Holiday Inn Express Rochelle by IHG

Everything was excellent except for the fact that your website states the pet fee is $25 and when we got there, the pet fee was $100 per night, but the graciousness of the manager honored the price that was on your website so we were only charged $25 plus tax for the pet fee. The breakfast was excellent. The pool was chilly for me so I didn’t use it but I think other people would’ve adapted just fine. The lady who took care of the breakfast was a ray of sunshine, cheerful, kind, and kept everything well stocked the front desk. Staff was great as well overall a very nice hotel to stay at conveniently located right off of the freeway with several restaurants nearby as well as gas stations.

Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast had an array of choices. The lady who was working in the breakfast area was on top of everything! She stayed busy, kept things filled and kept the area clean.

Comfortable beds. Clean room. Just a wonderful experience.

Stayed for 1 night due to winter storm. Front staff was nice and friendly. Room was nice and breakfast was good.
