Hampton Inn Huntsville-Arsenal/South Pkway

We’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn in Huntsville, Alabama every time we travel to Huntsville, and we always enjoy our stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff has always been friendly and welcoming. We’re always pleased with our experience here. The only issue we had during this trip was that housekeeping didn’t come by to refresh the room. We travel with a baby, so we tend to go through more towels and have more trash than most guests. Other than that, we had another great stay and will definitely continue staying here when we visit Huntsville.

Breakfast was mediocre.

The staff helped me get my reservation corrected. I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds, but when I arrived, the desk staff said Hotels.com had booked a handicapped room with a single bed. I was very tired and a little grumpy, but the desk staff took care of me and got me the room I needed.

We stayed at this Hampton Inn because we were in town for a family funeral, and it was close to the church. It was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good and included omelette, bacon, potatoes, oatmeal, waffle-making, and a few baked items. Our only complaint was the strongly perfumed hallway, which we wondered if that might be to ward off any possible unpleasant smell from being dog-friendly. We would stay there again.
