Embassy Suites by Hilton Huntsville

I loved my experience at Embassy Suites. The room was pristine, the staff friendly and helpful. Would have preferred the bar be open later. I was there for a concert at Mars Music Hall and the bar and restaurant were closed after the show. Otherwise, great night and will be looking forward to another opportunity to stay there.

For it to be sold out, the hotel was surprisingly clean and well maintained. The staff stayed professional, helpful, and attentive despite how busy everything was. They even offered two complimentary drinks, which was a nice touch. The location was also very convenient for attending events, and honestly that’s what won me over the most. Free breakfast was a plus too.

Indoor pool was filthy, disgusting, and the floor around it is porcelain tile. It some hasn’t broken their neck yet, I would be entirely shocked. Breakfast was wonderful, elevators are fast and efficient, beds were lux.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

They need a faster way to pay for snacks & drinks rather than standing in line with people checking in.
