Paid for 4 nights. Was refunded my last night since the advertisement said they had a hot tub but they don’t. Someone decided to knock on our door and then just open it before checking to see if we were staying another night. Woke my kids up. They should have double checked instead of just barging it. Very rude and unprofessional! Anyone that rented the room above us constantly stomped and ran across from side to side. I’ve never been to a place that had disrespectful people renting the upstairs. The manager said she can’t do anything about any of it but just refund my last night. I’ll definitely be going elsewhere next time. I want to add that they did offer to switch our room but I had two kids with me with a ton of stuff. We had to tough it out.

Very convenient, easy to find. Great front desk people. Good housekeeping. Not happy about false advertising of the spa posted on your website ... this is our 3rd visit in 2 months and it still is not functional! Would still like grab/safety bars in bathroom. Would stay here again. Understand that they have been renovating, so some things just are the way they are with that issue.

The flood, porch, and parking lights throughout this property are oppressively bright and white at night. So much so that they shone through our room curtains and blinds. Otherwise, this place was a nice value, but I wouldn't go back because of the excessive lighting.

Nice clean room, bedding was excellent, big fluffy pillows, thank you Motel 6. I hate staying at a motel or vacation rental that has old, flat pillows. I used to travel with my own pillows, but I've left so many at motels I don't bring them with me anymore. My last feather pillow costs $200. My only suggestion is to check out the parking because the lot gets really full & it's hard to fit in a spot if you have a big car or suv.

As soon as I walked in room, I started CHOKING from the STRONG MOLD/MILDEW SMELL, choked for 15 mins, left door/all windows open to air it out. The floor was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY, OUR FEET WERE BLACK, I used a Towel to keep my feet clean after shower by scooting a towel with every step and the Towel was BLACK from the floor also....SO GROSS!!!!!! Wont be staying here again.

The parking lot smelled like cat urine. The room was must and not clean. Mattress were wire spring and horribly uncomfortable. The front office lady on duty was really nice. Tom Bodet didn’t leave a light on here.

First room I was given had not been cleaned. Got reassigned to another room that still had beer bottles in the trash and someone else's wet towels on the bathroom floor. Wasn't expecting the Four Seasons, but Motel 6 are usually at least clean. Wouldn't recommend this one to anyone!

I booked this stay based on other reviews and it was a mistake. Stained pillows and sheets, hair in the corners of the bathroom floor, soapy foam on shower walls. The beds were terrible. Move or get up and you can feel and hear the bed springs. The dresser drawers had dirt and food crumbs in them and I don’t think anyone has scrubbed, washed or even painted the bathroom in 6 months at least. The best part of our stay was the front desk I think her name was Katie (Monday Sept 8th night shift) was amazing. Accomodating friendly and very thorough even came up in the pouring rain to fix our tv. She should get a raise. Thank you.

Katie at the front desk is a wonderful addition to this motel. The photos on the website look nothing like the room. I’ve stayed here in the past and they have let it slip. The floors were so dirty in my room my socks looked like I was walking around in a garage. I attached photos. The refrigerator sounded like a plane waiting to take off. No bar soap and no floor towel for getting out of the shower. I took the wet towel that I used and wiped up three different spots on the floor just to show you how dirty the floors are. I had three nights reserved but only stayed one. I will never go back to this Motel again.

Good service, room was lower floor, ADA, located within feet of a 4 lane highway and a stop light, the noise was horrific!!! Day and night!!! Non stop traffic, including hundreds of big trucks! Shook the room. Should no longer be rented! (155) Shower curtain was way too short and allowed the water to spread clear across the tile floor, huge slip risk, husband is 85 and I had to wipe up the floor with all four towels!

Housekeeper was great, Ellie! Annoying -- Internet/WiFi could not get to work, I could not use my laptop. Need a change machine in laundry (could use tokens perhaps?) Only 1 night table. Need a second light on other side of bed. A night light might help a bit. I am moderately handicapped, could definitely have used grab bar (s) in bath area, nearly fell, difficulty getting in/out of tub. Two separate stays there and the sauna still not operational :-( Parking lot could use a makeover, but we understand you have to do with what you have for space. Staff helpful and friendly otherwise. Thank you for working with LinCare and my oxygen machine needs.

The room was really smelly (musty, and animal smell), and the beds are horrible. My back really hurt after sleeping in it. The service was good, and I felt safe with all the lighting. The air conditioner didn’t work very well, and the WiFi password did not work on the tv, so I couldn’t watch Netflix. So overall I was not very satisfied.

I have up on Motel 6 about 7 years ago but figured I'd try this one and save a few bucks. Check in time is 3pm, I showed up to check in at 6pm to drop my stuff off and couldn't because housekeeping hadn't cleaned the room yet. I told the guy at the front desk thats fine I just wanted my key so when I come back from the event I was attending I wouldn't have to deal with the office in the middle of the night. He would not give me the key so I had to basically check in a second time around midnight. The room was fine but there was no shampoo in it. I'd stay here again but only if there isn't any other reasonable options.

It was very poor that we had to wait until 6pm to check in because the cleaning staff were so slow. The first GSR that I talked to said that the rooms were not available at the moment. I understood since I had come in at 1pm. I told her that I needed a first level due to knee replacements. She said she would note it down. She gave the person before me a room but said nothing for me. I was told to return at 3pm. I returned at 430 pm to give them some time and the next GSR (male) was very rude and said that they did not have rooms available and that I was to return in 30 minutes. I returned at 6pm and was told that they did not have a first-floor room for my wife and myself and that the lady at first shift did not know what she was doing, and it was too late for me to cancel. I have stayed in Motel 6 all over the US and this had been the worst experience I have had.

I returned at 430 pm to give them some time and the next GSR (male) was very rude and said that they did not have rooms available and that I was to return in 30 minutes. I returned at 6pm and was told that they did not have a first-floor room for my wife and myself and that the lady at first shift did not know what she was doing, and it was too late for me to cancel. I have stayed in Motel 6 all over the US and this had been the worst experience I have had.

The lady that checked me in was very friendly, as soon as I was in my room she called to make sure I was happy with everything, she is a very nice lady. I’ve stayed here twice now and I’ve found motel six to be a very good deal as compared to some of the much more expensive hotels. They do have a problem with maybe some not so great type of people hanging around but I think they are trying to address that problem I really think motel 6 has a lot of potential to compete with what other motels that are in this area. It is a bit noisy but for the price I can deal with that. I do recommend staying there the beds seem pretty dessert to.

The staff was very considerate however check in time is 3 and when I went to check in the room was not ready and was told it would be about an hour before I could check in for the room I had reserved. That was a little disappointing considering I had reserved two days prior to my check in date.

Good service, room was lower floor, ADA, located within feet of a 4 lane highway and a stop light, the noise was horrific!!! Day and night!!! Non stop traffic, including hundreds of big trucks! Shook the room. Should no longer be rented! (155) Shower curtain was way too short and allowed the water to spread clear across the tile floor, huge slip risk, husband is 85 and I had to wipe up the floor with all four towels!

Room was clean, no bugs. TV worked excellent. Great hot water. No microwave or refrigerator. But at this price. That's to be expected. Parking was really tight. Especially getting out. Had to drive, through check in with a sharp left. After. I had no problem, but there were others that did.

Always appreciate that Motel 6 allows and does not charge for pets. Room was fine but the walls were thin and I heard someone’s TV all night. No breakfast included.

Microwave was disgustingly dirty on the outside. Poor lighting, only 2 lamps could'nt read a book. No comfortable chairs to sit in. went to get some coffee the next morning at 6:15, and was told they don't start serving"until the sun comes up". (A direct quote). No coffee or coffee maker in the room. Pretty poor experience overall. Will not be coming back.

Virtually nothing provided with the room, other than an ice bucket and a couple of cups. No toiletries other than a bar of soap. No coffee maker, refrigerator or microwave. Just a little coffee provided in the office in the morning. The area is interesting but if you're looking for a place to stay overnight it's pretty perfect! The staff was so friendly and helpful, gave us great recommendations on places around the area to visit and eat at! The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was amazing compared to other motels

The price was amazing, especially comparing to the properties nearby, which cost twice as much. The receptionist was very nice and even let me book the room online in front of her before checking in to save another $20. The room was very clean and the location is great with restaurants nearby.

Really enjoyed the spa, and staff was helpful. Nice to be walking distance from downtown. However, the room was filthy when we arrived- giant drifts of dog hair all under the bed- definitely seemed like it hadn’t been swept, much less sanitized in any way. The room was also really oddly laid out- the queen bed had lights and a side table only on one side. Seemed like much too high a price for such a bare bones, uncleaned room.

I normally stay here when in the area but I don't think I'll be back and it makes me sad. I have always liked the no-frills part and I'm glad it's still that way. First off the tv didn't work and then the cleanliness of my room was horrible. Dust everywhere, dirt ring in bathtub, forgot slippers so scootedacross flooron towel and the bottomwas filthy. The room next door had multiple dogs that were barking until 1030 at night when I finally called the front desk, the dogs eventually quieted down. Abruptly awoken around 345 in the morning by the room next door, the one with the dogs, by human snores. Finally got back to sleep to the rhythm of the snores and awoken at 5 in the morning by the dogs barking again. Noisy parking lot, just seemed like a lot of traffic and noise.

The sheets,a few walls and the floors were dirty. Several things didn't work like the bathroom door was hard to shut and very noisy when opened. Some lights didn't work and there was a fireplace that didn't light up. Also the floor was soft in a few places which felt like you could fall through to the 1st floor. Overall one of the worst places I've ever stayed. Plus in the summer they wanted about $115 a night. RIP OFF!!
