Very outdated. Expected better even for a “budget” hotel at $120/night. Smells extremely musty. Pretty sure there was mold on the ceiling. Beds are terrible. We had a late check-in only to find we had no hot water and the shower didn’t work, so we had to repack all of our belongs and move to another room. Would not use that pool.

Room is dirty and several items broken. No smoking room smells absolutely disgusting and like cigarrete smoke, bed sheets have stains and sand. Bed is uncomfortable and noisy. Bathroom fan doesn’t work and is falling off the ceiling. Bath tub is stained and peeling. Terrible experience!

Everything is super dirty, the beds full of mold, the terrible smell we had to change rooms and you cannot cancel for politics if you do not agree with the service because they penalize you, leaving 100% of your money is not worth it, I do not recommend it.

Hotels.com you should be ashamed of yourself for even having this location on your site. I did not stay in this dump. When I saw the place I was like maybe it’s not so bad in the room trust me I was wrong the MOLD ON THE BED WAS A KILLER I WAS LOOKING FOR BED BUGS BUT THE MOLD HAD ME RUNNING OUT THE ROOM. Check in went well, both staff friendly but very hard to hear through the speaker as it was after 9PM. Bed was very uncomfortable, stains on walls, mirror and doors. Multiple spiders in the room as well. Smelled as though the room had been closed up for a while.

Beds were not comfortable at all. The guy at ihop decided to power wash things for a couple hours at midnight, waking me up and keeping me up. Room just didn't feel very comfortable, no refrigerator or a good place to plug in my phone, only available outlet was by the bathroom sink. We did not sleep well the 2 nights we were here.

The hotel room was clean and cozy. Ms. Amanda gave us a service above expectations! She was sensitive to our needs to provide us with plenty fresh towels daily. The shower was so nice and powerful to massage your body. We also enjoyed safe and free parking. Ms. Amanda deserves a recognition and a promotion to be able to have a repeated customers and raise your revenue! Florida was welcoming to us. Our vacation was joyful

Disgusting rooms, run down, took 30 minutes to check in with noone in lobby, charged $50/room, i booked 4 for my employees, had to return for my deposit, gave a refund reciept, but actually charged $200 again! Had to dispute woth bank, be very weary of this scam!

Guy at check in was rude. I asked for a first floor room and he complained that I should have requested that when I made the reservation. He said it would be completely booked and I could have it load and crazy or quiet upstairs. It was not close to booked and not noisy at all. He also took a $50 dollar deposit and only gave $15 back. Our account was mysteriously missing $400 the next morning. Still figuring out what happened there Credit card co. looking into it.

Walls, bathroom, and ac unit was just gross and clearly had never been wiped down before we arrived. Asked to switch rooms and they told us we couldn’t because nothing was available. Ended up just driving to another hotel down the road.

This is definitely a great simple hotel for a pitstop. We only needed a cheaper alternative from noisy airport hotels ($$) and an excuse to visit the area around the airport for a long stop over before a cruise. Late check-in worked great!

Absolutely awful. Floors crunched as we walked in, wrapper on floor in bathroom, tile black in places on tub. The only good thing I can say is they refunded our money when we left without staying. When I asked about the man lurking under the stairs, she asked "was he in a wheelchair". Does that mean there are others???? Travelocity should NOT offer this place as an option for anyone.

Just had a pleasant stay in Cocoa with the Budget as the base. Our room had obviously been updated quite recently, the walls were freshly painted, and the flooring was nice and hygienic tiles (not the carpets mentioned in earlier reviews). Lots of hot water for the shower, and the traditional amenities. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. IHOP as a neighbour made a fine and easy breakfast opportunity. The location is fine for visiting Kennedy Space Center. And not least, the price is very competitive. Really, if you want to be treated with luxury, you have chosen the wrong accommodation. If you, however, like the two of us want to see a bit of this world before having to cope with the next one, this is not a bad choice.

The location is fine for visiting Kennedy Space Center. And not least, the price is very competitive. Really, if you want to be treated with luxury, you have chosen the wrong accommodation. If you, however, like the two of us want to see a bit of this world before having to cope with the next one, this is not a bad choice.

This was easily one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. The room was absolutely filthy. The sheets had hair all over them and did not look clean, so we had to ask the staff to change them. We also found bugs in the bed and stains on the bedding that appeared to be feces. I cannot understand how a room could be considered ready for guests in that condition. The floor was just as bad. My girlfriend wore socks because she did not want to walk barefoot, and after only about five minutes the bottoms were black from the dirt. We also found what appeared to be vomit splattered on one wall and another large, unidentified stain on a different wall. I have attached photos because they show just how nasty the room really was. This was not simply an older or inexpensive hotel with a few minor issues. The room felt dirty and unsanitary. Yes, it was very cheap, and I guess this is a case of getting what you pay for, but even a budget hotel should meet basic cleanliness standards. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone—unless I hated them. I also have no idea how this place has received 10/10 reviews. There is no way those guests stayed in anything resembling the room we were given. Avoid this place. Saving a few dollars is not worth staying somewhere this filthy.
