Quality Inn Belton - Kansas City South

I did not like my stay. The floor squeaked above us and woke us up at 5am, couldn't get back to sleep because of it. I did not feel safe outside the property at night. Had a guy walking around the building and stared at us and stopped both nights right by our car. Other men were hogging the gazebo after they parked the big truck next to it to block our view. Beds uncomfortable. Dirt in the corner of the drawers. The breakfast was not kept replenished or attended to. Couldn't find anyone to do check out. Just a basket that said leave keys here. I will not stay there again.

Aging property. No elevator; rough, thin towels; TV hard to operate; really dated lobby; and watered-down shampoo and conditioner. Room was clean, though, so kudos to the housekeeping staff.

The breakfast was good just needed a little more of a variety of food and coffee.

Eggs were cold, not heated like the sausage (same pan) Room only had decaf coffee packets. Asked room addendent, she just gave me more decaf. Went to front desk to get regular coffee.
