One way in and one way out plus a gate the property is very secure

Super Inn had me feeling safe knowing there was security on property, security Duane was on it and made feel secure, observing how he questioned everyone comimg on to the property.

Had a good time the staff was very nice and helpful and friendly. The pool was nice....and it gave me peace of mind having security around

There is only one way in one way out and has a gate n a gate code so it's very secure they are very professional the staff and security n really strive for their tenants to have a good safe u bothered stay

I like the fact that there is usually 24/7 security and they are approachable. It’s nice to know that just anyone can’t easily walk up in to the premises.

The bedspread and sheets had cigarette burns and the bathroom door looked broken. The pool is out of service. Otherwise not bad for a low budget motel

I stayed two nights here one after the other, but different rooms because the expectation/wording about the booking via Expedia. I needed late night accommodations and thought I booked for the night/morning, but it ended up being later in the day and into the next evening. Anyway, the last minute room I got was much less clean/safe (broken door lock), but the second night via expedia, the room was SUPER clean and with a MUCH better bed & bathroom/interior. Same price. Also, the gate / front Security there was on point. Thank you.

We were looking for a hotel/motel close to the VA and reading the reviews of Super Inn Tucson it seemed just the place to go. First, I could not understand how this place could get such good reviews when we arrived and entered our room. We reserved a nonsmoking room. This one reeked of cigarettes and we were given another room, same here reeking like an ashtray. Since it was late we decided to just deal with it. While moving our suite cases into the room, walking back to the reception etc. there was the constant smell of marijuana smoke, no matter where I went. Room was filthy, dirty floor, noisy bed, lumpy pillows and TV did not come with a remote control. Receptionist told me one would be brought to our room. Never saw that remote. This by far was the worst motel we have ever stayed in. I felt like we were in an encampment with shady people, no wonder the great review. I will not ever return that's for sure. Btw the photo of the nice pool, that pool is algae green and we were told it hasn't been cleaned nor opened in months. Disgusting place, even poor people like the ones staying there deserve better. Total falls advertisement. We did not feel save to stay here.

Room 105 is infested with cockroaches. We checked in after 3 pm. Found the cockroaches at 1:15 am and immediately left.

The room smelled strongly of "bathroom." A mix of harsh chemicals and a general, musty odor. The TV remote wasn't paired with the TV. TV was exclusively local reception with fuzz on every channel. The bed looked clean on first impression, but after a check under the sheets there was black spots all over the seams. That's a sign of bedbugs.

Been here a few times and it’s infested with bed bugs I’ve been moved numerous times and it’s all over the place. Only place I could afford at the time.

I needed a safe and comfortable place to rest and shower for a few nights while getting things worked out for a longer stay or leaving. I reserved a room without paying online since I had cash but when I arrived there was no rooms left supposedly except for the same size for more money. The AC and TV were broken. The sheets were filthy and dingy with blood stains, the bathroom looked like it was not cleaned In months with caked on dirt in the shower, stains in the toilet, gnats coming from the sink drain, and my feet were black from the floor which appeared to have not been swept or mopped. I was hot, tired, stressed out from recent events in my life, and all I wanted to do was get a good night's rest and get cleaned up and ready to search for work the next day. That did not happen. I know we get what we pay for but this was ridiculous. It's better outside than in the room they rented me on this visit.

It was horrible, no towels, cockroaches and rude staff i paid 75$ and didnt have towels hand soap or clean rooms no shower curtain!

So many things broken in the room, no cable, was not given wi-fi password. I had to ask for towels. There was a single very thin blanket. AC did not work. There was a dirty sock under the sink. The room reeked of smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Pillows should have been trashed 5 years ago. Dead bolt did not latch.

They gave us key cards that didn't work. Then, when we got to our room it hadn't been cleaned. There was water all over the bathroom floor and fresh human body fluids all over the bed. We ended up asking for a new room. The second room had a broken TV, a bathroom door that can't close, and no lock on the front door. They also have roaches. They lied about what time we were supposed to check out. The reservation said 11:00, but at 10:30 one of the office staff came and banged on our door to make us vacate. Absolutely terrible stay from start to finish.

A lot of activity outside, dogs barking. loud talking. got quiet bout 3am.

My room was completely stripped down. There wasn't a fridge, microwave, chair, shower curtain, trash can, towels, tv remote, telephone, or alarm clock. It had a bed, tv pn the wall, and small table, that's it

Not all doors have safety locks. Rooms with broken windows and missing screens. Internet access is severely limited.

Room was very sparsely appointed, no table or place to sit other than on the bed. Walls are thin, could hear neighbors and other guests at all hours. Room also initially had no trash can or toilet paper (which were rectified following trip to main desk). Gated parking area seemed unnecessary and inconvenient.

No towels, no blankets, TV did not work, no fridge or microwave, no toiletries, no table, no chairs, bed not comfortable, loud neighbors. What's there to like?

I spent a night here a few years ago and wasn't impressed. I just needed a place to sleep and was attracted by the low price and decent reviews. I thought maybe it had improved. If anything, it's worse: Full-time security guard wandering around, policing the sketchy guests. Security gate for the parking lot. When I entered my room there was no furniture! Just a bed, bathroom, and wall TV. When I asked, they said that was normal. At that point I demanded and received a full refund. I stayed at a nice hotel a mile away for $20 more.

I didnt even get to stay, they had given my room away when i went ro check in, there was nothing sent to me stating i had to check inby 730 or they give your room up

Horrible customer service, manager open my door luckily the latch wasnt on he would if seen me naked VERY UNCOMFORTABLE

I booked and payed online but problems started from the moment I checked in the staff was unprofessional made me and 2 others wait to be helped while she was on a personal call when she was finally ready to help me she asked for the confirmation number but my phone had died moments before and I was not allowed to carve it anywhere there so had to go buy a car charger to charge then once in 1st room there was no bathroom door no shower curtain a hole in the shower floor and when I tried to go complain I had to climb out the window because the door was stuck so bad I couldn't open it it took me 2 times going to the office 2 get a new room the 2nd room had no air conditioning and the door did not lock no remote for the TV not that it mattered the TV did not work so got a 3rd room after 3 more trips complaining the first 2 told they would send security to fix it but they didn't come maybe because there security is a joke some gang banging looking prick with a god complex then because some homeless junkie went into one of the first rooms and got caught they said we gave them the key so around midnight they kicked us out and when I went to office and heard the story I pointed out we still had the only key they ever gave us that they had reprogrammed the same key ever room change so how could we have give anyone a key they ignored that so I asked for them to check the cameras they refused and had security escort us off property not to mention place was filthy every where

No one there to give me a room. I had to find another hotel and lost my money paid.

It was like home always welcomed by a very helpful and beautiful lady in the front desk....😘😘 That's what was the best part and the very clean rooms

I did not like the fact that the pest exterminator showed up without warning and that he fumigated with us in the room!

The Front Desk Receptionist was extremely rude. No matter what Just chose to be ugly & rude and no manager on duty.

Security was chill! Front desk girls were all nice and helpful. The manager was very polite and understanding. Love the Super Inn!

Cold AC, Convenient location with lots of dining options and shopping such as walmart and costco, easy access to freeway, safe property monitored by security guard making frequent walks around property

Fine for the one night stay buy area is very sketchy and feels unsafe.

Its a perfect place to stay if you need a quick inexpensive place to stay. Some people did ask my husband if he wanted to buy crack there as well. So it wasn't the safest environment. He was very upset about that. A little scary.

Bad neighborhood, inattentive staff, items left in room from previous guests, no working exhaust fan for bathroom no working smoke detectors, unsafe conditions in the parking lot, very little hot water, no wash cloths, only 2 towels, shower curtain broken the entire place is deplorable swimming pool water was green and unkept

rooms in poor condition, no towels in room, old bed, but bathroom look new, had to go thru lock gate every time you departed and returned, would not leave anything in auto. Not a nice area.

Location was ill maintained and unsafe.

It's conveniently located by the only 2 freeways in Tucson
