We have never felt so relaxed on a vacation as we did at the Summerhouse Condos. The condo was exactly as stated on the website, the owner is beyond helpful and the location of the condo is steps away from the pool and ocean. A great week away! We didn't want to leave. Looking forward to our return visit!! =)

It was amazing, the host was awesome & made us feel so welcome! Love the pools & walk right down to the beach! Beautiful view of the Mantanzas fort & the ocean, the condo was beautiful, nice & clean 😊

Enjoyed our stay in this great townhouse. We had a little view of the ocean from the balcony which had great furniture to just seat and enjoy the ocean breeze. Loved having the pickleball courts right out front very convenient for a morning game. There are lots of steps involved but did not affect our stay just be sure to take into consideration for those in your party if renting

Washer & dryer, soft close cabinets, fully equipped kitchen, were all very convenient. Note: 2nd floor with steep stairs. Will Definitely return IF available!!!!!’

Our 4 day stay was terrific. Communications with Katrina were very pleasant and efficient. The condo was so cute with its decorative beach themed touches. The place was immaculately clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with dishware and such. Beds comfortable and showers modern. Great to have the beach chairs for our quick, easy access to the pristine beach. The sea water recirculated pool was wonderful. All in all a great place to stay, relax and have fun!! Will definitely stay again.

Well stocked and maintained 2 bedroom condo, convenient to St. Augustine, and on the beach. Pickleball courts right there. If stairs are an issue, however you might want to reconsider. Owner mentions that in description, pay attention.

Our family had a wonderful weekend getaway at this condominium at Summerhouse. The host is super friendly, accessible, and responsive and the unit is cozy and comfortable with a heated pool just outside and the beach access only a couple minute walk from the unit. Property was very clean and had everything you need for your stay. Would definitely recommend.

We’ve been going to St Augustine for 25 years. Summerhouse is a nice complex in a great location. We love the proximity to the Matanzas Inlet. We have stayed in the complex (one of our top 3 complexes) before, but not this unit. Katrina (owner) was great. She made the check in process a breeze. Communication was excellent. The unit was very clean and had everything needed. Will definitely look to stay in the unit again if available the next time we visit.

We couldn't be happier with our stay. The place was very clean. The location was great. Beach and pool all in one place. The property was very clean and had good communication with the owner. Anytime we needed anything they were quick to respond. It was a wonderful trip.

Few hand towels and washcloths stained. Bathroom rugs were not nonskid.Top bracket for handrail on staircase was loose from wall. Couch cover was stained. Owner did come over on first night to remove a dead battery in smoke detector to stop the steady chirping. Great location to beach.

Quiet location very close to the beach. Very nice 2 bedroom condo. Loved the twin beds in one bedroom which is great for a family with children. The condo was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Good location with an easy drive to attractions like the Kennedy Space Center. Will definitely look at this place again if we make it back to the area.

The condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The host was fantastic and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Very convenient to lots of restaurant choices and both St. Augustine and Palm Coast. I would definitely stay there again.

This place was absolutely perfect! I highly highly recommend staying here. Katrina is extremely responsive and even allowed us to check in early. I cannot recommend staying here enough! We hope to be back soon!

Katrina was a wonderful host. Condo had everything we needed for great times at the beach...chairs, umbrella, towels, etc. Kitchen well stocked with dinnerware n cookware. Beach is a very short walk and is one of our all time favorites. 20 to 25 minutes to historical St. Augustine which is so fun. Be sure to try The Columbia and Harrys for dinner.

We had a great time in August. We loved the walking distance to the wonderful beach that was never crowded. The stairs did not bother our toddlers. Yes, as other reviewers mentioned, the condo was not within any walkable distance to anything other than the beach and pool, but it was August and it was not the time for strolls anyway. Do your research prior to coming and there will be no problem at all on how to entertain yourself. I wish the renters took better care of the offered cookware – all of it had been scratched with metal utensils. It would be also nice to have cotton bedding instead of microfiber or cotton blend. After we figured out the lock, we didn’t have any problems or questions for the owners, everything worked great. I am not giving 5 stars because my little one developed a cough when he was in the bedroom that intensified towards the week's end and disappeared a few days after we left.
We had a great time in August. We loved the walking distance to the wonderful beach that was never crowded. The stairs did not bother our toddlers. Yes, as other reviewers mentioned, the condo was not within any walkable distance to anything other than the beach and pool, but it was August and it was not the time for strolls anyway. Do your research prior to coming and there will be no problem at all on how to entertain yourself. I wish the renters took better care of the offered cookware – all of it had been scratched with metal utensils. It would be also nice to have cotton bedding instead of microfiber or cotton blend. We’ve been going to St Augustine for 25 years. Summerhouse is a nice complex in a great location. We love the proximity to the Matanzas Inlet. We have stayed in the complex (one of our top 3 complexes) before, but not this unit. Katrina (owner) was great. She made the check in process a breeze. Communication was excellent. The unit was very clean and had everything needed. Will definitely look to stay in the unit again if available the next time we visit.

Beach Access; heated salt water pools; quiet & safe surroundings…. Easy access to St. Augustine. Grocery & restaurants close by. Clean, efficient, and modern ‘cottage theme’ condo. Washer & dryer, soft close cabinets, fully equipped kitchen, were all very convenient. Note: 2nd floor with steep stairs. Will Definitely return IF available!!!!!’

Katrina was a wonderful host. Condo had everything we needed for great times at the beach...chairs, umbrella, towels, etc. Kitchen well stocked with dinnerware n cookware. Beach is a very short walk and is one of our all time favorites. 20 to 25 minutes to historical St. Augustine which is so fun. Be sure to try The Columbia and Harrys for dinner.

The condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The host was fantastic and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Very convenient to lots of restaurant choices and both St. Augustine and Palm Coast. I would definitely stay there again.

Communication with Katrina was above and beyond what I've experienced with anyone in the past. The condo was clean, with a pleasantly surprising supply of washer pods and dishwash detergent, as well as supplies for beach fun. My kids loved the fact that they had their own comfortable beds. We prepared the bulk of the meals there; there were odds and pans and coffee maker. The views from the upstairs bedroom on both sides for a nice plus, the intracoastal and a peak at the beach in the ocean from the other side. She even had pickleball sets, much to the delight of my oldest. We would definitely stay again. For those who might find stairs challenging, note that there are stairs to get up to the unit, as well as stairs inside. No problem for us.

This felt like home away from home. The owner was amazing, which made the experience excellent. She thought of everything- from beach towels to beach chairs to pickleball paddles. We made meals each day and 2.5 baths was a bonus. The grounds are well kept. People were friendly. It is a quiet, family condo unit.
