Our original rooms were horrid. Burns in the sheets - the ones without burns were dirty. I reported these issues to the front desk. He was courteous and attempted to contact the cleaning crew. After no response, he moved us to two other rooms that were much cleaner and the rest of our stay was good. The pool is not open as of this date.

I wasn't crazy about the parking lot, but otherwise was satisfied with my stay. The room was clean, the area was quiet. Not complaints and would stay again.

It looks on until the lights go out. First as soon as my husband went to get ice. The machine was broke. On his way back while i was imposing the car a man and woman pulled up and offered sex. Then as i turned in lights the next morning i was met with roaches

First off the pool was closed due to it being dirty. This is the only reason I booked this hotel is because of the pool. There were roaches in the room. The bed covering had cigarette holes in them. The microwave didn't work. The appliances in the room tub, faucet, sink and toilet were all very worn and outdated. When we turned on the faucet water came out so fast and got you wet. We had a two night stay and got locked out when we went out the room the 1st day.I was disappointed with the condition of the room overall.

Worst experience I ever had staying at any hotel. For starters, the sheets had old very visible stains, everything is dusty, you walk on the floor and within 2 minutes your feet will be pitch black, if you turn on the sink, its like a pressure washer, and the shower headbis held together by duck tape. There isnt complimentary breakfast like avertised, everything is there from tables/chairs, fridge, microwave and even the machines for juices just no food. The pool is closed, when asked why, they said its because we are cleaning it...watched them remove the steps...our stay was Saturday thru monday and didnt start "cleaning" the pool till monday 2 hours before our check out time due to others visiter complaining as well. Used a card to book room through here, had $100 deposit which I paid with cash, which was completely fine. Had family that booked a diffrent room here for the same days...she also booked through here, however she used her card to make the deposit, they said she should receive it back 3-5 business days which we understand, however on sunday ( day before our check out) they tried to charge her card another $159 which we didnt authorize. Housekeeping came and cleaned while we was out which was fine, the didnt replace our towels, only took them. Front desk had a attitude because we asked for more. Basically, this hotel is shabby, pathetic, rude, lazy, nasty and they try to steal from you. I DONT RECOMMEND! There is reviews on google, I'd check into that too.

I booked a king room well in advance of my trip. When I arrived they told me they had me in a room with a double bed. I told them I booked a king, then they said all they had available was a queen. When we got to the room it was not a queen but they said that’s all they had. The “continental breakfast” consisted of toast, bagels, and watered down apple juice, that’s it! The room was filthy. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice.

The only I did like was that it had smoking rooms, but everything else was run down, dirty, roaches and noisy. The rooms were dark the microwave was dirty and the refrigerator was dirty, no clock in the room either.

We have stayed at a lot of different Econo Lodges, all have been pretty nice. The guy at the desk was nice. The bed was comfortable, however, I would not stay at this location again. Hair in the sheets and towels, walls & doors are badly stained, toilet was wobbly, broken dresser drawers ect... Fortunately for them, we just needed to sleep and shower, otherwise we would have found somewhere else to stay. had we needed a "nice" place to stay and enjoy? This location was NOT it. Disappointed.

It was in fair condition. Floors could be moped. A few roaches.

This hotel wasn’t as described and had hard beds and roachs all over the ceiling and bathroom floor. This was very uncomfortable for me and my family but after driving 13 plus hours to drop my daughter off at college this was the only option

Roaches, roaches, and roaches. Heavy mildew in the bathroom. So bad I had to relocate to different hotel. You are not getting the room in the advertised pictures. Don’t waste your money here

I'd give zero stars if I could. The clerk was nice enough, but the check in process took over 20 minutes even with a reservation. He also informed me he can't authorize or issue a refund even as a result of bug infestations and the best he could do was put me in another room. I don’t know about you, but if I find bugs in my room, I won’t be staying in ANY room at that facility.

Sheets were stained and burned up from it being a smoking room, spider in the bathroom tub & seen about 3 roaches was to discussed to even eat my dinner! Staff was rude my mother ask for sugar for coffee they responded with they didn’t have any other then in the utensils kit pack so she asked for several because not only is the sugar in the kit I could use the utensils and processed to say we can give them out several at a time when I didn’t understand that when there for guest use ?!?! Overall I wouldn’t recommend!

They touted free breakfast, however, it was very limited: three kinds of cereal (corn flakes, raisin bran, & oatmeal) 2% milk in a caraffe, plain yogurt, small blueberry muffins, bread for toast (smart balance butter substitute and jelly packets), plain bagels with plain cream cheese, I saw 2 tangerines and 2 bruised apples. Coffee with pump flavors of cream and various sweeteners. No hot items. No eggs. No bacon or sausage. No pancakes. Nothing impressive or even average in the way of food. The room door was damaged. The remote for the tv had no cover for the batteries (however it did work). No TV guide. There was a terrible chemical odor in the bathroom (smelled like the chemicals used in port-a-potties). Required $100 deposit on top of the room fee (supposed to be returned in a week or so). The only positive I can think of: Staff on the front desk and maids seemed friendly and nice. However, I could not recommend this place to anyone.

Room was fairly clean, door stuck every time you closed it, you had to shove it with your shoulder to open it every time. Front desk personnel slow a lack knowledge of simple request, I.e. Do not disturb hang tag.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The reviews and pictures online are LYING! No working tv, no hot water, exposed wires, gross bathroom, unclean mattress cover (pee stained), my sons room was infested with roaches and it looks like blood on the outer stairs and walkway. DO NOT STAY HERE! Staff was nowhere to be found when we got there. The only plus is that we were only there for 1 night.

Requested downstairs with handicap room with 2 beds, they never notified me in advance they didnt have one..room walls/door was dirty, beer left in fridge, bed sheets was dirty, ac button broken, front desk didnt seem concerned about me with walking upstairs with cane, or possibly falling in shower, outlet near iron was not covered (wires exposed) Plug near bed would not hold phone charger It was a very bad experience..

First room smell like cigarettes and had cigarette burns all over the bed sheets. Second room tv remote did not work had to get fixed. Loud guest up and below drinking. Toilet lose and shakes.

We had to pay a $100 deposit which was not advertised on the site. The bed was hard and tilted towards the head of the bed. For an updated look there were no usb ports for our electronics. There was no substance to the pillows. You put your head on them and they go flat. And they only gave us one room key. The desk rep wasnt very personable. He was very blunt and had little customer service appeal.

My TV kept searching off and on for 2 days asked for it to be fixed if possible. No help asked to be moved to another room since all the other rooms TV's were working fine was told their were no rooms open when half the place was vacant . I was very patient for 21/2days but on the third day it went to searching form 1pm til I went and asked to be moved at 11pm still no help trying to fix the situation so I turned it off watched my phone and checked out the next morning. Very poor customer service

They messed up my reservation gave me a room that was already booked. They did give me another room. The maid was still cleaning it upon arrival. There was a few cockroaches. In the room there was coffee but no sugar no creamer. There was only a few spoke English and the breakfast was basically lacked coffee they only had decaf. No milk. Oh and also the door you had to slam because it was broken or off the hinges or something. The bed was lumpy and sank in certain spots. I was very disappointed 😢 with the hotel. I was going to get a drink before leaving the hotel and the lady ignored me so I left. I will not be staying there again.

Went to the front desk and was given a stained bath towel but no others. Staff was friendly and helpful when asked.

When I checked in at 2 something the lady was very rude and no where on the online booking did they say there is a 100 charge for if u take something r tare up the place.i tried to explain to her where does it say online bout the charge she she didn't know n I could leave but will not get a refund.And on top of that she charged $120 instead of the $100. on the other hand the Hispanic lady In morning was very nice n apologized for the other one at check in

Forgot about the security deposit. Also, the desk clerk was a little inattentive.

Everything was decent and worked well. Initially, the remote needed programming but was fixed the next day. Our stay was comfortable and we would return when in Huntsville..

When my door lock didn’t work they gave me a new room with no problem very nice staff

My recent stay at Econo Lodge Huntsville, AL was OK until the front desk wanted a $100 deposit once we arrived, even though we paid in full on the hotels.com app, (the fact that they needed a deposit was not listed in the hotel requirements).Lady at front desk said she would only charge 50 but then charged the card for 100 anyway. Also, I reserved a standard King, non-smoking and the front desk put us in a double smoking... burn holes on bedding, coffee bags in sealed containers were molded, customer service was terrible. Would not recommend staying there.

It wasn't a problem for me, but it wasn't mentioned in the Expedia description. The property itself needs renovation. The bathroom door had a hole in it, the towel rack was pulled partially away from the wall, and the TV remote was taped together. One final negative. The breakfast was pitiful. Cereal, bagels, small muffins and coffee. I had a cup of coffee then went to McDonald's.

Typical budget motel quality, nothing exceptional (although hilarious to see Porsche and Land Rover dealers next door!). But no staff to be found at office at checkout -- I ended up leaving keys and getting no receipt after 15 minutes of waiting and searching for staff.

The property is full of crime and the rooms aren't up to code. There's graffiti on the walls, poor bedding, and the lock was broken on the door. The pictures displayed are not the same as the actual room.

I booked this hotel because it was cheap and near The Orion (we were going to a ball). I forgot to bring scissors to cut the tape I was using and the staff quickly agreed to loan me a pair. The room was clean. The location was ideal as there were plenty of food options nearby. Very pleasant stay.

Loud, dirty, staff was ok but they literally have no amenities to help guests who have traveled far & don’t have a car to drive to a store. Shady people hanging around. Beds super uncomfortable & “breakfast” was terrible

This hotel is absolutely horrible! Upon arrival they had to switch my room because half the hotel didn’t have hot water. Then as soon as I got in my room I seen roaches. The next day we got up thinking we were gonna get a good breakfast well nope they said they only had coffee smh even though their website says they have breakfast. Over half their employees don’t speak english so on the day I put the do not disturb sign on the door they kept on knocking. I would not stay here again and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it either
