Pet friendly with a fenced in area was great

Courteous helpful very warm staff. Had bikes attached to back of vehicle and felt safe that there was security with a watchful eye.

It was old and shaky bldg with 2 plugged in but broken ice machines. You could however get ice in the lobby why they didn't just unplug the broken ones and put a sign on there to tell you to go to the office. I really was confused why the machines were still plugged in when the obviously knew they didn't work. No out of order signs just plugged in noise making non-working machine upstairs and downstairs. No good selections at breakfast. 2 types of muffin apples bananas and coffee grape and oj no milk half and half or cereal options.

Pool had a little bit of trash but not bad. No wifi password was given to use. My request on bottom floor was granted to use because my daughter was on crutches. Meet a couple of nice people who help us with our luggage and also help us find our room. Over it was a good place to stay. The ceiling in the bathrooms needed a little bit updating and saw no bugs at all. Would stay there again!!

This property is very good value for a short stay over. We needed a place to sleep that would accept dogs. Reception/check in was very pleasant. Room was adequate but not well maintained and not the cleanest. Breakfast was minimal. I would stay there again while passing through. Couldn’t beat the price and location.

We want three things on any stay: A hot shower, good Wifi, and ice. There was a warm shower, the Wifi was not strong enough for my wife's computer even though we asked for help from the office twice. The ice machine was not making ice either in the evening or in the morning. The breakfast was good and everything else was fine.

Pros: Pool water nice. Refrigerator. King size bed. Parking. Price. Clean. Cons: Wi-Fi sucks. No cups for coffee. Cigarette burn hole in sheet. TV sound and picture poor.

They had 18 wheelers in parking lot running engine all night . Coming and going all hours night and morning . Very loud and disturbing. Not a good night sleep

Checking in was efficient and the woman was pleasant. I found the hotel a bit difficult to find since it sits back off the road and behind a restaurant. The sign is not clearly visible from certain angles while driving through unfamiliar territory. I was disappointed that a hotel with "by Wyndam" in its name was not better in the cleanliness category. I expected the fixtures and furnishings to show age, but there is no excuse for dead bugs, dust, hair and dirt to be on the floor, on top of the toilet tank, in corners, in the tub, etc. The refrigerator needed a good cleaning, too. The bathroom door was not closeable, getting stuck due to lack of floor clearance. There was old urine on the base of the toilet. I killed 11 German cockroaches of varying sizes with one being an adult female with egg case, so timely pest control, if any, is obviously lacking. I had some Deep Woods Off in my vehicle which I sprayed around and under the bed since I had 3 uninvited bedmates that I dispatched. I slept with the lights on to hopefully, avoid a full-on invasion overnight. The bed was acceptable and appeared to be clean. I did not see or feel evidence of bedbugs. My luggage stayed in the vehicle to avoid bringing uninvited critters home. I informed the front desk receptionist of the issues with the room and she graciously thanked me for letting her know, as she was not aware of the problems. Now she is. Clorox was used in the room. Would I stay there again? Not if I can help it.

Cockroach infested. Do not stay here. Hotel.com take this place off you list.

Dirty bathroom, literal feces spot on the toilet seat, we felt unsafe, cobwebs, dead insects, clearly the sink and tub were not cleaned, the sheets did not seem to have been changed. Of course a refund was out of the question. We finished our Memorial Day weekend at a different motel.

We didn’t stay and had to go find another hotel. Very disappointed. Room was full of flies all over everything and when we saw the dead roaches in the drawers of the furniture we refused to stay at that location

We went through 7 rooms. The first two the keys wouldn’t work. The third we crashed one night in after a 3AM arrival. The next day we discovered it was full of cockroaches and ticks. Then we went through three more cockroach infested rooms. We spent the 2nd night with the lights on just in case there were more. The water was sulfurous so we didn’t shower the whole time we were there. The staff was friendly and courteous. Really the only plus of the whole stay. This hotel wasn’t worth the $60 they were charging, frankly they should pay people to stay in this travesty.

My room was changed two times due to bed bugs . Then I had to leave the property.

It's dirty has roaches in a bad area strange ppl walking around.looks nothing like the picture so save time and money and don't go there I did not even stay I checked in and walked in my room seen roaches and checked out

It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it had a smokey smell anyway. The shower head control was in bad condition, but I was able to make it work. Cleanliness was adequate and the bed was comfortable.... I searched it for critters before use but didn't find any signs. However, we woke up in the morning with a blood gorged bed bug between us! It was size and shape of a tick which is what I thought it was. But a google search and the nasty bites it left on my wife confirm it to be a bed bug. I informed the housekeeper and manager. Should have heeded the other reviews that I now can confirm are accurate. Although the price was good, it is not worth the experience. We will be avoiding this place on our next trip.

Room full of hair and roaches

Property is tired and not well maintained. Cigarette butts everywhere. Non smoking room was provided but entire property smells like cigarettes anyhow. Plumbing fixtures were severely outdated and toilets very noisy when flushed (sounded like an airplane engine!). Carpets worn. Very weak insulation between rooms. Any door that opened or closed is felt down the row. Would not stay here again.

The television service is horrible. There is supposed to be cable but every channel is fuzzy. They said it’s probably related to the bad weather experienced just recently. However, I believe many of the hotels/motels in this vicinity do not invest in great cable service.

Room was clean, but the TV didn’t work and the air conditioning did not work well either. The receptionist was very friendly and extremely helpful.

The clerk was very friendly, but the property is dated, the window a/c loud, the large window with brilliant lighting, and one of our two trims was dirty with a cockroach in the corner. At the same time, it was a very reasonable rate, but you get what you pay for.

I stayed for only one night but during that time there was a huge thunderstorm with tons of rain. I was on the first floor and suddenly noticed there was tons of water on the floor by the door. I tried to soak it up with a towel. Didnt help much. Then i was walking around barefoot and my feet were gross and dirty afterwards. Please mop the floors!! Bed wasnt bad and shower was alright. I wouldn't stay here again though.

The desk person was very nice and answered all my questions. She also came to my room to start the AC. The AC had too many “bells and whistles” for me to figure out,

I do not have anything bad at all to review for this hotel. Staff was amazingly friendly, very nice and helpful. My bed was huge, soft, and most importantly CLEAN. One of my pet peeves on hotels is the water pressure and temp of the water in the showers and sinks. It was perfect. Location surrounding had oodles of options fir food as well. First time using Expedia! Nive smooth process. Thanks !

Older hotel but looks like trying to make it better. Near A/C ,paint and floors, but in rough looking neighborhood. For the price it is a 10. Staff was friendly and efficient. Booked thru my Expedia account and paid a ridiculous low price. Walked in 1/2 hr later and check in went seamless.

It was 2:30 in the morning. I had already booked this hotel I pull in. I have to wait at the window 25 minutes banging on the window. There’s no bell there’s no buzzer there’s no nothing. Some lady finally comes out half asleep. Text me and says if you have any problems with your room, come and get me. It’s 2:30 in the morning lady. I’m not coming back to this window so I go find my room get out of the car grab my bag throw it over my shoulder, walk up to the door and I can see something on the inside of the window. Looks like a dead , I open the door. I never stepped foot into the room smelled like somebody had just smoked a carton in there turn the lights on and the floor moves and I’m like that floor there was cockroaches scattered everywhere. The bed was already pulled down. The room had not been cleaned and I refuse to stay there .

Front desk gal was very friendly and knew the location very well. Service was great and it was very clean

It was the worst day I'd ever had at a hotel the light we had a strobe light for the bathroom light the TV kept going on and off the room got flooded because of a storm but it flooded our room and went to open a drawer to put clothes away and there was already closed in it they didn't even clean it and there was a very hateful lady that dealt with us yeah she was trying to blame us for the room getting wet but it was the worst day ever

The staff was really great and concerned about the welfare of guests. The rooms have been remodeled probably to be made more sanitary(carpets pulled up, beds moved). The bedsheets appeared clean and were reasonable for sleeping. There were roaches. There's an abandoned motel on the backside of the property (fenced in and pretty creepy/sketchy looking).

We were in town for a funeral, we finished then went to check in so we were checking in later in the day. We entered the room we were given and the light between the beds was missing the lampshade. Since we had our child with us and didn’t want her getting hurt on the hot lightbulbs, I talked to the front desk and we were given a different room. Upon getting into the second room we found the bathroom lights to be completely nonfunctional but we didn’t want to deal with moving to yet another room so we decided to just use the flashlights on our phones. While I was in the dark bathroom in the middle of the night a roach crawled out of the broken tile in the corner. We immediately started packing up and left. The front desk was unable to issue a refund because we’d been in the room for more than an hour. We wound up getting home after 3am, making an almost 24 hour day for us and causing us to drive home on no sleep. We were told that the front desk ultimately couldn’t help us with a refund since we went through hotels.com. We’re still waiting on that resolution.

Good price, staff was good. Property seem to be unsafe at nite. A lot of activity, people in cars parked.

My experience at this motel was extremely disappointing. Check-in went smoothly, but I was directed to a room in the back of the building. The parking lot only had spaces in front of some rooms, so I had to park and walk past the pool to get to mine. Along the way, there were groups of people lingering outside their rooms, speaking loudly and staring, which made me feel unsafe. When I got to the room, I noticed a stain on the comforter and saw that the AC unit was a basic window unit awkwardly fitted into a floor-to-ceiling setup, not at all what you’d expect in a hotel room. I was immediately getting a bad feeling, and after just a literal minute inside, I decided it wasn’t worth staying. I did not inspect past the first few steps inside. I went back to the front desk and was offered a different room on the front side of the building. When I drove over, there was police presence potentially watching two people on the second floor, and a large dog was barking aggressively from the room next to the one I was supposed to stay in. I left and decided to make the drive back home even though I was exhausted from spending the day at the amusement park. A coworker who came with me stayed behind but ended up leaving after her son found bugs in their bathroom a few hours later. Between the lack of safety, poor room condition, and overall uncomfortable environment, I wouldn’t recommend this motel to anyone. Definitely not the kind of experience I expect when booking through Expedia.

The area was congested and run down, but had a lot of fast food.

Our check in was easy and the clerk was very friendly. The rooms have recently been renovated with laminate flooring and updated furniture. Our room was clean but still had the "motel smell". The bed was super comfy. There were only 2 negatives. Our smoke detector was missing. The wires were there but the actual detector was gone. Also, my ultimate dream would be that motels would hire professional painters during renovations. Paint was all over the shower and floor.

Convenient off I95 with several eateries within walking distance. But property older. Debris left behind bathroom door looked to be sawdust left by work done there.

Hotel is close to a lot of dining options. I was able to park and see my car from my room. King bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly. However, my fridge in the room was not cold and my tv was fuzzy.

We stayed two nights. There were 5 or 6 dead bugs on the floor in various areas in our room. Our beds were not made the second day, no fresh towels the second day and our room smelled like a dirty dog. We were very disappointed. Staff was friendly. We are not fans of powdered creamer so that was a little disappointment at the coffee station in the lobby when we checked out.
