A fuir!!! Nous n’avons pas eu la chambre pour laquelle nous avions payé puis j’ai eu le droit à un discours très long pour m’expliquer qu’il était interdit de fumer et lorsque nous avons ouvert la porte de la chambre, elle puait la cigarette ( une odeur affreuse et nous avons un bébé de 20 mois). Le sol est collant, la literie est vieille et il y avait un trou dans le matelas, les oreillers sont tout plats, les meubles sont abîmés, la douche est tachée et il n’y a aucune insonorisation ! Ne réservez surtout pas dans cet hôtel !

I reserved and paid for a room with a queen bed. The pictures show the rooms having mini fridge and microwave. The room they put me in had a double bed, no fridge, no microwave, the AC didn't work (on a hot Aug day), and it was dirty. There's only one ice machine for the whole place and it was broken. When I called the front desk to get moved to a room with a queen bed and working AC, I was told "all the rooms have that size bed", which is obviously a lie. Front desk staff was rude and completely unhelpful. The owner/management never responded to Hotels.com customer service (who also wasn't terribly helpful) reaching out multiple times, so I was unable to receive a refund. Ended up checking out after 2 hours because the room was too hot and we couldn't comfortably fit in a double bed. I don't expect much from a Motel 6, but this is ridiculous!! And I'm just out the cost of a hotel room because apparently Hotels.com doesn't have any protection protocol in place for a customer paying for a bed size or amenities that they didn't get if the owner doesn't agree to a refund. Flat out false advising and terrible customer service.
