Terrible la habitación súper sucia las sábanas sucias manchadas de sangre las almohadas sucias el olor la humedad en los cuartos muy mal el hotel .

LA LIMPIEZA NO ES NADA BUENA MEDIO BARREN, NO HACEN LAS CAMAS COMO DEBE SER. Y NO TIENEN LUGAR DONDE GUARDAR LA ROPA, ES DECIR NO HAY CAJONES, NO RESURTEN NI CAFE NI JABON TODOS LOS DIAS, TIENES QUE PEDIRLOS

Paredes sucias. Baños sucios. Microondas sucio

The first and second room that that gave us were smoke filled and nasty. After the second room change we requested a refund and were told to contact Hotels.com for our refund. We told them we couldn’t stay in the smoky rooms and decided to drive back to Cochran,Ga, 3 1/2 hours away. If we don’t receive our refund we will not be using/staying with Hotels.com or Quality Inn again.

The bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the sink, like a man had shaved over it. The toilet seat had brown smudge marks. The walls and doors had visible dirt and handprints. I didn't report it to the front desk because there were men outside in the parking lot yelling. It was an awful experience and I didn't sleep all night because the air conditioning was not working well.
