Hilton Garden Inn Rochester Downtown, MN

The mattress was old and felt like a hill in the center. The pillows were horrible. I could have slept without them. No cushion and worn out. The staff at checkin was rude and not accomodating. Further, they refused to honor my honors program because i did not book directly with them. Finally, i did not like my room because it was handicap designed and they told me that is what i ordered, take it or leave it. I did not order that type of room. I Will Never Stay there again.

Nice place. Not great. Not bad either. Could use some minor maintenance & upkeep throughout. Connected to the skyway. Pool and hot tub are smaller but decent. Decent value. Pillows were uncomfortable. Bed ok(ish). Room decent. Staff was friendly.

No. The fruit was soggy not fresh. The muffin was dry and the bagel was hard and dry. Even with the cream cheese the bagel was awful. I wouldn’t stay there again. Disappointed.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They did offer valet parking (for a fee) which was great. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. They did offer a breakfast which was not complimentary. Prices were a little high for the food quality. Food was ok, your basic hotel breakfast. Would be nice if they had offered a free quick breakfast and charged for the hot food only. The location was great and very close to lots of great restaurants.
