La struttura ben gestita, ristrutturata di recente. Camera nella struttura principale era bella, letto spaziale, bagno comodo. La piscina principale é nuova, non é grande, ma sufficiente. La seconda piscina con acqua più bassa richiede una ristrutturazione. Il bar migliorabile, ci sono 2 menu: all-inclusive e a pagamento. Esempio Mojito é solo a pagamento. La ristorazione degna di 5 stelle. Carne fatta al fuoco vivo ogni giorno a pranzo, snack e crepes a tutte le ore. Lo chef veramente bravo e di cuore, per 3 giorni ha cucinato per il mio figlio il menù speciale a causa di un malessere. Le ragazze alla reception sono TOP, attenzione a ogni richiesta. Avendo visto altre strutture di pari livello, posso dire che la qualità di questa struttura supera il prezzo richiesto.

Die Anlage ist neu und sehr schön gestaltet. Für den Preis bietet das Hotel ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Pool ist toll, die gesamte Anlage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war freundlich und angenehm. Auch der Padel-Platz hat uns sehr gefallen und der Spaziergang am Meer war wunderschön. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, nach 23:00 Uhr noch kleine Snacks wie Chips oder Glace/Eis anzubieten. Negativ war leider, dass beide Zimmer stark aus dem WC- bzw. Duschabfluss gerochen haben. Eines der Zimmer hatte zudem generell einen unangenehmen Geruch, was das Hygienegefühl etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Die Reinigung könnte gründlicher sein – insbesondere in den Ecken und auf den Ablagen wurde eher oberflächlich geputzt. Die Kopfkissen waren für uns leider eine Katastrophe: viel zu luftig und ohne Halt, wodurch wir Nackenschmerzen bekamen.

As a family traveling with our child and staying in many beautiful five-star hotels around the world, we can honestly say that this hotel has everything you could ask for. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the food and cocktails are delicious, and every member of the staff very friendly and kind. What impressed us the most is that the all-inclusive experience is clearly created with genuine care rather than as an afterthought. There is an incredible variety of food and drinks, ensuring everyone can find something they enjoy. During the day, they even bake fresh doughnuts by the pool bar and prepare delicious pancakes on the spot for anyone with a sweet tooth. The cleanliness and overall comfort are exceptional, and every detail reflects the hotel’s commitment to quality. We left with wonderful memories and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality holiday. We will definitely be back!

Everything is OK

Die Anlage insgesamt toll, allerdings strandmäßig nicht gerade das Beste- sehr eng und steinig. In der Umgebung bei anderen Hotels besser. Allinclusive sehr gut. Die Pools super, leider nur 18 Grad. Family Zimmer mit toller Aussicht- leider fehlt dort ein Schreibtisch.
