It is an historical property which is really cool, especially if you read up on it. The kitchen was very well appointed with all the appliances (new): 3 different coffee makers (drip, pod, press), gas stove, and an air fryer! If you like it dark at night to sleep, bring some eye covers. It was in a perfect location and was within walking distance of just about everything we needed (food, drink, shopping, and the Mushroom Festival activities).

This was my 3rd trip to telluride in 3 years and I absolutely loved my stay at this location. The only complaint I have is there is no hot water for showers. There is a sign posted in the bathroom that states there is enough hot water for 2 showers but night one there was no hot water and night 2 we had 5 min of warm water. Other than that, this place was perfect for our visit.

Awesome location! Can walk pretty much anywhere in Telluride within 10 minutes (tons of restaurants, groceries, night life, shopping, and gondola all easily within walking distance). Very well decorated. Room has pretty much everything you would need to live comfortably for a week. Room can get hot during the summer (due to no AC) so would suggest bringing a fan.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We visited during ski season and it's a quick walk to the gondola. Great restaurants and shopping just a 2 minute walk away.
