Cool property with nice rooftop bar and a short walk to many restaurants and live music venues. Clean and modern with a friendly staff. Unfortunately just a block away from the busiest fire station in the city. Sleep was interrupted several times after midnight by sirens from ambulance and fire trucks.

Everything was quite nice. It’s located in a nice part of downtown Chattanooga. The hotel was modern with a cozy feel. The only complaint would be that the fitted sheet didn’t quite fit the mattress correctly and came off a time or two. But overall the room was clean, and the employees were nice and helpful.

This hotel is quite disappointing. Their rooftop hosts bands and weekend parties. Sounds fun until you’re a guest trying to get rest. At 9pm I had to relocate to a different room as I had original booked booked a large corner room and the band upstairs sounded like it was right next to me. There were multiple guests who I spoke to with the same experience. Management of course denied it was their rooftop that caused the ruckus, yet in the lobby rooftop guests were getting wristbands and telling others of the rooftop band. Furthermore when I asked for a refund they stated they could not as I booked through hotels.com. If they really wanted to correct the issue they could have reached out to hotels.com as a courtesy for my experience. The manager was less than impressive. All I got was a “complimentary breakfast” and no acknowledgment of my poor experience. This “4 star” hotel that charges $500+ a night is a huge disappointment for the money spent. In the staffs defense the valet, restaurant and bar staff was very courteous and lovely to deal with. Don’t stay at this hotel if you want quality rest especially with kids!

Nice hotel with great amenities such as the rooftop swimming pool, exercise room, coffee bar and cafe style restaurant. However, the room could have been cleaner. Long hair in the vanity area of bathroom and pretzels found on the sofa and on floor under drapes. Expected room to be cleaner when paying $300.00 a night.

This was one of my best hotel stays in a long time the front desk Haylee was incredible. The valet service Giovanni was perfect they really took care of my car. The restaurant food was great but the service from Audrey was impeccable.
