Pool not even open

There were no soap or shampoo or conditioner. All the ice makers were broken. There were no working coffee are. You really need step it up and make better. I would never stay there again.

room was clean and in a good location, the refrigerator was missing from the room, the tv was damaged and the pool was not open, but it was not expensive

The lock on the back door was gone, so anyone could get into the building. The water in the indoor pool was not warm. In the evening, the one ice machine for the entire building ran out of ice.

The room smelled like mold in every area. The Air Conditioner ran but it was very humid the entire night. Unable to watch Netflix on the TV. No shampoo or conditioner provided. Pool was not open.

Very clean, when we walked in the front door to check in, I smelled bleach. When we walked into our pet friendly room, I smelled bleach, all good things, which tells me they are disinfecting! Our room, especially for being pet friendly was super clean, zero issues with that, which is HUGE. The worker let us keep the pool open an hour extra so all the kids could enjoy the pool, which was also awesome. They have vending machines with actual food, cold items, ice cream, lots of options without having to leave hotel. The only thing I wished they would have had was soap, shampoo and breakfast. Otherwise, great little stop for a great price.

The room was clean - nice vinyl plank flooring, very modern/updated, with a microwave and fridge, easily accessible from I-80. That said, the pillows were the flattest I've ever seen in a hotel, there was no drain stopper for the bathtub/shower, and the bathroom sink light/mirror was on the fritz like a strobelight. There was no coffeemaker or blowdryer in the room. The rest of the hotel was in disrepair - chipped paint on the walls and handrails, no working ice maker to be found, no elevator, and weird guards on the stair treads. The courtyard to the pool was full of weeds. This made for an unpleasant experience, and not worth the $105.

That it was vlose to Adventureland Park. But the outside doors didnt have the key reader locks they were removed. All hallways smelt like marijuana. parking lot was dirty and people in vehicles trying to get you to buy things out of their vehicles.

this place was very scary. My room smelled like cigarette smoke. The outside door had not lock on it. Just a hole where the lock should of been. Men sleeping on the outside steps. police were present. I didn't feel safe.

During our stay we noticed mold in vent of our rooms air conditioner. We take this very serious as our son has respratory issues. Also noticed our sheets were stained and dirty. The room had no towels in it when we checked in, we used the pool the next day and no towels were in it.

There was mold smell all throughout the room, no toiletries, the one pillow was soaked in a yellow stain. Garbage by the door as soon as you walk in. Drugged up people by the door and a receptionist who could care less about her job. ZERO STARS

Where do I even start…beds were comfortable, pillows were flat wafers, floors were clean vinyl flooring so that part was good. Very poor lighting, some lights didn’t work, the vanity light around the mirror above sink didn’t work so very little light to do your hair and makeup etc…that just plain sucked. The bathroom was old but clean. The safety latch inside the door was broke so really didn’t give and extra security when locking door besides deadbolt. The AC worked fine BUT the vent fins were covered in black mold on the front of the thing…that was very concerning. The window didn’t have any screens and barely opened. Outside areas are very run down, damaged walls, damaged AC units, brickwork, no mowing or landscaping of any kind…lots of weeds everywhere. The courtyard in the middle of complex had zero yard maintenance landscaping it was all overgrown weeds and a rundown seating area. The pool was closed not sure why but didn’t look like it was in very good condition. The check in was very difficult to u understand because they have thick glass around the front desk with just a small opening at the counter to hear through and the workers are foreign so I couldn’t understand them very well at all…their check in takes a long time and they had lines of people waiting to check in, it was unreal. We were there for Race weekend and so were alot of other people. So with all that said I will say the room did feel clean so I guess that’s the most important part.

Floors were sticky in the room. Room was very humid and ac barely kept it cool. Public areas inside ( hallways and entrances) were not clean and did not seem to be very secure.

They were still cleaning rooms at check in time. Some people had to come back at a later time. There was used feminine products in the parking lot. Chipped, missing, dirty tiles in the main hall. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Check in was super easy and friendly. Room appreared clean however lack of lighting options was strange. One light by the door and night stands. However no overhead light in the main space. When we returned from dinner and went to go to bed, there was a clear brown stain ans smudge on the fitted sheet. I went up front and asked for assistance. They sent a staff member down to check with a flat sheet, and then told me his uber was waiting and he come back and change the sheet. He left Went back up front and asked for a fotted sheet, woman at the front desk didnt want to touch the sheet, had me put the soiled sheet in the laundry room. She did give me a fitted sheet and asked me to wait till the guy came back. Granted it was 9 and we just spent 9 hrs at Adventureland so my eyes were not waiting for him to return with his grocceries from walmart. Changed my own sheets at a hotel, new experience for me. We go to Adventureland for my husband's work event. We have always stayed at the Best Western, will make sure we reserve our room in time next year. Will not return, only hotel i ever been to that made NO attempt at a breakfast. You can buy a Jimmy Dean egg bowl out of the vending machine.

The lady that checked me in was very nice. Very accommodating, but when I went to my first room. The light in the bathroom didn't even work. Then I went to a different room after letting her know. The second room smelt like mildew and had black mold in the air conditioning vent. So then I told her I needed a different one. Went to another room to check it. A smelt like mildew again, black mold in the vent of the air conditioner as well and I do have pictures. Finally, when we got to the fourth room, the lights at least most of them worked one around the bed didn't work and the 1 outside of the bathroom where the sink was didn't work. To continue my evening my remote stop working in the middle of my stay and the toilet stop working properly.

The room always felt humid and clothes felt damp. Uncomfortable pillows & bed. Very sticky floors due to humidity? Staff were so so. Wouldn't stay again.

The rooms have been updated, but the overall place is run down. The lobby is just a desk behind glass and a row of vending machines. Beds were really uncomfortable.

There was no light over the sink…. No mirrors in the room…. And the a/c didn’t take the humidity out… everything felt damp in the room!!

Simple and clean. Comfy bed. No problem with early check in. Hardish to get to and noisy by interstate but it didn’t cost alot

Manager knocked on my door at midnight told me I had to vacate cuz I didn't pay I tried to show him my itinerary number that I paid he took me down to the office called me a liar told me to get out and then found out the girl who checked me in didn't do it properly on the computer I had to ask him to apologize

Made the reservation last minute. Staff got me a room downstairs near the rear exit. Was very helpful and friendly.

As has been my prior experience at this location. Everything was fine, staff was nice as usual. The only complaint I had was at check in, the room was not ready, I had to wait about 20 minutes so they could hurry up and get a room ready. This has happened to me before at this specific location.

Yes there is stuff near by great staff and it was nice and cool in there

The parking lout was not the greatest. You have to go through the truck stop to get to the hotel. But we did not have any problems

Overall decent place to rest and relax. Many nearby options for most anything you want to do, the area is not really walking friendly however. The staff is always friendly.

It was a good stay for the night, right off the interstate. Safe but looks a little creepy with the truck parking behind. Good price for the night though.

Older Motel Six showing signs of neglect. Plumbing installation poorly done, caulk and paint sloppy, no tissues in room and none at front desk. Courtyard full of weeds. Beds ok and room had big fridge and microwave. Newer TVs. Truck stop next door, so be advised.

The motel is close to everything, not really walking friendly though. The interstate is right there, so some noise issues.

Checked in, a few minutes early, front desk staff member was friendly and helpful with dining recommendations. Hallway reeks of weed, room smelled clean. Left for dinner and a concert, came back and overpowering Marijuana odor from the front door to the room, including in the room too.

There is no pool, hasn’t been since Covid which was mildly deceiving when booking. No coffee or shampoo/conditioner. This is a bare bones motel but it was clean and front desk lady friendly.

i'm disapointed that this place can charge a competitive rate but do not offer even a small breakfast and most of the time no coffee is availlable. however, the staff is very friendly and this motel is convenient to the truck stop. the rooms are beautiful and always clean .

If you need a reasonably comfortable bed, a sink, toilet and shower all near the interstate for less than a C note, this is as good a place as any. No dining on site, but a few choices within a half mile (and shares a parking lot with a truck stop). Friendly staff.

It is fine for a clean place to rest your head and clean up for the night. The staff was friendly and check in was smooth. It was close by to lots of dining options and things to do if thats what you are looking for. The parking lot could definitely use some work. I was just looking for a place to sleep, relax for the night, and clean up before hitting the road again. If you are traveling, and this is not your pleasure destination, this should hit the marks.
