Attractive facility at a reasonable price. Pool had a film on walls. Fitness room had pile of dead bugs. Room toilet had not been cleaned and stain on bed skirt. AC was on super low string and got carpet wet

The check-in was from a script, rambled like she didn't want to be there. I was told there would be house keeping service during my stay but I could request towels and linens if needed. The elevator was broken. House keeping did show up which I was not expecting and then waited for them to finish whole I walked around the neighborhood. The power went out on all the outlets the last night and my phone wasn't charging. So glad my alarm still went off to get up in time for my flight. The area is nice but you have wouldn't think of it based on the hotel.

At check in the lady was super friendly. "Pool is open till 11p and reopens at 7am, continental breakfast and bostro opens at 630a. Enjoy your stay!" If only. My son was discharged from the hospital that day and all the kid wanted to do was swim. The pool was about 1.5ft below the normal fill, i had assumed with the lady telling us the pool hours that they were just filling it. Nah. The next morning, the pool was practically drained and completely unusable. Breakfast? A flippin joke. Bistro wasnt even open, continental breakfast apparently means tiny boxes of cereal and donuts with coffee that tasted days old. With the pool completely unusable without notice and the below average breakfast that was promosed, I ended up spending an extra $200 on our trip that I really didnt have. I had to seek out other entertainment with the pool closed and find another place for breakfast. Highly disappointed, hotel has become unresponosve with expedia for a partial refund. I dont recommend at all!!

The only thing going for this hotel was the pleasant nature of all of the employees! When we initially checked in, the staff member was having problems getting the computer system to work. Upon check into our room, there were stains all over the bathroom floor. I’m not sure if it was lack of cleaning or if they were permanent stains on the floor? Additionally, our room door would not latch closed. When we notified the front desk of this, they said there were no maintenance personnel on site for the evening. They promptly moved us to a new room. This room was adequate. part of the reason for our stay was to allow our kids to play in the pool. We only live 10 minutes from the hotel. The heater in the pool was also broken, so the pool was ice cold. My kids could not enjoy the pool because of this. lastly, there had been a large amount of snow in our area over the weekend. The parking lot was not at all plowed, nor was the walkway shoveled. This was pretty surprising as I assume this is a safety risk for customers entering and exiting the building. The dining amenities on the TV were also not up-to-date, a couple of the restaurants in the area that were listed had actually closed a while ago. Upon check out, we were not even asked how our stay was. Long story short, we do not plan to go back.

Hotel served the purpose to sleep and close to everything else but that’s it. Pool was out of service, floors had crumbs everywhere, bedding for the pullout couch smelled so had to get new, toilet ran all night, guy who checked in basically was like a robot checking us in telling me what he couldn’t do. I would never stay here again.

Hello I booked my stay over 4 months ago. It was for a wedding. I booked a double queen for two nights. There were 2 adults and 2 children. The adults were not a couple. When we arrived, we were shown to a King bed room. I just thought it was a mistake, after all I booked it so long ago. I went downstairs and the person on duty said that the room I was in was the room I was assigned. Evidently between the time I booked my room and my stay, a girls hockey tournament was planned. I was told that the hotel was overbooked and I had to no choice but to accept it. I was informed I could speak to a manger the next day. So the next day I cleared some time to go an speak to a manager and was told it was because I used a 3rd party to book by stay. WHAT???? I received no heads up prior and no notification that I was not going to receive what I booked, and there was nothing on any of the documentation I had prior that my choices could not be honored. Your GM's solution, credit $25.00 to my room. WHAT???? for having to share a bed with another adult and a toddler? On top of all this, there was only one (1) luggage cart for the whole hotel and the pool was so cold that even the kids would not get into it. I was given a room on the third floor and then the elevator broke. The hotel did not even communicate any information regarding the one and only elevator nor that one of the two staircases was blocked and could not be used. (fire hazard? ya think). The staff were friendly and welcoming. That was the best part of the stay. The location of the room was terrible. It was surrounded by condos and located right off the freeway. The hotel was dirty and I continually got whiffs of weed during my stay which made it very difficult for me to relax. The beds were stained, my bathroom door was broken and would not lock. The tv was very small. The pool water looked very cloudy. I truly expected more from a Marriott hotel.

I first found a long black hair on the sink, but I'm pretty forgiving about this stuff. It happens. Then I found another long black hair on the nightstand. At this point I'm not thrilled. Definitely not my own hair as I have short, lighter hair. Then I stepped in a PUDDLE on the carpet at the end of one of the beds. At first I couldn't believe it, so I checked the spot again thinking it couldn't possibly be an unknown liquid...and now my foot is soaked. The rest of the floor was filthy. I didn't get into my room til 1am and just wanted to unwind from a long day, and I'm not the type of person who "demands" or even requests a new room over this type of stuff...so as gross as it was, I let it go, but couldn't wait to leave. When I did leave in the morning, I found ANOTHER long black hair caked to my shorts. Breakfast wasn't complimentary. WiFi was super spotty. I can easily let one or two of these things go, especially if this were a budget hotel, but wow...so many disappointing and gross things really racked up for such a short stay.

Really nice place. 2 minor issues....water pressure in shower was low and bolt on toliet seat broke. Otherwise very clean. Great price. Nice location. Will stay again when in the area visiting daughter.

The room was filthy. Used bar of soap on the shower. Pillow cases inside. That tells me they didn’t change. They just flipped them. Conditioner bootle didn’t even give a dime size. Which tells me they didn’t replace. One bar of soap ? Shower yes. . Never again !

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Marriott this dirty in my life. I’m surprised management hasn’t done anything. The rooms and carpets weren’t even vacuumed (there was hair still on the floor from whoever was there prior), AC unit was FILLED with dust and dirt so I couldn’t even turn it on, the window screen has massive holes in it so I couldn’t open up the window unless I wanted to get eaten by bugs, the room was never made even if asked, when asked for extra towels they were put on the FLOOR in the hallway by the door (honestly this was beyond surprising), I could go on. The service was dismissive and strange to be honest, no hospitality what so ever. I have a family member who lives near by and next time we visit them we will never ever stay here again. I suggest you don’t either.

Definitely not my own hair as I have short, lighter hair. Then I stepped in a PUDDLE on the carpet at the end of one of the beds. At first I couldn't believe it, so I checked the spot again thinking it couldn't possibly be an unknown liquid...and now my foot is soaked. The rest of the floor was filthy. I didn't get into my room til 1am and just wanted to unwind from a long day, and I'm not the type of person who "demands" or even requests a new room over this type of stuff...so as gross as it was, I let it go, but couldn't wait to leave. When I did leave in the morning, I found ANOTHER long black hair caked to my shorts. Breakfast wasn't complimentary. WiFi was super spotty. I can easily let one or two of these things go, especially if this were a budget hotel, but wow...so many disappointing and gross things really racked up for such a short stay.

First room we had TV didnt work, Fred at reception had a look couldnt fix it and offered us another room, this guy from check in to departure was first class. Rooms are pretty tired looking decoration wise including the bathroom / shower. Place overall is clean and tidy. Value for money on the whole i guess so.

Staff very friendly. But.... Many issues: Bathroom had no place to hang or put clothing- not even a hook to hang clothing to shower. There was no shelf to put items in the bathroom or shower area to add your own soap or shampoo. Lighting was terrible in the rooms: few lamps and no overhead lighting. No extra seating just to sit other than the bed and one desk chair Had to go down to the desk to ask for more towels a second day even though on our way out in the morning we asked to have fresh towels delivered to our room. If this was a true Marriott property: very disappointed.

As we sat visiting with friends in the lounge area, two staff members got into a yelling fight, swearing at one another. It was very unprofessional. Also, the internet did not work, it would connect but show there were no open networks.

When we checked in the gentleman at the front desk asked if we would like our room cleaned each day. We replied yes and thanked him for this. When we returned on the next day the room had not been touched. So, the next morning as we were leaving, we told the people at the front desk, and they assured us that it would be taken care of. Upon return that day the room had indeed been properly attended to. When we returned the next day the room had not been touched. I spoke with the gentleman behind the desk and he said that they were moving slowly but would get to it -They did not. The next day the gentleman at the front desk told me that we were on the list for cleaning that day and it would absolutely get taken care of. It did not. We informed the gentleman as we were checking out that he was the one that had asked us if we would like our room cleaned each day and that it had only happened one day and that was due to our continual reminders and inquiries. We also had an issue with the shower door. As we were taking a shower each day the shower door would slowly walk back open on its own - nearly 2 feet. We told them of that, and they said that they would have maintenance fix it. That happened each day and was finally fixed on the last day of our stay. Although the front desk appeared to be friendly and helpful the actions did not imply that they cared about these issues. The attitude was almost just "sorry there is nothing we can do". By far the most disappointing Marriott.

After the first hotel I made a reservation at called and stated tyey had no rooms I was a little frazzled. We get to the Courtyard and front desk worker, Fred is amazing. He talks to us as we check-in, asks about our visit to The Reptirium after we get back from that, gets my son blankets for the sofa bed. All around amazing man. Super friendly and im glad hes the face of the 5pm check-in.

Stayed 7 nights. Never had any housekeeping come. We threw away our own trash from baskets. 7 nights without new linens or towels The hand soap at sink was so thin that it immediately broke and parts washed down drain The GFI electric sockets at sink were broken and would not reset Begged for new towels. “We ran out” were the words from front desk. Given 6 hand towels for the 2 of us to shower Given pool towels (blue stripe) next day as “we ran out” Came back yesterday at 430pm. My sister had died The Starbucks/restaurant was dark. Asked at desk what’s up We were told there was a funeral the next day and restaurant was closed until further notice. I have NOT had such poor service even in lesser hotel/motels. Will not be coming back to Marriott any time soon

The staff were friendly and welcoming. That was the best part of the stay. The location of the room was terrible. It was surrounded by condos and located right off the freeway. The hotel was dirty and I continually got whiffs of weed during my stay which made it very difficult for me to relax. The beds were stained, my bathroom door was broken and would not lock. The tv was very small. The pool water looked very cloudy. I truly expected more from a Marriott hotel.

We were playing nearby for a tournament, was looking forward to feeding kids before we left. Was told breakfast would be ready at 6:30 when we checked in the night before. We went downstairs at 7:15 and the breakfast was not set up. This was on a Saturday morning.

Everything was fantastic about the room and the stay. The only complaint is with the restaurant. They only had one young man working and the work was way too much for one person. I ordered breakfast and waited 45 minutes before giving up and requesting a refund due to lack of time. The restaurant was a terrible experience. The hotel should hire more staff or close the restaurant.

Hotel was centrally located and 2 miles from Lakeside Mall. My hotels.com website reservation indicated breakfast was included but be advised Marriott Hotel does not provide free breakfast. Check-in and Check-out was easy and very quick.

I was disappointed first that I set an alarm to be up at 6:30 for breakfast from the Bistro and it wasn’t opened. I sat there at the bar / counter for about 10/15 minutes before asking the receptionist if it was going to open but he informed me they weren’t but he could make coffee. I’m pregnant so I was just looking to get oatmeal / fruit & berries. My room looked to be clean but there was a dirty washcloth in the shower / dried up on the soap bar.

Front desk staff were constantly scrolling their personal phones rather than being present at the actual desk. There was no breakfast because no one “showed up” and the front desk clerk was SLEEPING and I had to wake him up just to check out so my guest and I could go out for breakfast. And this is a MARRIOTT property?? This is why I don’t stay at The Red Roof Inn!!
