I had to go and buy towels since the towels were dirty. There was a dirty towel hanging back of the bathroom door. Also there were roaches, could use the pool it was nasty. The web site should have stated that the pool not useable.

It was decent. Few issues were broken toilet paper holder, shower curtain stayed on the outside of the shower so all the water dumped on the floor, no hair dryer, and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Good things were a speedy check in, close parking, housekeepers were very nice, right off the highway, and plenty of restaurants that are in the area.

All I can say is that I will never stay there again! I couldn’t even use the restroom because the toilet was overflowing and the phone in the room didn’t work, the pool was green as grass. The room smelled like grass and. It just totally sucked

Somone doing concrete restoration outside my door at 11PM. Phone and microwave did not work. No breakfast, as advertised. Ice maker was broken. I stayed 3 nights and the housekeeper never came. Bugs in room. Pool closed. Had to make multiple requests to get an extra pillow. Trash and tools strewn all over property. Dog poop in the driveway.

Stayed here during Milton hurricane. Very run down, very. Bugs everywhere. Served a purpose. Needs a major overhaul, major. If they're not going to improve rooms and property lower prices to reflect rooms , like $25 a night.

Stayed for three days and two nights. Great price for what my wife and I needed. We barely were in the room. The room was spacious, bed was clean, and bathroom was fine. Staff was non-existent and the front desk receptionist did everything, from needing more TP, to needing another towel. And no one ever came to clean the room the entire stay. Card keys stopped working both evenings we returned. Bottom line, I never write reviews but i needed to write this one, because seeing roaches will always freak me out.

I got two rooms for the night one of them we ended up having to move to another room because the second floor was leaking water somewhere and it was coming through the ceiling and the room just smelled like it wasn’t clean and just didn’t look clean at all the bathrooms were nasty. Had no choice but to stay to night1, cancelled the other 2. Woke to find shower/sink area loaded with roaches. The shower/tub/surround was disgusting, looked like a 6 yr old did the caulking, which is to say that I'm sure the ceiling on the unit below showed significant signs of the leaking. Shower head connection leaked so badly it was spraying everywhere but shower. Graffiti on wall in closet. Entry door seal so bad that cold air (40 deg that night) and light flowed in & bugs or mice could easily pass. Since I left at 4 am to go to speedway I called in morning to complain and the person(Duane) couldn't have been more disinterested - as later evidenced when I showed next evening to see about another room the desk attendant (Bill) said there were no notes about my call. He also showed little regard for the situation but did offer another room, which was in equally poor condition was a connecting room minus the door handle (likely broken off, not intentionally removed). I declined. If this was Bobs motel on broadway where rent by the hour was the usual trade I could at least comprehend the condition, but it wasn't - and I couldn't. I also suspect that many of the rooms are likely being rented on week to week basis to those who may not be in position to come up with F/L/S. My recommendation is to stay very far away from this establishment.

When I arrived to check in I was advised that the hotel was completely booked and the room that I’d paid for was unavailable. The hotel front desk attendant stated I would have to contact Hotels.com to resolve the matter as the hotel had been completely booked for days and should’ve never shown as available. Due to the most recent hurricane, all area hotels were booked. My daughter and I were unable to find another hotel to stay in and had to sleep in our vehicle in a rest stop parking lot. This had been a very disappointing experience to say the least.

This place is not suitable for anyone. I wouldn't stay for free. The only good thing was the receptionist that tried to help us as much as he could, however there wasn't much to be done. We stayed tree hours just waiting to get reimbursed by Expedia. As soon as we got the reimbursement we left.

Room was found to be dirty. For nearly $200 a night you would expect for the floor to be at least clean. There are marks on the walls. Questionable people hanging around outside the property.

We stayed here to ride out a hurricane. Property was clean and quiet. Bathrooms need to be updated. They do not serve breakfast anymore. Overall the stay was good considering the circumstances.

Could use a little touch up here and there but overall it is clean,no breakfast only a cup of coffee,thats a little bitter.

Somone doing concrete restoration outside my door at 11PM. Phone and microwave did not work. No breakfast, as advertised. Ice maker was broken. I stayed 3 nights and the housekeeper never came. Bugs in room. Pool closed. Had to make multiple requests to get an extra pillow. Trash and tools strewn all over property. Dog poop in the driveway.

Arrived and was given a key to a room that was already occupied. Then was given another room the door know broke and door lock didn't work only the safety lock. Refrigerator lamp were dirty and ice bucket had unknown red substance it. We checked in at 230 am so was too tired to do anything. The next morning the desk clerk apologized and advised the mamsger would be in in a few hours. Called back several hours and manager still was not in. Was advised it would be better to email

When I arrived, even though I had a reservation - person at front desk told me they were sold out and couldn’t help me. Her indifference was really disappointing. It was midnight and I had been driving for 10 hours. I slept in my car. I am grateful I am safe but super disappointed in the situation and how it was handled.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The overhead light above the sink was missing a lightbulb. The air conditioning worked well until I took a shower. It never seemed to cool the room down afterward, and the bathroom fan either wasn't there or didn't work. The MOST concerning issue I had was the sliding door lock. It wasn't attached well and looked as if someone had physically forced it open in the past. One screw barely held it against the wall, and the other screw was almost out - and I could never get it any tighter.
