers” of this hotel and will continue to be as long as it’s standing.

The pictures online are deceiving. The lobby has been redone and looks beautiful. The room I stayed in the shower was stained, the sprinklers were rusty and had cobwebs and crap on them. When I checked in, there were 4 out of 8 lightbulbs that were out. Even when they replaced the lightbulbs, the room was still incredibly dark. If that wasn’t enough, ithe room smelled like mildew. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

There was mold in the shower of our hotel room, loads of stray hairs everywhere, the pool was grimy, mattress and sheets were stained, the property as a whole is not well kept and the list goes on. I do not recommend staying here. If you really really really need to save money then maybe stay here but if you can pass it save your money it’s not worth it.

Stay was okay. The property, dark, and pretty uninviting. No bugs and rooms were not very dirty, but very old and dated. The pictures of the hotel online are a little deceiving. Found a pube in the toilet and stray hair wrapped around in one of the towels (not mine, because mine is red and curly and that one was long, straight, and brown). Would I stay here again? No. But it got the job done and I would not say it was a bad experience, just not a great one; you get what you pay for in Orlando.

The sheets were clean BUT the room smelled musty, furniture was dusty, shower glass door was dirty, bed headboard was dirty too, looked greasy. I also couldn’t open the windows to get some air flowing. I won’t be staying here again.

Just not very clean

Place was very clean. Things were definitely dated, but that’s OK because of being clean. Walls are pretty thin so things can get noisy, but that doesn’t bother me because I’m a very sound sleeper. I would stay here again.

The hotel exterior has seen better times. The sign itself for the hotel is unlit and very hard to see after dark. The interior is clean, but old. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was old, but clean. Bed very comfy and after a long day at the parks was wo derful to sleep in. Doors to room were heavy and people never bothered to shut them quietly, so we woken up several times with the sounds of doors slamming.

This hotel is hidden behind a McD’s with poor illumination and sign less. It looks like management started to do some renovations but only to the lobby area. Our room was outdated, furniture, bath, bed was way too hard. Pillows were good!

The service from the front desk lady was great. This morning when I was leaving the manager (maybe owner) was cussing and yelling at the staff. If he is not the owner he should be fired. He was treating the staff like she was not a human. I was very upset.

Staff was great, accommodated us with an early check in after an all night flight and headache with rental car booking, room was nice, good area.

Mr Cheng at the front desk is my hero. He goes out of his way time after time to make sure that our trip is great. The property is clean, safe and a great stay

Bathroom/shower is compact and only closed by a sliding door that doesn’t shut all the way…or lock. It’s conveniently around a 7eleven and McDonald’s. I do have to mention i was not a fan of the older “manager” that checked me in. He was very demeaning toward his “maids” wagging his finger at staff, swearing at staff when we walked in and had an attitude with us as we checked it. We saw him a few time throughout our stay and the swearing and annoyed attitude was the same every time. The “maids” and other desk staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Staff is always courteous, and the place is always clean and welcoming. Mr. Cheng at the front desk in particular is fantastic and so helpful. He went out of his way yet again to assist us in making our stay even more comfortable. We have stayed here a couple times now and he has helped us out each time. Overall although slightly off the beaten trail, Destiny Palms continues to offer value and convenience while maintaining a quality experience. Thanks to everyone there for another great stay!!

Perfect location for disney

Was difficult to find location was behind a restaurant through their lot. Overall room was clean.

I checked in around 5ish in a torrential storm, missed the hotel, traveling on 192 Irlo Bronson highway west bound, even though I was following GPS directions, made a U turn a mile ahead and saw the hotel, to my right, nearly missing it again, the road side sign is torn off and the entrance has an abandoned restaurant to the left, it does not give a good appearance, I thought oh boy! what kind of hotel did I booked my self into? this was a 2 night business trip, which end I end up extending it to 2 nights, I parked at the small drive way to get my luggage in to the lobby to avoid getting drench, as I approach the front desk, the man ask me, checking in? I replied "Yes", he ask for my ID and credit card, which I promptly handed to him, from that moment on things got ugly and went down hill fast, I said to this guy, I might need to extend my stay for one night, to which he replied on a very nasty and disgusting manner, "you need to talk to the manager" I did not understand what for or why so I tried and explained to him, that I had made my reservation trough Hotels.com, he replied in a very nasty attitude, that because I had a local address, I needed to talk to the manager, at that point I had been up since 2am, I was a bit tired and in no mood to get in a back and forth with a extremely rude and nasty hotel employee, I did not stay for the 2 extra nights, on check out had a chat with Paul the manager, he apologized but lost business, good hotel minus the tattooed nasty goblin!

Good location, i have stayed there seveeal times. Nice staff' rooms are fine, no breakfast but priced accordingly. Mcdonald's right in front you can walk to it. Only complaint i have is the building sits back behind the mcdonalds and you access it awkwardly and utbis poorly sugned. The mcdonalds sign is your best landmark.

Excellent Stay at Destiny Palms , Mac Donald's less than two mins walk with a convenient Seven Eleven and awesome Chinese food across the street . Rooms were extremely clean and remained that way throughout the trip . Internet access was good . Ideally , having a vehicle would be best , but public transport and taxis were available . A special Thank You to the manager for all the extra assistance given in calling cabs , providing bottled water , and ensuring our stay was excellent . Would definitely visit inthe future

Hard to find

Very convenient location for Disney.

This is a really good off property discount hotel. Rooms are older but clean and comfortable. Staff is pleasant. Would stay again if I need a last minute place to crash. Heads up, breakfast is no longer offered despite Orbitz indicating such. If you park in the back at night, there’s no fence between the hotel and the forest so keep your phone flashlight as you might get stalked by a raccoon or two.

My day was amazing! There were a lot of guests there with children, but at night time you did not hear them. It looked a little rough on the outside, but that was only due from the hurricane they survived from last year. The hotel room was perfectly clean, no cobwebs, no bugs. When I asked for batteries for the remote, they were very prompt and replacing them same as the towels. And for the price, you can’t beat it. I give this hotel stay a 10 out of 10 in my opinion. For my next travel travels in the area this is the place. I will definitely book. The only thing I think they should have is breakfast not just coffee. And their breakfast time is 6 AM to 11 AM which is great.

I called the night before to see if we could check in early. The lady was very rude about it and said we had to book an additional night. The next day we decided to try our luck and we were allowed to check in early - for free! It was nice and clean. Close to Disney. The bed was comfortable. Room was big enough for a motorized scooter. We would definitely stay here again.

From the moment you walk in you are greeted always by friendly staff! McDonald's right out front is a plus for kids! Super AWESOME VALUE!!! It really helped us stay on budget while visting disney! Takes about 10 minutes to pull up to disney parking lot! Stayed 3 nights for the price of one night at disney! Just a heads up showers need a tiny update. But honestly i could not be happier! Now this aint no Ritz Carlton or nothing like that! But just a nice convenient, safe, budget friendly hotel!

Convenient and close to shops food etc. building kind of old. Coffee was watered down in the morning area.

My stay at destiny palms was nice and pleasant however, you need to include free continental breakfast such as bagels, crackers and much more.

The property was close to Disney but not right next to it, which was great for us because it was less chaotic! It’s got plenty of dinning nearby as well. It was perfect for a place to stay after a long day at Disney without breaking the bank! The front desk staff was also very nice upon check in/check out!
