I don\'t like to leave negative reviews, but I chose this hotel mostly because I\'ve used Extended Stays before and had pleasant experiences. There was paper taped on the main entrance door lock. I was on the first floor and had to use a stairwell, which had an emergency exit that was usually left open, where anyone off the street could gain entry. As a female travelling alone, I was very uncomfortable in the environment. The "Continental" breakfast was very limited. The room smelled very bad, and the carpet and bath towels were gross.

The Main issue was location of my room to laundry facility. I was kept awake all night due to sound of washing machines and slamming of access door. The hotel is fine...the room stayed in #216 should be sound buffered or removed from rotation.

First of all, it has no elevators and it’s 3 floors. We booked two queen beds and got two full. We got 4 pillows that were very flat to share with 3 adults and was told they didn’t have anymore pillows. The phone in the room did not work so we could not call the front desk easily, the room was set up to where you could not see the TV from either beds which made no difference because the TV did not work anyway. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom so we had to buy some, nor no pop machines so we had to go back out for drinks. This place is a roof over your head, nothing more, nothing less. We will not be staying there again tonight.

To do Vou Lamp Test Class Fabricator Talk to Amex Passport Renew There is no lift and no trolly. If you have heavy luggage or multiple luggage, it is painful. The crockery supplied to me was extremely dirty. In morning when I wanted to use, I noticed it and went to front desk. The new lady Jessica helped much, she cleaned herself even. Soap was not available for clothe wash even on payment. I reached early to hotel and was asked to wait until room gets cleaned. They didn’t inform till 3 PM around even room got cleaned before. They didn’t allow late checkout and said extra fees I have to pay per hour and that too they don’t know how much. When I agreed to pay with staying 2 hours more, they allowed but good thing, it got waived off.

The interior of the hotel is in very poor condition. The stove looks so old I was afraid to try I as were the cabinets. Crumbling baseboards, leaking shower. Carping was frayed and the room smelled like smoke. I am amazed Extended Stay would put their name to this building. If you are disabled, forget it. No infastructure for a wheelchair or elevator that I could see.

Very disappointed in this "extended stay" hotel with its "full kitchen". There was a wonky looking stove with rusted, uneven burners, but NO pots, pans, dishes, mugs, flatware, nothing. There was a little sign saying those items were available at the front desk, but this place has no elevator and I was on the 3rd floor. didn't feel like lugging a full kitchen up 3 flights of stairs. There was no ice machine, no coffee in the room. Only one coat hanger in the closet. I will not be staying here again.

cons: no elevator. extended stay - i'm bringing in lots of stuff, all had to be carried up 2 flights of stairs (and back down on departure!). Floors were filthy; my barefeet were black after walking around. Toilet in first room overflowed raw sewage onto floor. second room, ok, but flushed slowly. kitchen worked fine; ask for utensils, etc at desk, although selection very slim, so bring your own. Pro: A/C, wifi, bed all met expectations. nice that wifi didn't shut off each day, but stayed connected. nice big fridge/freezer. service - staff was polite, moved us to new room after toilet fiasco. however, acted as if dirty floors were out of their control. noticed sign at desk w "no tissue" as i checked out. Who runs out of toilet paper?!! (aside from hurricanes and covid in 2020)

Hall smelled of urine, "free" breakfast not available, had to ask for toilet paper, nothing (dishes, pots, silverware, trash can) in kitchen, laundry room dirty, toilet didn't flush correctly, hall carpet dirty, furniture dusty. BUT....all staff were helpful, good hot water, comfortable bed, quiet room, good wifi, some updates in room: walls painted, bathtub upgraded, bathroom faucet new, nice neighborhood.

Rooms were recently remodeled and in good clean shape. The common areas of the hotel still need work though. It’s noisy and all of the common areas usually have a faint marijuana smell and that can be annoying. Also alot of random sketchy foot traffic all over the parking lot for some reason.

Judging from the reviews I was very hesitant about reserving a room here. We got a studio suite which included the kitchen and while it was no frills, it was not bad. The room was decent and clean. Only complaint was the strong smell of stale smoke in our room. It didn’t get any easier as the night went on. But all in all, a lot better than I expected.

Front desk staff good. BUT: room dirty. Sheets/bed clean. Bedside table: sticky glass ring, kitchen table w food gunk on it, floor w lots of debris. Air conditioner didn’t work, garbage bags in hall for 3 days. Don’t mind simple. Dirty is a big problem. Asked front desk to clean floor/counters, never did it. Yuck.

This hotel should not be renting rooms!! They don’t have housekeeping staff. This was the dirtiest room I have ever been in! The walls were dirty, the door, the furniture had sticky spills that were never cleaned up. The bathroom was dirty - sink and toilet had not been cleaned. A check was missing from the tub. There was a whole section of carpet missing. The table is sagging in the middle. This was atrocious! Fortunately, the staff were very nice. I felt bad for them.

We booked a room that looked nothing like the photo. It was dingy and smelly and did not feel safe. We booked a non-smoking room but the entire building smelled like an ash tray. We went to the room, turned around and walked out. Trying to get our money back from Expedia, but no one is responding to me.

Rooms were disgusting. Sheets were filthy, looks as though it wasn't really cleaned... French fry left in the microwave and someone's used bar of soap in the shower. 100% would never recommend to ever stay in an extended stay ever again.

This is concerning room 313. First things first. The stains on the "clean" sheets were disconcerting. The random holes in the door and walls were not as problematic, just strange that none of them were repaired before booking guests. The Air conditioner worked well enough, however the screaming emanating from the unit was horrendous. We had to turn the machine off during the night to get a peaceful sleep. The staff was friendly, so that was thankfully the best part of the stay at your hotel. Aesthetically, it felt as if we time traveled to the 70s, but again, not something that could have ruined the trip. If my family and i do end returning to the area, this hotel would not be off the list of places to stay, just near the bottom of it.

I did not enjoy the stay. I checked in later at night. The lobby smelled of weed. The carpet in my room was ripped and duct tapped back together. The 2 queen beds were facing each other instead of side by side. I did not have a pleasant stay.

It's clear that the employees show up at this property, but management or ownership DO NOT! This hotel is in rough shape inside. It smells like stale smoke in the hallway - the room smelled like fried food and cat urine. After spraying the room and opening the window - we stayed our one (pre-paid) night. The chairs in the room were disgusting to even look at, we covered them with towels to actually sit on. The bed was clearly bought in bulk, cheaply and was extremely uncomfortable - as if all the springs were worn out.

The property is what it is - an extended stay domicile for folks on a tight budget that need a basic, clean, reasonably quiet pied a terre. The property was pretty clean and fairly quiet. It's dated, but everything works and nothing's broken or tatty. Our room was 2 queen beds in a slightly divided layout with a full kitchen and work/eating area. The kitchen had sufficient appliances and it was advertised that any utensils, pans, dishware were available if needed. If you're planning to cook, bring your own stuff. The place is good enough that one shouldn't write it off.

The kitchen had sufficient appliances and it was advertised that any utensils, pans, dishware were available if needed. Hall smelled of urine, "free" breakfast not available, had to ask for toilet paper, nothing (dishes, pots, silverware, trash can) in kitchen, laundry room dirty, toilet didn't flush correctly, hall carpet dirty, furniture dusty. BUT....all staff were helpful, good hot water, comfortable bed, quiet room, good wifi, some updates in room: walls painted, bathtub upgraded, bathroom faucet new, nice neighborhood.

Not even ice cube trays in the freezer? They might have mentioned there were no kitchen items when I checked in. I couldn't call down to ask, because my phone didn't work. I told them and two days later it still didn't work.

We left an Extended Stay a few blocks away due to cockroaches. Due to the need of a kitchen for a child with dietary needs, we booked a room at another Extended stay for the use of a kitchen. When we went to ask for the kitchen amenities at the front desk, we were told they had nothing at all - no dishes, no cutlery, pots, pans - simply nothing to use to be able to make or eat food. The whole reason for staying there was for the kitchen. I have called 7 times to request a refund. No one is willing to address this issue. The management is failing its' customers.

Front desk staff good. BUT: room dirty. Sheets/bed clean. Bedside table: sticky glass ring, kitchen table w food gunk on it, floor w lots of debris. Air conditioner didn’t work, garbage bags in hall for 3 days. Don’t mind simple. Dirty is a big problem. Asked front desk to clean floor/counters, never did it. Yuck.

To do Vou Lamp Test Class Fabricator Talk to Amex Passport Renew There is no lift and no trolly. If you have heavy luggage or multiple luggage, it is painful. The crockery supplied to me was extremely dirty. In morning when I wanted to use, I noticed it and went to front desk. The new lady Jessica helped much, she cleaned herself even. Soap was not available for clothe wash even on payment. I reached early to hotel and was asked to wait until room gets cleaned. They didn’t inform till 3 PM around even room got cleaned before. They didn’t allow late checkout and said extra fees I have to pay per hour and that too they don’t know how much. When I walked in the lobby, the first thing I smelled was marijuana Check in took about 30 minutes. Room hadn’t been clean before I went in, door card wouldn’t work, had to get it re-coded. No shower curtain. Staff was very friendly but hotel was run down. I was planning on staying next month but have decided to book someplace else.

I don\'t like to leave negative reviews, but I chose this hotel mostly because I\'ve used Extended Stays before and had pleasant experiences. There was paper taped on the main entrance door lock. I was on the first floor and had to use a stairwell, which had an emergency exit that was usually left open, where anyone off the street could gain entry. As a female travelling alone, I was very uncomfortable in the environment. The "Continental" breakfast was very limited. The room smelled very bad, and the carpet and bath towels were gross.

Rooms were recently remodeled and in good clean shape. The common areas of the hotel still need work though. It’s noisy and all of the common areas usually have a faint marijuana smell and that can be annoying. Also alot of random sketchy foot traffic all over the parking lot for some reason.

Other than a domestic violence situation going on in the lobby that escalated, it felt like a homeless shelter. With the price, not sure what I expected. Toilet handle didnt work (had to manipulate the flush), tv didnt work and my window was wide open when i walked in. Beds were clean and comfortable. Simple I guess you could say.

We booked a room that looked nothing like the photo. It was dingy and smelly and did not feel safe. We booked a non-smoking room but the entire building smelled like an ash tray. We went to the room, turned around and walked out. Trying to get our money back from Expedia, but no one is responding to me.

We only stayed one night but it was a great stay. We got a room that had a little kitchen area too. It was all great the only downfall was there was no kitchen stuff. No bowls, plates, no cups, forks and ect. No big deal we mad due.

There were no trash bags in the only trashcan provided in room. We were told there would be muffins for breakfast when we checked in but no muffins were available. No hand soap in bathroom to wash hands so we had to use shampoo. Tried to get trash bags 3xs no one was at desk. Very clean room as I am a housekeeper at a hospital. Bed was top hard.

Very disappointed in this "extended stay" hotel with its "full kitchen". There was a wonky looking stove with rusted, uneven burners, but NO pots, pans, dishes, mugs, flatware, nothing. There was a little sign saying those items were available at the front desk, but this place has no elevator and I was on the 3rd floor. didn't feel like lugging a full kitchen up 3 flights of stairs. There was no ice machine, no coffee in the room. Only one coat hanger in the closet. I will not be staying here again.

cons: no elevator. extended stay - i'm bringing in lots of stuff, all had to be carried up 2 flights of stairs (and back down on departure!). Floors were filthy; my barefeet were black after walking around. Toilet in first room overflowed raw sewage onto floor. second room, ok, but flushed slowly. kitchen worked fine; ask for utensils, etc at desk, although selection very slim, so bring your own. Pro: A/C, wifi, bed all met expectations. nice that wifi didn't shut off each day, but stayed connected. nice big fridge/freezer. service - staff was polite, moved us to new room after toilet fiasco. however, acted as if dirty floors were out of their control. noticed sign at desk w "no tissue" as i checked out. Who runs out of toilet paper?!! (aside from hurricanes and covid in 2020)

Decently clean room, we were at first told they didn't have bottles of shampoo that they kept for showers and then less then 5 minutes later an employee knocked on the door and gave us a few so that a little confusing. The staff were pretty nice, just seemed a little confused

The hotel itself was very visibly dirty. There is also a lot of damage to the property that needs repaired. The room itself had trash on the floor, in the fridge, and under the cabinets. The bathroom was not clean and there were large stains on the linen. When calling the front desk for assistance, no one answered and none of our calls were returned. When going to the desk seeking assistance often times there was no attendant or there was an attendant, but they had a small baby they were watching. So that made it difficult for that specific staff member to fulfill their duties. This property is not at all worth the price. If you have the option of another stay, please choose accordingly.

i would have rated this hotel excellent except for the gun shots outside our room in the middle of the night. we could not tell if they came from outside in parking lot or closer. But there was no one running in halls yelling so im guessing outside. its in a good neighborhood and i guess they cant control all the people outside. we had a clean room nice staff, and excellent parking. i didn't like that there was always a man sitting on the steps at the door we had to go around, but make be he was keeping certain people out

But there was no one running in halls yelling so im guessing outside. its in a good neighborhood and i guess they cant control all the people outside. we had a clean room nice staff, and excellent parking. i didn't like that there was always a man sitting on the steps at the door we had to go around, but make be he was keeping certain people out
