Location was clean, we used the pool also and it was very clean. The front office does towel exchange and no room cleaning. The bad thing was you must exchange towels before 8pm and when I tried at 3pm they were out at that time.

We had a rental car, so the location worked out perfectly for us! Our room was just the right size, and having a microwave and fridge was very convenient. The pool area was wonderful and well-maintained, we went swimming every day and really enjoyed it! Another big plus was the laundry facilities, which were very handy during our stay.

Stay for 4 days there. The location was good, It was convenient to go anywhere with the fwy right at the corner. Receptionist at the counter was good and friendly. Except there was no towels, no coffee maker, fridge, microwave & hair blow dryer in the room😑. Plus no service clean inside the room if you stay more than a night. You meed to pickup your dirty towels to exchanged the clean ones at the office yourself in the next day🙃😅

Everything was excellent, and we will be back. I gave 4 stars for one reason: there was no fridge, microwave, or coffee maker. A small fridge + a small microwave + a regular coffee maker are about $500. If you add $5 to the price, you get your money back in only 100 nights and it makes all the difference in the world. One last thing, there was no shampoo or conditioner. These are really cents, not even one dollar and you'd have saved us a trip to buy them.

Room 132, reeked of mildew. Mold on bathroom, paint bubbles and some missing paint on ceiling. Took photos. Bed was lumpy and so not comfortable. I advised the clrek in morning when I checked out. I only stayed because I was very tired. Many years ago this was a very nice Motel 6. I stayed on 5/29, the room was fine.

The room was dirty with hairs on bed and the floor was also dirty the phone was not on and the front desk lady was not friendly. I complained the hairs on bed and ask to changed the bedding but she answered me “we don’t usually changed the bedding after used and if you’re not satisfied you can find another place to stay. How rude”

DISGUSTING! First had to switch rooms because the sink wouldn’t drain and smelt like cigarettes (which it was a handicap no smoking room). Moved rooms no problem, to find our second room which had bugs crawling around the bathroom shower/floor, next to the bed was dead bugs all over. If it wasn’t too late of a check in definitely would have found another hotel!

I booked this hotel because it had lots of 5 star reviews. My experience did not match what these reviews were saying. Our hotel room was dated and dirty. The floors were gross, the toilet was not clean, the furniture was missing chunks and was dingy and old, there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, crusty stuff on the walls and it smelled like cigarettes. To top it off at 3am a random man was banging on our door trying to get into our room. You can hear the freeway very loud all throughout the night. This is not a hotel that deserves 5 stars. I’m pretty disappointed.

Yikes, I hope we weren't ingesting mold spores. I'm not above staying places that are not the best per se. Very rarely do I ever have to leave a negative review. A room smelled like it had mold had been wiped down and repainted. The air conditioning unit made the room muggy and sticky. We actually had to check for bed bugs because everything else seems so questionable. We noticed that it had a mattress cover, and that was good enough for us. Because we were exhausted; so far wee're not itchy, LOL The room had three curtains.Two of the panels were knockoff blackout curtains; the third panel, the center panel was like a thin sheet. We could hear the neighbors next door channel surfing;tose are some pretty thin walls. We normally have a decent experience with this hotel chain, but wow, this one could use some improvement.

The first room was so bad with broken floors. The second room was good, but no lock to the bathroom. The shower was so small, not comfortable to shower at all. Coffee is only in the morning. Less towels and need to come to front desk for towels, very inconvenient.

So when I checked in the receptionist was extremely rude (checked in around 11 pm) then told me I didn’t have a reservation…. Turns out they had already checked my room in. Don’t know why. Lobby smelled like urine. They don’t have any amenities what’s so ever. And most of the staff is not personable. My niece went down to get something and when she was taking too long I went down. She was already coming out of the lobby when I heard the receptionist call her a brat. Do not recommend

The check-in process was very nice - I think a manager helped us and she was great! She was very friendly and communicated well. Once we got to our room though, we discovered a stray stick-on eyelash and random hairs throughout the towels. I went down to the office to do a towel exchange (thankfully it was before 8:00 PM because they won’t do it after that). Same lady was very apologetic and gave us extra towels for the kids to have as well. The rest of the stay was fine. Another note - We booked a room with two queen beds, but were given a room with two full beds. I didn’t mention anything because we were able to make it work and I didn’t want to move after getting set-in. Lastly, after checking out, I called and asked for an emailed receipt. Whoever took the call said she would send it, but I never got it (I checked spam to be sure). Overall, it was a below average stay.

Huge THANK YOU to all the staff at Motel6 and specifically Laura at front office….You made our stay very warm and welcoming🙏nit to mention with 2 cats💕 This is one of the FEW places that accept pets no questions asked whatsoever👌so, if your pets are part of the family like ours, it makes any hotel stay so much better and easier all around! We will def stay here again without a doubt, especially when staff members like Laura are as kind and understanding as she was in a very difficult time in our lives.. thank you again Motel6!❤️

Stay for 4 days there. The location was good, It was convenient to go anywhere with the fwy right at the corner. Receptionist at the counter was good and friendly. Except there was no towels, no coffee maker, fridge, microwave & hair blow dryer in the room😑. Plus no service clean inside the room if you stay more than a night. You meed to pickup your dirty towels to exchanged the clean ones at the office yourself in the next day🙃😅

Only stayed a night, wouldn't consider staying longer but would stay again for a 1-nighter. Literally right off the freeway exit and entrance so it has very easy fwy access. No pest problems as I've encountered at other Motel 6s. Room didn't smell bad nor have any odors. AC worked perfectly. Didn't use shower but it did look very worn out. Parking is free but they will ask for your vehicle information including license plates and give you a slip to place inside.

Liked a lot: Bedding and towels were immaculate. Room was clean. Quiet at night. But paid for bare bones, got bare bones. Had to find a store to buy shampoo. No coffee on premises; had to go to Jack in the Box up the street. Wished there was somewhere close by to buy some groceries, but just J in B or McD. Had to go to the office four times in three days because my key card stopped working.

Nice and close to the freeway. Overall clean. Quiet. Plenty of parking even at night. Lots of bright light outside making us feel safe in the parking lot at night. Chose this place because it is inexpensive and pets are free. I just wished they provided shampoo and conditioner aside from soap.

I took a taxi to this hotel , but they won't check me in because I came 1:39 min early,when I asked if I could leave my bags till the check time, they said no. Terrible management

II received my Degree in Hotel management in 1982. If you can stay elsewhere, do it! 1) despite being charged a $20 early check in fee, 11:00AM according to the policy, I was denied check in until 1:30pm. The room rate was higher because of the availability of a pool...2) despite the high temperatures this past week, the pool was out of order at least or 3-4 days. 3) the property was a mess with garbage everywhere. 4) the Handicapped Room bathroom flooded - extra floor towels were not available. The shower drain was loose - a hazard. 5) despite having turned in my used towels for replacements a few times, and replacements promised, they were none available for 4 days. 6) the bathroom had only one horizontal surfaces - the back of the toilet. The shelf over the sink was slanted & dislodged from the wall, as was the sink. 7) the TV went out. 8) no housekeeping. 9) there was no fridge for my insulin - I wasn't notified. 10) the bed was lumpy and VERY uncomfortable.
